"User education's primary purpose is to encourage the user of the library as part of the educational process. This dissertation discusses the user education programs in Indonesian universities and also explaining the background of the Indonesian university library and its educational system.Two case studies of user education carried out at the Bogor Agricultural University, serve as a base for designing user education programs in Indonesian universities. The programs also draw from Western countries' experiences and these are adapted to the Indonesian context. Some proposals are put forward in terms of user education programs for Indonesian universities including three levels of programs and their specifications. Ways of evaluation according to Indonesian needs and conditions are also offered."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai dampak usulan kebijakan mengenai imigran terhadap perolehan suara Partai Demokrat Swedia dalam pemilihan umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan menganalisa bagaimana usulan kebijakan mengenai imigran berdampak pada perolehan suara Partai Demokrat Swedia pada pemilu tahun 2014. Dalam melakukan analisa, penulis menggunakan teori populisme dari Cas Mudde. Keberhasilan partai populis berdasarkan teori populisme bergantung pada sisi permintaan dan sisi penawaran. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa usulan kebijakan Partai Demokrat Swedia berdampak pada perolehan suara partai ini. Pada pemilu 2014 terdapat permintaan untuk alternatif kebijakan mengenai imigran yang disebabkan oleh adanya kegagalan kebijakan imigran dan integrasinya. Permintaan terhadap alternatif kebijakan juga terjadi karena adanya konvergensi partai-partai mainstream terkait usulan kebijakan mengenai imigran. Partai Demokrat Swedia mengalami keberhasilan dari sisi penawaran melalui usulan kebijakan mengenai imigran yang ditawarkan partai ini. Partai ini memiliki usulan kebijakan mengenai imigran yang berbeda dari partai-partai mainstream dimana partai ini ingin membatasi jumlah imigran yang masuk. Peningkatan perolehan suara partai ini dalam pemilu 2014 menjadi bentuk keberhasilan Partai Demokrat Swedia dalam memberikan usulan kebijakan alternatif mengenai imigran.

This research discusses the impact of policy proposal concerning immigrants on Sweden Democrat`s votes in the election. The following research uses qualitative method and analyzes how policy proposal impacts Sweden Democrat`s votes in 2014 election. In the analysis, the author uses populism theory by Cas Mudde. Based on the theory, the success of populist party depended on the demand and supply side. The result of this research found that Sweden Democrat`s policy proposal has an impact on this party`s votes. In 2014 election there is a demand for alternative policy concerning the immigrants caused by immigration and integration policy failure. The demand for alternative policy also caused by the convergence of mainstream parties on policy proposal concerning immigrants. The Sweden Democrats succeeded on the supply side through their policy proposal concerning immigrants offered by this party. This party had a different policy proposal concerning immigrants than what other parties had where this party wanted to limit the number of immigrants. The increase of this party`s vote in 2014 election was a Sweden Democrat`s success in offering alternative policy proposal concerning immigrants."
