"Soil fungi occurred in the rhizosphere in many cultivated crops and wild grasses in the sandy soil were effective in enhancing the growth promoting of plant. A field experiment to study the effect of soil fungi from sandy soil as plant growth promoting fungi (PGPF). The experiment was conducted in Clinical Laboratory of Plant Pathology and glass house Faculty of Agriculture Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta. The sandy soil was located in Samas and Bugel Yogyakarta. The treatment was conducted in Complete Randomize Design (CRD) with 5 replications. Among 33 rhizosphere fungi tested, 26 fungal isolates were hypovirulent isolate and showed the ability as PGPF i.e. Trichoderma spp. (SB32 , CB32, SB33, CB33 and CB21). They enchanced significantly the height and dry biomass of plants compare with control."

"Program Promosi Kesehatan telah berjalan di RSUP Fatmawati sejak sebelum tahun 1997, namun belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi tehadap pelaksanaan program Promosi Kesehatan dengan menggunakan standar yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penilaian pelaksanaan PKRS di RSUP Fatmawati menggunakan Standar Health Promoting Hospital WHO yang diimplementasikan pada Direktorat Medik dan Keperawatan RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta tahun 2013. Dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Penilaian dengan Standar Health Promoting Hospital WHO di Direktorat Medik dan Keperawatan RSUP Fatmawati masih sebagian terpenuhi. Secara statistik penilaian diberikan tidak didasarkan atas faktor sosiodemografi. Terdapat perbedaan pemberian nilai berdasarkan unit tempat bekerja yang dikategorikan menjadi Staf Medis Fungsional dan Satuan Kerja. Hasil penelitian menyarankan perlu dilakukan intervensi terhadap elemen yang belum terpenuhi serta dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan mutu program Promosi Kesehatan di RSUP Fatmawati.

Health Promotion program has been running in RSUP Fatmawati since prior to 1997, but has never been evaluated using existing standards. This study aims to determine the assessment of the implementation of health promotion in RSUP Fatmawati using WHO Health Promoting Hospital Standard in Direktorat Medik dan Keperawatan RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta 2013. Quantitative research with cross sectional study designed. The results showed that the WHO HPH Standards at Direktorat Medik dan Keperawatan RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta 2013 still partially fulfilled. Statistically given assessment is not based on sociodemographic factors. There are differences results based on departement which is categorized into Staf Medis Fungsional dan Satuan Kerja. This research suggest that RSUP Fatmawati should give interventions for unmet elements and do continuous monitoring and evaluation for quality improvement to health promotion program at RSUP Fatmawati."

"Menerapkan gaya hidup sehat sangat penting untuk dilakukan meskipun kenyataannya terbalik, terutama bagi orang dewasa yang kurang mampu di daerah perkotaan yang memiliki kecenderungan untuk mengadopsi gaya hidup yang tidak sehat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek positif dari optimisme pada perilaku promosi kesehatan orang dewasa miskin yang muncul di Jakarta karena banyak studi sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dan perilaku promosi kesehatan. Peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linier untuk menguji peran optimisme terhadap perilaku promosi kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa optimisme memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku promosi kesehatan bagi orang dewasa yang kurang mampu di Jakarta.

Applying a healthy lifestyle is very important even though the reality on the ground is inversely proportional. The poor in urban areas who are at the stage of emerging adults have a tendency to adopt unhealthy lifestyles. The purpose of this study is to examine the positive effect of optimism on the health-promoting behavior of poor people in Jakarta who are emerging adults because some previous studies prove that there is a significant positive relationship between optimism and health-promoting behavior. Researchers used linear regression research methods to see the role of optimism in health-promoting behavior. Based on the results of research and data analysis, researchers can conclude that optimism has a significant positive effect on health-promoting behavior in poor adults emerging in Jakarta. Thus, the higher the optimism, the higher the health-promoting behavior that is applied and vice versa."

"Latar belakang: Luka bakar masih menjadi penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas pada pasien anak. Luka bakar dapat menyebabkan kehilangan cairan sehingga dapat terjadi syok akibat peningkatan permeabilitas vaskular dan hipoalbuminemia. Hipoalbuminemia dapat berpengaruh pada hemodinamik karena albumin berperan dalam mempertahankan tekanan onkotik plasma, sehingga hipoalbuminemia dapat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan resusitasi cairan pasien dengan luka bakar. Belum diketahui apakah kadar albumin awal berhubungan dengan keberhasilan resusitasi cairan pada pasien anak dengan luka bakar. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara kadar albumin awal dengan keberhasilan resusitasi pada pasien anak di Unit Luka Bakar RS Cipto Mangunkusumo. Metode: Desain penelitian kohort retrospektif berdasarkan data pasien anak yang dirawat di Unit Luka Bakar RSCM yang tercatat di rekam medis sejak Januari 2012-Maret 2018. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara secara total sampling. Hasil: Subyek yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian yaitu 61 pasien. Sebagian besar subyek berusia <4 tahun, derajat II, luas luka bakar >20%, rentang waktu antara kejadian dan resusitasi cairan yaitu 8-24 jam, status gizi baik, rerata albumin awal 3,1 g/dL, dan rerata laktat awal 2,5 mmol/L. Jumlah pasien anak dengan luka bakar yang menjalani resusitasi cairan dalam 24 jam pertama sebanyak 71,7%, dimana hampir seluruhnya berhasil diresusitasi dalam 24 jam pertama (95,1%). Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara kadar albumin awal dengan keberhasilan resusitasi awal [RR 1,175(95%CI 0,3-4,4) p=0,812]. Pada analisa regresi cox, tidak terdapat juga hubungan antara ureum, creatinin, laktat, berat badan dan luas/derajat luka bakar dengan keberhasilan resusitasi awal. Simpulan: Angka keberhasilan resusitasi awal pasien anak di unit luka bakar RSCM masih tinggi. Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kadar albumin awal dengan keberhasilan resusitasi cairan 24 jam pada pasien anak dengan luka bakar.

Background: Burn injury in children has great mortality and morbidity rate. Burn injury can cause lost of fluid quickly, leading to dehydration and shock. Hypoalbuminemia is an important factior in fluid haemostasis, maintaining the oncotic pressure gradient to favor intravascularly. Hypoalbuminemia in a burn injury is a common occurence, and have the potential to impede the fluid resuscitation process. It is still unclear whether serum albumin has a role in the success of fluid resuscitation in children with burn injury. Objective: To find out the association between serum albumin and the success of fluid resuscitation in children hospitalized in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Burn Centre. Method: This is a retrospective cohort study based on medical record of children hospitalized with burn injury at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Burn Centre from January 2012-March 2018. The subjects collected with the total sampling method. Result: Sixty one subjects were enrolled in this study. Burn injury mostly occured in the age group of <4 years old, grade II burn injury, >20% TBSA, normal nutritional status, mean albumin level 3,1 g/dL, mean lactate level 2,5 mmol/L. Almost all subjects was succesfully resuscitated in the first 24 hour (95,1%). No association was found between the success of fluid resuscitation with either serum albumin[RR 1,175(95%CI 0,3-4,4) p=0,812], or with ureum, creatinin, lactate level, weight and the degree/extent of the burn injury. Conclusion: The success rate of fluid resuscitation in pediatric burn injury was quite high in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Burn Centre. No association was found between serum albumin and the success of fluid resuscitation during the first 24 hour period."
