Abstrak :
Proyek di bidang TI (Teknologi Informasi) seringkali menyita banyak nilai investasi dalam pelaksanaannya namun jarang sekali menghasilkan kesuksesan seperti yang diharapkan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesuksesan proyek di bidang TI. Berdasarkan pada kasus yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian dan analisis dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini akan memaparkan faktor kritikal yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek dari perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang TI sebagai pemberi solusi ICT (Information Communication Technology) dengan difokuskan pada proyek Teknologi Informasi. Dalam penelitian ini, factor kesuksesan diturunkan dari beberapa domain permasalahan besar. Domain atau kategori permasalahan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Top Management Support & Commitment, Supplier & Partner Management, Process Management, dan Project Team Competencies. Keempat domain tersebut dijabarkan dalam butir-butir yang lebih mendalam untuk bisa diujikan. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan survei. Peneliti melakukan penyebaran angket yang berisi keempat domain tersebut kepada pihak yang terkait dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah data mengenai faktor-faktor kesuksesan proyek Teknologi Informasi yang ada di PT. ABC. Peneliti juga memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan untuk mencapai dan meningkatkan kesuksesan proyek Teknologi Informasi di PT. ABC. ...... IT projects often takes a lot of investment value in its execution but rarely result in success as expected. There are many factors that affect the success rate of IT projects. Based on the location of study case that occurred and analysis of previous studies, this thesis describe the critical factors that influence the success of a project of a company engaged in the field of IT as a provider of ICT solutions with a focus on Information Technology project. In this thesis, success factors derived from several big problem domain. Domain or category of problem that will be used in this research is the Top Management Support & Commitment, Supplier & Partner Management, Process Management, and Project Team Competencies. The four domains will be spelled out in beads of depth to be tested. The data collection process will be done by observation and survey. Researchers conduct questionnaire which contains the forty one factor from fourth domain to the relevant department parties in the Information Technology of the project such as Project Management, Business Solution, Solution Architect, and Implementation. The result is data on project success factors Information Technology in PT. ABC. Researchers also provide recommendations for improvements that can be done to achieve and increase the success of the project Information Technology in PT. ABC.

Proyek konstruksi telah diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu proyek yang paling sulit keberhasilannya, karena perlu memimpin orang - orang secara efektif untuk mencapai kesuksesan sebuah organisasi. Kurangnya pemimpin yang berpengaruh dan mengelola hubungan dengan lebih baik terhadap anggota tim dan stakeholders dalam proyek konstruksi masih sangat kurang sehingga produktivitas dalam proyek konstruksi masih sangat rendah, serta munculnya macam-macam penyimpangan manajemen dan kegagalan proyek di sektor kontruksi, sehingga diperlunya pemimpin untuk mengelola proyek dan anggota tim secara efektif. Dengan demikian, perlu untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan soft skills pada manajer proyek terhadap project success factors di Indonesia, dengan melakukan survey kuantitatif kepada profesional proyek konstruksi di Indonesia, dan akan diolah dan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Construction projects have been identified as one of the most difficult projects to succeed, because they need to lead people effectively to achieve the success of an organization. The lack of influential leaders and the relationship management with team members and stakeholders makes productivity in construction projects is very low, and the emergence of various types of management deviations and project failures in the construction sector have emphasized the needs effective leaders to effectively manage projects and team members. Thus, it is necessary to examine the effect of transformational leadership and soft skills in project manager for project success factors in Indonesia, by conducting a quantitative survey of construction professional minimum with supervisor position and 3 years experiences in construction industry inside Indonesia. Data which already collected will be processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Pada bidang konstruksi bangunan, pelaksanaan proyek tidak hanya memerlukan penjadwalan yang baik, pengetahuan dan kemampuan teknis tetapi juga manajemen sumber daya manusia. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam organisasi proyek melibatkan banyak stakeholder yang salah satunya adalah tim proyek. Manajemen sumber daya manusia memerlukan manajer proyek yang memiliki kepemimpinan yang merupakan kemampuan dari manajerial untuk mensukseskan proyek konstruksi. Salah satunya adalah kemampuan dalam organisasi proyek dalam memanajemen sumber daya manusia. Maka dari itu penulis menguji pengaru kepemimpinan transaksional dan softskills pada manajer proyek terhadap factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek di Indonesia, kuesioner ini nantinya akan diolah dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif namun tidak terlalu memberikan pengaruh signifikan seperti softskill terhadap project success factors, terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan transaksional dan soft skills pada manajer proyek industri konstruksi di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
In the field of building construction, project implementation not only requires good scheduling, knowledge and technical capability but also human resource management. This is because the project organization involves many stakeholders, one of which is the project team. Human resource management requires a project manager with leadership that is the ability of managerial to succeed the construction project. One of them is the ability in the project organization to manage human resources. Therefore, authors test the influence of transactional leadership and Softskills on project managers on factors affecting the success of the project in Indonesia, this questionnaire will be processed by the method of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)-PLS. The results of the study showed that the transactional leadership was positively influential but did not significantly influence the effect such as the Softskill of project success factors, there was a link between transactional leadership and soft skills in the project manager of construction industry in Indonesia.
