"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi kemitraan dalam pemolisian komunitas yang dilaksanakan Ditpolairda Maluku Utara bersama masyarakat dan instansi pemerintah terkait dalam rangka pencegahan praktik destructive fishing. Pembahasan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial dan pencegahan kejahatan terpadu. Pendekatan yang dipakai ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kemitraan menghadapi masalah berupa kapabilitas personel, sarana, dan prasarana polisi air yang belum memadai, serta perihal ego sektoral yang dimiliki oleh sejumlah agen pelaksana. Oleh karena itu, integrasi antar pihak dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan pelaksanaan kemitraan antar instansi pemerintah terkait yang efektif dan efisien dalam rangka pencegahan praktik destructive fishing.

ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the issue of partnership implementation on community policing which is faced by Directorate Marine Police of Maluku Utara (Ditpolairda Maluku Utara) with community and other agencies in order to prevent destructive fishing. The discussion of this issue is analyzed by social exchange theory and integrated crime prevention. The author uses qualitative approach with descriptive purpose. The result shows that partnership encounters several problems which are associated with ego sectoral issue and the lack of personels, facilities, and infrastructure. Therefore, every agents possessed in partnership should be integrated to form an effective and efficient destructive fishing prevention.

"Sugar dating merupakan sebuahyang digunakan untuk menggambarkan hubungan eksploitatif antara seorang individu, pria atau wanita, yang lebih tua dan aman secara finansial (disebut ayah / ibu gula) dan individu yang lebih muda (disebut bayi gula). Hubungan ini melibatkan pertukaran antara hubungan seksual dan persahabatan dengan uang / hadiah dan kepuasan materi lainnya. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan analisis naratif untuk membahas bagaimana fenomena kencan gula di Indonesia yang melibatkan banyak anak menjadi manifestasi dari perawatan anak dan eksploitasi seksual anak. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial oleh Emerson (1962). yang menjelaskan bahwa interaksi antar aktor sosial merupakan bentuk pertukaran sosial; yang pada gilirannya menghasilkan kekuatan dan ketergantungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bentuk sugar dating relationship yang melibatkan anak sebagai bentuk hubungan tukar menukar yang mengeksploitasi anak melalui manipulasi dan grooming.

Sugar dating is a concept used to describe an exploitative relationship between an individual, male or female, who is older and financially secure (called the sugar daddy / mother) and a younger individual (called the sugar baby). This relationship involves an exchange between sexual relations and friendship for money / gifts and other material gratifications. This qualitative research uses case study methods and narrative analysis to discuss how the sugar dating phenomenon in Indonesia which involves many children is a manifestation of child care and child sexual exploitation. The data obtained through in-depth interviews were then analyzed using social exchange theory by Emerson (1962). which explains that the interaction between social actors is a form of social exchange; which in turn produces strength and dependability. The results of this study indicate a form of sugar dating relationship involving children as a form of exchange relationship that exploits children through manipulation and grooming."

"Tesis ini berupaya mengisi celah penelitian terkait dengan loyalitas pegawai pada konteks organisasi sektor publik dan dari perspektif komunikasi dengan melihat hubungan antara komunikasi internal dan loyalitas pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh keterlibatan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di organisasi Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) yang sedang mengalami peningkatan pada tren pengunduran diri pegawai dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Didasarkan pada Teori Pertukaran Sosial, loyalitas pegawai dilihat sebagai hubungan pertukaran yang terjadi antara pegawai dengan organisasi tempat mereka bekerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kepada 376 pegawai DJBC yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia. Hasil survei dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa komunikasi internal memiliki hubungan langsung positif yang sangat signifikan dengan keterlibatan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi internal juga memiliki hubungan tidak langsung yang signifikan dengan loyalitas pegawai melalui keterlibatan sebagai mediator. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa aspek pada praktik komunikasi internal DJBC seperti arus informasi, transparansi, dan dukungan interaktif dapat mendorong pertukaran dari pegawai berupa peningkatan loyalitas dan intensi untuk bertahan di organisasi.

This thesis seeks to fill the research gap related to employee loyalty in the context of public sector organizations and communication perspective by determining the relationship between internal communication and employee loyalty mediated by employee engagement, employee trust, and job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) due to the increasing number of employee’s resignation. Based on the Social Exchange Theory, employee loyalty is seen as an exchange relationship that occurs between employees and the organization. The research used quantitative approach through a survey of 376 DGCE employees from various city and province of Republic of Indonesia. The research method employed was Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 3 software for data analysis. The findings indicate that internal communication has a direct positive relationship with employee engagement, employee trust, and job satisfaction. Internal communication also has an indirect positive relationship with employee loyalty mediated by employee engagement. The research results revealed that several aspects of DGCE’s internal communication practices such as information flow, transparency, and interactive support can encourage exchanges from employees in the form of increased loyalty and intention to stay in the organization."

"[ABSTRAK
Kajian mengenai mekanisme penipuan dalam bisnis money game ini tidak
hanya dilihat dari bagaimana pelaku memberikan informasi dan melakukan proses
perekrutan. Permasalahan mengenai money game ini biasanya hanya melihat dari
sudut pandang pelaku, namun untuk melihat penipuan dalam bisnis ini secara
lebih detail juga harus melihat dari sisi korban. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode
penulisan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari BAP kepolisian
dan kliping koran online. Tulisan ini menggunakan pemikiran Blau tentang
pertukaran sosial sebagai teori utama mengenai ketergantungan kekuasaan dan
sistem nilai investor. Sehingga kekuasaan yang dimiliki oleh yang berkuasa akan
memberikan penawaran menggunakan brosur dan agen kepada pihak yang
diperintah (investor) menggunakan nilai-nilai yang relevan dengan orang yang
diperintah. Sehingga orang yang diperintah akan memutuskan bergabung
menggunakan sistem nilai yang dipunya melalui akses tertentu seperti tokoh
masyarakat, sentimen agama dan profit yang besar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan
bahwa terdapat 3 pola keputusan investor bergabung dalam bisnis money game yakni berdasarkan Dampak 1. Halo effect 2. Rationalitas nilai 3. Rational choice.

recruitment process. Problems regarding money games are usually only see from
the viewpoint of the perpetrators, but to see the fraud in this business for more
detail also have to look at from the side of the victim. This study use secondary
data from Police BAP and newspaper. This study use Blau Thought about Social
Exchange as main theory about power dependence and value system from
investor. So that the power that the powerful side will offer brochures and agents
to those who ordered (investors) using the values that are relevant to the ordered.
So that the ordered will decide to join using a system of values that they have
through certain access such as community leaders, religious sentiment and a big

"Artikel ini menjelaskan apropriasi budaya Hitam di industri K-Pop. K-Pop telah menjadi sensasi di seluruh dunia,
dengan industri bernilai lebih dari USD 5 miliar, disertai dengan basis penggemar global terkemuka yang terus
tumbuh secara eksponensial. Penggemar K-Pop kulit hitam mulai memperhatikan dan mengkritik praktik nyata
industri apropriasi budaya kulit hitam dalam lingkungan K-Pop (Luna, 2020). Artikel ini menggunakan kerangka
teori Büyükokutan (2011) tentang apropriasi budaya, yang menganalisis praktik melalui Teori Pertukaran Sosial
Thibaut dan Kelly (1959). Makalah ini menyelidiki kasus SM Entertainment – salah satu agensi K-Pop terbesar
(Statista Research Department, 2021) – yang, secara kebetulan, dijuluki sebagai pelanggar berulang perampasan
budaya. Artikel ini mempelajari motif industri untuk melakukan apropriasi budaya melalui diskusi online
penggemar K-Pop. Studi ini berpendapat bahwa industri K-Pop mengambil budaya dan artis kulit hitam melalui
pertukaran timbal balik. Praktik apropriasi budaya di Korea Selatan–di mana masyarakatnya cenderung homogen–
tampaknya dilatarbelakangi oleh kepentingan industri.

This article explains the appropriation of Black culture by the K-Pop industry. K-Pop has become a worldwide
sensation, with the industry valued at over USD 5 billion, accompanied by a prominent global fanbase that
continues to grow exponentially. Black K-Pop fans have begun to notice and criticise the industry's evident
practice of cultural appropriation and the mistreatment Black creatives face within the K-Pop milieu (Luna, 2020).
This article uses Büyükokutan's (2011) theoretical framework on cultural appropriation, which analyses the
practice through Thibaut and Kelly's (1959) Social Exchange Theory. This paper delves into the case of SM
entertainment – one of the largest K-Pop agencies (Statista Research Department, 2021) – that, coincidentally,
has been dubbed as a repeat offender of cultural appropriation. This article studies the company's motives for
appropriating culture through online discussions of K-Pop fans. The article argues that the K-Pop industry
appropriates Black culture and creatives through a reciprocal exchange. The continual practice of cultural
appropriation is heavily motivated by the industry's benefits, primarily in Korea – a seemingly homogeneous
society.

"Skripsi ini menelaah peran mediasi kepercayaan kepada pemimpin pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan kreativitas karyawan generasi Z. Teori pertukaran sosial menjadi kerangka pikir dasar untuk menjelaskan hubungan teoretis ketiga variabel tersebut. Partisipan diperoleh dengan teknik convenience sampling menggunakan Google Form. Data kuantiatif dianalisis dengan teknik mediasi sederhana Hayes dengan program PROCESS Procedure for SPSS versi 4.2 beta. Hasil menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat indirect effect yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dengan kreativitas karyawan melalui kepercayaan kepada pemimpin. Implikasi teoretis studi ini adalah diperlukannya studi pada masa mendatang untuk mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang berpotensi memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan kreativitas karyawan generasi Z. Selain itu, implikasi praktis studi ini adalah berkembangnya pemahaman praktisi mengenai kreativitas karyawan generasi Z dan pengaruh seorang atasan.

This paper examines the mediating role of trust in leader in the relationship between empowering leadership and the creativity of generation Z employees. Social exchange theory was utilized to explain the theoretical relationship between these three variables. Participants were obtained by convenience sampling technique using Google Form. Quantitative data were analyzed using Hayes' simple mediation technique using the PROCESS Procedure for SPSS version 4.2 beta program. The results found no significant indirect effect between leadership and employee creativity through trust in leader. The theoretical implication of this study is that future studies are needed to explore other variables that potentially mediate the relationship between empowering leadership and the creativity of Generation Z employees. In addition, the practical implication of this study is the development of practitioners' understanding of the creativity of Generation Z employees and the influence of their leaders."
