Abstrak :
Pengemudi sepeda motor ojek online bekerja tanpa mengenal shift atau jam kerja. Mereka juga bekerja pada posisi statis dalam waktu yang lama, ditambah lagi berada pada kondisi lingkungan jalan raya yang suhunya cenderung berubah-ubah dari panas ke dingin, juga perubahan waktu kerja dari siang ke malam hari. Pengemudi ojek online juga terkena getaran dari sepeda motor, juga ukuran dan berat helm, jenis baju yang dipakai dapat meningkatkan risiko terkena WMSDs. Faktor usia, kebiasaan merokok, kebiasaan olahraga, indeks massa tubuh juga berpengaruh terhadap risiko terkena WMSDs. Tesis ini membahas tentang risiko terkena WMSDs pada pengemudi ojek online di Monas, Jakarta Pusat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran WMSDs pada pengemudi ojek online di Monas, Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional potong lintang menggunakan kuesioner, Nordic Body Map, dan Rapid Entire Body Assessment REBA. Hasil penelitian adalah sebanyak 13 orang responden mengeluhkan keluhan subjektif WMSDs dengan skor REBA sebesar 7 dimana risiko pekerjaan berada pada tingkat menengah dan membutuhkan penanganan dan penelitian lebih lanjut. ......Online motorcycle taxi drivers work without knowing shifts or working hours. They also work in static positions for a long time, plus they are in a highway environmental condition where temperatures tend to change from hot to cold, as well as changes in working time from day to night. Online motorcycle taxi drivers are also exposed to vibrations from motorcycles, as well as the size and weight of helmets, the type of clothing worn that can increase the risk of WMSDs. Age factors, smoking habits, exercise habits, body mass index also affect the risk of exposure to WMSDs. This thesis discusses the riskof exposure to WMSDs on the online motorcycle taxi drivers in Monas, Central Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to see the description of WMSDs on the online motorcycle taxi drivers in Monas, Central Jakarta. The research method used was survey with cross sectional approach using questioner, Nordic Body Map, and Rapid Entire Body Assessment REBA. The results of the study were 13 respondents complained about subjective complaints of WMSDs with REBA score of 7 where the occupational risk wasat intermediate level and required treatment and further research.

Peningkatan populasi penduduk di suatu perkotaan berdampak pada meingkatnya beban terhadap sistem transportasi, salah satunya adalah kecelaaan lalu lintas. Berada pada urutan kesembilan sebagai penyebab utama kematian di dunia dan diperkiran berada pada urutan keempat pada 2030. Kecelakaan lalu lintas di Jakarta utara memiliki indeks fatalitas tertinggi di Jakarta. Pada tahun 2022-2023, terdapat peningkatan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas dengan penyebab dan korban didominasi oleh pengemudi sepeda motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor manusia (usia, jenis kelamin, lengah, mengantuk atau lelah, tidak tertib lalu lintas, penggunaan alat pelindung diri, dan kepemilikan SIM) dan faktor lingkungan (geometri jalan, permukaan jalan, waktu kejadian, dan cuaca) dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas pada pengemudi sepeda motor di Kota Jakarta Utara Tahun 2022-2023. Menggunakan desain strudi cross sectional dengan metode kuantitatif dan total sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (p-value=0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara jenis kelamin (p-value=0,005; OR=2,667), tidak tertib lalu lintas (p-value<0,001; OR=4,108), dan cuaca (p-value=0,001; OR=3,774) dengan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah tidak tertib lalu lintas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis spasial, titik lokasi kecelakaan lalu lintas terbanyak berada di Jalan Raya Cilincing, Jalan R. E. Martadinata, dan Jalan. Yos Sudarso. ...... The increasing population of urban areas has resulted in an increasing burden on the trasportation system, including traffic accident. Traffic accident is the ninth leading cause of death in the world and are expected to foruth by 2023. Traffic accident in North Jakarta have the highest fatality index in Jakarta. In 2022-2023, there was an increase in the number of traffic accident with casuse and victims dominated by motorcyclist. This study aims to analyze human factors (age, gender, inattention, drownsiness or fatigue, traffic violation, use of personal protective equipment, and possession of driver’s license) and environmental factors (road geometry, road surface, time of accident, and weather) in traffic accident among motorcyclist in North Jakarta City in 2022-2023. This study used a cross-sectional study design with quantitative methods and total sampling as sampling techniques. Statistical analysis was perfomed using the chi-square test and binary logistic regression with 95% confident level (p-value=0,005). The result showed and association between gender (p-valu=0,005; OR=2,667), traffic violation (p-value<0,001; OR=4,108), and weather (p-value=0,001; OR=3,774) with traffic accident among motorcyclyst. The most influential variabel in the occurrence of traffic accident among motorcyclist is traffic violation. Based on the spatial analysis, the most location of traffic accident are Jalan Raya Cilincing, Jalan R. E. Martadinata, and Jalan Yos Sudarso.
