"Makalah ilmiah akhir ini membahas dilema identitas saya sebagai mahasiswa magang dalam program Receh-Coreng yang berdampak pada bagaimana posisi mahasiswa dengan latar belakang jurusan Antropologi ditempatkan oleh warga setempat. Tulisan ini memperlihatkan bagaimana metode penelitian etnografi dengan berfokus pada isu positioning dan isu identitas diaplikasikan dalam melihat realita di lapangan. Program Receh-Coreng yang terintegrasi dengan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), melibatkan peran aktif mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan untuk berkontribusi secara langsung melakukan pengumpulan data penelitian di Kampung Kota. Dalam proses adaptasi di Kampung Tembok Bolong, saya menemukan konflik internal antara pengurus koperasi dengan warga yang semakin memperlihatkan dilema posisi saya sebagai insider dan outsider. Di satu sisi, posisi mahasiswa magang ditempatkan sebagai insider oleh pengurus koperasi yang memberikan ekspektasi kepada saya untuk berpihak kepada koperasi, membantu menyuarakan permasalahan ke pemerintah dan memberikan bantuan sembako kepada warga. Di sisi lain, posisi mahasiswa magang ditempatkan sebagai outsider oleh warga, sejalan dengan asumsi negatif warga yang menganggap saya sebagai “antek-antek koperasi”. Dilema posisi yang dialami mahasiswa magang disertai munculnya tantangan, mempengaruhi keterlambatan dalam proses pengumpulan data untuk keperluan program Receh-Coreng.

This final scientific paper discusses my identity dilemma as an intern student in the Receh-Coreng program which has an impact on how students with a background majoring in Anthropology are positioned by local residents. This article shows how ethnographic research methods focusing on positioning issues and identity issues are applied in looking at reality in the field. The Receh-Coreng program, which is integrated with the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, involves the active role of students in developing skills to contribute directly to collecting research data in Kampung Kota. During the adaptation process in Walling Bolong Village, I discovered an internal conflict between the cooperative management and the residents which increasingly showed the dilemma of my position as an insider and outsider. On the one hand, the student intern position was placed as an insider by the cooperative management which gave me expectations to side with the cooperative, help voice problems to the government and provide basic food assistance to residents. On the other hand, the position of the intern was placed as an outsider by the residents, in line with the negative assumptions of the residents who considered me a "cooperative lackey". The positional dilemma experienced by intern students is accompanied by the emergence of challenges, affecting delays in the data collection process for the Receh-Coreng program."

"Penelitian ini meneliti hubungan antara performa perusahaan dan metode perekrutan CEO (secara internal atau eksternal) dengan membandingkan hasil penelitian saat periode Covid-19 (2020-2021) dan selurh periode tanpa melihat apakah saat itu Covid-19 atau tidak (2018-2021). Data metode perekrutan CEO dan tenure didapatkan dari situs Bloomberg, sedangkan data lainnya didapatkan dari Thomson Reuters. Objek penelitian ini adalah 300 perusahaan publik dengan market capitalization terbesar yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Menggunakan data kuartal untuk regresi dengan fixed effect model, hasil menunjukkan bahwa CEO eksternal memiliki performa lebih baik pada 2018-2021. Selain itu, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari metode perekrutan CEO pada periode Covid-19.

This study examines the connection between firm performance and how CEO is elected (internally or eternally) while also comparing the results during Covid-19 period (2020-2021) or the whole period without Covid-19 considerations (2018-2021). The data on CEO succession method and tenure was taken from Bloomberg, while others are taken from Thomson Reuters Eikon for 300 companies with the biggest market capitalization that are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using quarterly panel data for multiple regression with fixed effect model, result shows that firms with outsider CEO outperform firms with insider CEO in 2018-2021. Meanwhile there are no significant impact of CEO succession method during Covid-19 period."

"The purpose of this research was examining financial reporting timeliness (annual report) that go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Indicator of characteristic information at capital market is most actually information which timeliness. Timeliness constitutes main problem so there is trend for public's firms to mistiming deep to pass on financial statements to BAPEPAM. The effect this research is subject to be analized discipline or compliance zoom that gets bearing with financial reporting and to find empiric prove hits factors that regard corporate finance reporting timeliness that go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples in this research are 198 firms that go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange in year 2003 until 2005. This research used binary logistic's regression by use of program SPSS 13. To determine and chooses best fit model in hypothesis testing was done by estimation by use of two scenario. Result of this research : (1) Size, age and insider ownership impact of corporate finance reporting timeliness. (2) Debt to equity ratio, profitability and outsider ownership did not impact of corporate finance reporting timeliness."
