"Perilaku profesional di rumah sakit umum pusat rujukan di Jakarta dapat memenuhi harapan pasien sehingga memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Nilai menjadi landasan dalam mengarahkan perilaku seseorang sehingga mampu menampilkan sikap yang sesuai harapan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi nilainilai profesional perawat dalam mengarahkan perilaku perawat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sepuluh perawat sebagai partisipan telah dipilih dan dilakukan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Colaizzi.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan enam tema yaitu 1) perasaan senang, bangga, dan semakin mengerti karakter pasien dalam menjalani profesi perawat; 2) banyaknya tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjalani profesi perawat; 3) kompetensi manajer dalam menghadapi tantangan; 4) perawat memberikan pelayanan berdasarkan ilmu dan keterampilan, rasa ingin menolong dan welas kasih sebagai bentuk ibadah dan komitmen kepada profesi; 5) merasakan kepuasan dalam menajalani profesi perawat; dan 6) harapan terhadap pengembangan profesi.
Perawat yang profesional memiliki sikap yang positif dan memiliki harapan untuk pengembangan profesi. Rumah sakit tempat perawat bekerja dapat mengembangkan pendidikan dan penelitian keperawatan sehingga mampu memberikan praktik yang berbasis bukti. Manajer keperawatan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang didasari ilmu, keterampilan dan sikap sebagai bentuk ibadah dan komitmen terhadap profesi sehingga menjadi role model bagi perawat yang dipimpin.

Professional behavior at a public hospital referral center in Jakarta could meet the patients expectations, so it could provide the satisfaction to customers. Values are the basis for directing one`s behavior so that they are able to display attitudes as expected. The purpose of this study was to explore nurses professional values in directing nurse behavior. The design of this study used a phenomenological qualitative method with a purposive sampling method. Ten nurses were selected as participants and were involved in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using the Colaizzi method.
The results obtained six themes: 1) felt happy, proud, and improved their understanding the character of patients in undergoing the nursing profession; 2) many challenges faced in undergoing the nursing profession; 3) the competency of manager in facing challenges; 4) nurses provided services based on knowledge and skills, a sense of helping and compassion, as a form of worship and commitment to the profession; 5) felt satisfaction in undergoing a nursing profession; 6) a hope of professional development.
Professional nurses have a positive attitude and have a hope for professional development. The hospitals where nurses work could develop nursing education and research so they are able to provide the evidence-based practices. The nursing managers could provide services based on knowledge, skills and attitudes as a form of worship and commitment to the profession, so the manager could be a role model for other nurses that they led.

"Pendahuluan: Preceptorship merupakan suatu proses pendampingan yang diberikan kepada perawat baru untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, yang membutuhkan peran manajer keperawatan dalam memberikan pengarahan berupa supervisi. Saat pelaksanaan terjadi hambatan yang dialami supervisor dalam melaksanakan supervisi, dimana kurangnya waktu dalam melakukan pendampingan dan monitoring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran pelaksanaan supervisi klinis yang dilakukan kepala ruangan terhadap program preceptorship perawat baru di rumah sakit X Jakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan partisipan berjumlah 8 orang yang ditentukan dari kriteria inklusi dan dibantu oleh key person. Instrumen evaluasi menggunakan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan catatan lapangan. Analisis data dilakukan dari transkrip verbatim hingga didapatkan tema – tema. Hasil: Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi enam tema tentang pengalaman kepala ruangan dalam melakukan supervisi program preceptorship dan dijabarkan dalam pembahasan, sebagai berikut: 1) Berharap adanya panduan pelaksanaan supervisi kegiatan preceptorship; 2) Berharap adanya peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan; 3) Berbagai kendala yang dialami dari sisi perawat dan kepala ruangan; 4) Optimalisasi Program Preceptorship; 5) Sadar terhadap peran dan pentingnya pemahaman tentang supervisi; 6) Berharap adanya peningkatan kemampuan preceptor dan preceptee. Kesimpulan: Inti dari enam tema tersebut menjelaskan bahwa pentingnya peran dan dukungan yang diberikan oleh manajer keperawatan dalam pembuatan panduan terkait pelaksaan supervisi kegiatan preceptorship.

Introduction: Preceptorship is a process of mentoring given to new nurses to develop skills, which requires the role of the nursing manager in providing direction in the form of supervision. During the implementation, supervisors experienced obstacles in carrying out supervision, where there was a lack of time in providing assistance and monitoring. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of clinical supervision carried out by the head of the ward for the new nurse preceptorship program at hospital X Jakarta. Methods: This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 8 participants who were determined from the inclusion criteria and assisted by a key person. The evaluation instrument used interview guidelines, observation sheets, and field notes. Data analysis was conducted from verbatim transcripts to obtain themes. Results: This study identified six themes regarding the experience of the head of the room in supervising the preceptorship program and described in the discussion, as follows: 1) Availability of guidelines for the implementation of supervision of preceptorship activities; 2) Expecting an increase in the quality of nursing services; 3) Various obstacles were experienced by nurses and the head of the room; 4) Optimizing the Preceptorship Program; 5) Awareness of the role and importance of understanding supervision; 6) Expecting an increase in the ability of preceptors and preceptees. Conclusion: The core of the six themes explains the importance of the role and support provided by nursing managers in making guidelines regarding the supervision of preceptorship activities."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas kemampuan kepala ruangan dalam melaksanakan supervisi yang dipersepsikan perawat pelaksana. Latar belakang masalah ini bersumber dari temuan masalah pada waktu peneliti melaksanakan kegiatan resindensi yang menunjukan bahwa kepala ruangan belum optimal dalam supervisi dan supervisi yang dilakukan selama ini bersifat situasional. Tempat penelitian adalah di 8 ruang rawat inap RSUD Budhi Asih Jakarta, dengan responden berjumlah 94 perawat pelaksana yang diambil secara acak dengan teknik simple random sampling (jumlah populasi 210 orang) dengan latar belakang pendidikan SPK, D3/D4 dan S1 Keperawatan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat oleh peneliti sendiri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hipotesis ditetapkan untuk melihat hubungan yang positif antara variabel efektivitas kemampuan kepala ruangan dengan persepsi perawat pelaksana dan variabel confoundinglkarakteristik perawat pelaksana dengan persepsi perawat pelaksana. Uji cobs instrumen dilakukan pada perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat map RSUD Koja Jakarta Utara. Hasil uji coba kuesioner diperoleh nilai a = 0,972. Untuk menguji hubungan antara efektivitas kemampuan supervisi kepala ruangan dan persepsi perawat pelaksana digunakan Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Pada analisis bivariat digunakan regresi tinier sederhana dan untuk analisis multivariat digunakan analisis regresi linier ganda (multiple linier regression). Hasil uji bivariat korelasi Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient diperoleh basil adanya hubungan yang sempurna dan signifikan antara variabel efektivitas kemampuan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan persepsi perawat pelaksana dengan nilai F Sig.=98,384 dan memiliki Pvalue - 0,000 (p < a). Sub variabel efektivitas kemampuan supervisi kepala ruangan yang terdiri dari fungsi manajemen, kompetensi supervisi dan ketrampilan supervisi menunjukkan adanya hubungan kuat dan signifikan dengan persepsi perawat pelaksana yaitu fungsi manajemen (r = 0,881; Pvalue = 0,000), kompetensi supervisi (r = 0,887; Pvalue = 0,000) dan ketrampilan supervisi (r = 0,775; Pvalue = 0,000). Pada uji statistik multivariat diperoleh hasil koefisien determinasi (R2 = 0,848) dan menunjukkan bahwa sub variabel kompetensi supervisi merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap persepsi perawat pelaksana dengan nilai R = 0,698; Pvalue = 0,000 (p < a). Rekomendasi untuk pimpinan dan manajer keperawatan di RSUD Budhi Asih Jakarta untuk memanfaatkan hasil penelitian ini guna perbaikan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan, khususnya dengan meningkatkan supervisi keperawatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala ruangan terhadap perawat pelaksana.

The aim of this research was to analyze the effectiveness of head nurses' ability in conducting supervision which was perceived by the nurses. The background of this problem came from the situation when the researcher had some residential activity which was showed that the head nurses not yet optimal in conducted the supervision, and the supervision had been done until now was still situational supervision. Research place was in 8 inpatient ward of the Budhi Asih Hospital Jakarta, the number of the sample was 94 nurses which were taken with the random technique of simple random sampling (the number of the population was 210 people) with background education of SPK, D3/D4 and bachelor in nursing (S1). Data collecting was done using with the questionnaire which made by the researcher. Research design which was used in this research was analytic method with the cross sectional approach. Hypothesis specified to see the positive relation between effectiveness head nurses' ability variable with the nurses' perception variable and the characteristic of the nurses with the nurses' perception. The test of the instrument had been done on the nurses? inpatient ward RSUD Koja, North Jakarta. Result of the questionnaire test obtained by value of a= 0,972. The test of the relation between effectiveness head nurses' supervision ability and perception of the nurses was using Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. This research using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis used simple linear regression and for the multivariate analysis used multiple linear regressions. The result of Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient correlation bivariate test obtained from the result of the relation which was significant between effectiveness head nurses' supervision ability variable with the perception of nurses showed the strong relation and significant with value of F Sig.= 98,384 and pvalue = 0,000 ( p < a). Sub variable of the effectiveness head nurses' supervision ability including management function, supervision competency and supervision skill showed the strong relation and significant with perception nurse with of value management function ( r = 0,881; pvalue = 0,000), supervision competency (r = 0,887; pvalue = 0,000) and supervision skill ( r = 0,775; pvalue = 0,000). Statistical multivariate test obtained the result of determinant coefficient (R2 = 0,848) and indicate that supervision competency sub variable represent the most influenced factor on the nurses' perception with value ( = 0,698; pvalue = 0,000 (p < a ). Recommendation for the Dirrector and the Nursing manager of the Budhi Asih Hospital Jakarta were to exploit the result of this research to improve the quality of the nursing services, specially by improving the nursing supervision conducted by the head nurses to the nurses."
