Aplikasi mobile sudah menjadi kebutuhan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari manusia, sehingga makin banyak aplikasi mobile yang dikembangkan saat ini. Untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile, dibutuhkan sebuah framework pengembangan aplikasi mobile. Saat ini terdapat berbagai jenis framework pengembangan aplikasi mobile dengan pendekatannya masing-masing, baik itu native apps, mobile web apps, widget based, bridging dengan javascript, dan yang lainnya. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah eksperimen pengukuran performa terhadap beberapa framework pengembangan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android berdasarkan lima parameter yaitu response time, cpu usage, memory usage, app size, dan frame rate. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah data bagaimana performa masing-masing framework pada lima parameter yang dipilih. In this research, an experiment will be conducted about performance measurement of several Android based mobile application development frameworks that will be measured based on five parameters, namely response time, cpu usage, memory usage, app size, and frame rate. ABSTRAK
Kredibilitas aplikasi mobile menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan banyaknya proses komunikasi, layanan, perdagangan, dan kepentingan personal dilakukan secara online. Akses yang luas dan banyaknya sumber yang memastikan ketersediaan informasi secara luas juga membuat penilaian kredibilitas menjadi sangat kompleks. Ketika pengguna tidak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup untuk menilai informasi yang diberikan mereka dapat bergantung pada bintang / rating sebagai isyarat. Pengguna juga mungkin cenderung lebih suka menilai aplikasi berdasarkan ulasan daripada langsung mengevaluasi kualitasnya. Menggunakan LINE Webtoon sebagai objek penelitian, aplikasi mobile ini menawarkan lebih dari 200 judul komik online yang diterbitkan gratis setiap harinya. LINE Webtoon telah diunduh lebih dari 10 juta pengguna, memiliki lencana bintang 4.5 dan direview oleh 931.354 pengguna di Google Play Store. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengguna tahu apa yang mereka ketahui dengan memeriksa peran penilaian kredibilitas dalam perilaku informasi online pengguna. Penelitian ini menganalisis penilaian kredibilitas pengguna pada aplikasi seluler berdasarkan teori Prominence Interpretation Theory PIT oleh B.J. Fogg dan Information Foraging Theory oleh Pirolli and Card. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran berurutan, metode kuantitatif berdasarkan eksperimen kuasi yang diikuti dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bintang star/rating menjadi variabel independen bagi variabel kualitas informasi, sedangkan variabel interpretasi menjadi perantara terhadap korelasi antara bintang dengan kualitas informasi. Penilaian kredibilitas tetap memiliki peran namun tidak terlalu banyak porsinya untuk membangun perilaku informasi online pada pengguna aplikasi LINE Webtoon.
ABSTRACT
The credibility of mobile applications apps has become increasingly important because communication processes, services, commerce, and personal data are all online. Wide scale access and the multiplicity of sources that ensure widespread information availability also make assessing credibility extremely complex. When users do not have sufficient knowledge to judge the given information they may rely on the star rating as a cue. They also may prefer to rate the app based on the review rather than directly evaluate its quality. Using LINE Webtoon as the research rsquo s object, this mobile app offers over 200 online comics updated daily for free. LINE Webtoon has been downloaded by more than 10 million users, get 4.5 stars for rating, and has been reviewed by 931,354 users in the Google Play Store. This research aims to understand how users know what they know by examining the role of credibility assessment in users rsquo online information behavior. This research analyzes the user rsquo s credibility assessment of mobile apps based on Fogg rsquo s prominence interpretation theory PIT and users rsquo information behavior based on Pirolli and Card rsquo s information foraging theory. This research using a sequential mixed methods approach, quantitative based on quasi experiment following by qualitative in depth interview. The results show that star rating being the independent variable for information quality, meanwhile interpretation being the moderating variable for the quality information. The credibility assessment still has a role but not too much for online information behavior construct in LINE Webtoon app user context.

Mulai Januari 2014, Indonesia telah menerapkan sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN . JKN diselenggarakan oleh Badan Penyelenggaraann Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN . Dimulainya sistem jaminan kesehatan menyebabkan banyaknya antrian yang terjadi di kantor Cabang BPJS Kesehatan 2500 pengunjung perhari pada 2015 sehingga melatarbelakangi BPJS Kesehatan meluncurkan program inovasi yaitu aplikasi Mobile JKN pada November 2017. Saat ini peserta BPJS Kesehatan baru mencapai 1 yang menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN dan juga masih banyaknya pengembangan fitur yang ada dalam aplikasi Mobile JKN. Hal tersebut yang melatarbelakangi penelili untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama provider BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN menyatakan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN sangat bermanfaat dan memudahkan peserta BPJS Kesehatan dalam mengakses informasi dan pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan dan masih banyak masukan saran untuk pegembangan aplikasi Mobile JKN, namun aplikasi Mobile JKN telah memberikan manfaat bagi peserta dan juga petugas BPJS Kesehatan.
ABSTRACT
Starting in January 2014, Indonesia has implemented a National Health Insurance JKN system. JKN is organized by the National Health Insurance Agency JKN . Starting of the health insurance system caused a lot of queues in the BPJS Kesehatan office 2500 visitors in a day in 2015 so that the background of BPJS Kesehatan launched the innovation program, there is the JKN Mobile application in November 2017. Currently BPJS Kesehatan participants reach 1 who use the Mobile JKN application and also there are still many feature developments in the JKN Mobile application. This background of the researcher to find out overview of implementation of the Mobile JKN application usage in the primary healthcare provider of BPJS Kesehatan South Jakarta. This research method is qualitative research. The method used in data collection is in depth interviews and observation. The results of this study are JKN Mobile application users stated that the use of the JKN Mobile application is very useful and makes it easier for BPJS Health participants to access BPJS Health information and services and there are still many suggestions for developing the JKN Mobile application, but the JKN Mobile application has provided benefits to participants and also BPJS Kesehatan officers.

Perkembangan e-Government telah menciptakan penyampaian layanan berbasis seluler yang dikenal dengan nama aplikasi seluler dalam layanan pemerintahan (mG-App) untuk melayani warganya dengan lebih baik. Di lingkup negara berkembang, khususnya Indonesia, penelitian mengenai adopsi teknologi ini dalam pelayanan publik masih terbatas. Penelitian ini, menghadapi tantangan penerimaan pengguna, menganalisis wacana media sosial untuk menyelidiki secara empiris faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan adopsi mG-App di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan text mining dan netnografi media sosial, penelitian ini menguji persepsi warganet dan menyoroti faktor-faktor adopsi mG-App dari dua perspektif: pemerintah-ke-warganet dan warganet-ke-warganet. Data utama diperoleh dari ulasan publik di platform X/Twitter. Penelitian ini secara rinci menjelaskan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, menggabungkan netnografi dan menerapkan analisis sentimen berbasis aspek untuk memproses data. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman dimensi sosial produksi bersama layanan mG-App, mengupas akuntabilitas, transparansi, kepercayaan, privasi, dan biaya. Dengan memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor dan sentimen publik memengaruhi produksi bersama layanan mG-App, penelitian ini mengisi celah penting dalam penelitian terkait pemahaman adopsi mG-App. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan kekecewaan warganet yang luas terhadap ekspektasi kinerja dan upaya mG-App di Indonesia, dan menyoroti bagaimana konsep lingkungan sosial dari the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) memengaruhi penolakan masyarakat. Studi ini juga secara inovatif mengintegrasikan analisis netnografi dan text mining untuk mengevaluasi penerapan teknologi baru. ......The development of e-Government has established mobile-enabled service delivery known as mobile applications in government services (mG-App) to serve its citizens better. Within the scope of developing countries, particularly Indonesia, study on the adoption of this technology in the public services is still limited. Given user acceptance challenges, this study analyzes social media discourse to empirically investigate the key factors contributing to the success of mG-App adoption in Indonesia. Using text mining and social media netnography, this study examines citizens’ perceptions and highlights mG-App adoption factors from two perspectives: government-to-citizens and citizens-to-citizens. Public reviews from X/Twitter serve as primary data for this investigation. This paper outlines a detailed data collection and analysis process, incorporating netnography and utilizing aspect-based sentiment analysis for data processing. This research adds to understanding the social dimensions of the co-production of mG-App services, elucidating accountability and transparency, trust, privacy, and cost. By providing insights into how these factors and public sentiments influence the co-production of mG-App services, this research addresses a crucial gap in understanding mG-App adoption. Findings reveal widespread public concerns over mG-App performance and effort expectancy in Indonesia, shedding light on how the Unified Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) social environment concept influences public resistance. The study also innovatively integrates netnographic analysis and text mining to assess the adoption of new technology.

Mobile apps including for travelers or tourists who always use Agoda as information reference increases significantly. Since, mobile applications (mobile apps) user is living in the first-tier cities and inadequate behavioral research on them, it makes limited understanding about the us er’s acceptance on mobile application especially tourism and hospitality industry. This study focuses on the psychological motives behind user’s acceptance of Agoda mobile applications expect especially on Indonesian user. This study also tries to construct and test a conceptual model to predict user’s attitude toward mobile apps, intent to use and actual use. The study also examines behavioral variables behind user’s acceptance of mobile apps by applying theory of planned behavior/theory of reason action and technology acceptance model. This study adheres online survey as research method. By using partial least square structural equation model, the finding shows all hypothesis are supported. The finding shows that attitude, subjective norms, perceived (behavioral control, usefulness and ease of use) are significant determinants of behavioral intention to use and actual system use toward Agoda mobile apps in Indonesia. This study supports an application of the Theory of Planned Behavior/Theory of Reason Action and Technology Acceptance Model to mobile apps. This study is also success to integrate the constructs of theories that can be applied in tourism and hospitality industry.

Transformasi digital menjadi salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengadopsi proses tradisional menjadi digital. Upaya ini juga sedang banyak digunakan dalam pengimplementasian sistem pemerintahan, salah satunya pada layanan perpajakan di Indonesia yaitu diluncurkannya aplikasi M-Pajak. Akan tetapi, penggunaan aplikasi M-Pajak belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hal ini dilihat dari penilaian salah satu distribusi digital, aplikasi M-Pajak mendapatkan penilaian yang tergolong biasa saja atau berada di rentang rata-rata. Beberapa pengguna berpendapat aplikasi belum memiliki fitur yang lengkap, secara fungsionalitas layanan perpajakan yang diberikan belum selengkap layanan DJP Online. Keberadaan kedua layanan tersebut perlu dipertanyakan nilai kegunaan aplikasi dalam memenuhi layanan perpajakan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan bagi perancang aplikasi untuk memastikan layanan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang terbaik dengan mengoptimalkan manfaat yang diberikan kepada Wajib Pajak. Pada penelitian layanan perpajakan terdahulu lebih fokus membahas tentang layanan e-Filing pada DJP Online dan belum ada penelitian yang mengevaluasi aplikasi mobile tentang perpajakan dari sisi usability. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability dan melakukan perancangan ulang desain antarmuka menggunakan metode pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD) dan menerapkan prinsip Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. Penelitian ini melibatkan partisipan yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi M-Pajak dan DJP Online pada pengumpulan data dan evaluasi usability. Evaluasi dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dengan menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan wawancara daring dengan pengguna pada tahapan pertama. Solusi perbaikan desain yang diberikan tim penulis berupa low-fidelity dan high-fidelity design. Pada evaluasi SUS tahap pertama mendapatkan skor sebesar 64,23 atau ‘OK’ dan tahap kedua mendapatkan skor final sebesar 82 atau ‘Good’. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi memberikan solusi perbaikan sistem pada aplikasi M-Pajak dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpajakan di Indonesia. ......Digital transformation is one of the efforts that has been made to adopt traditional processes into digital ones. This effort is also being massively used within the implementation of government systems, one of which is in the provision of tax services in Indonesia, namely the launch of the M-Pajak mobile application. However, the use of the M-Pajak mobile application had not fully met user needs. This could be seen from the assessment of one of the digital distributions in which M-Pajak got the application rating that was classified as average. Some users thought that the features within the application were incomplete in terms of functionality, meaning that the tax services provided were not as complete as the services provided in DGT Online platform. The usefulness of both services in fulfilling tax services in Indonesia needs to be questioned. Therefore, it is necessary for application designers to ensure that services can provide the best experience by optimizing the benefits that taxpayers would get. Previous research that had been done on tax services focused more on discussing e-Filing services at DGT Online as well as there had been no research evaluating mobile applications regarding taxation from the perspective of usability. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of evaluating usability and redesigning the interface design using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach and applying the principles of Shneiderman's Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. This study involved participants who were the M-Pajak and DGT Online users in data collection and usability evaluation. The evaluation was carried out in two stages using System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation questions and online interviews with users in the first stage. This evaluation resulted the design improvement solution in the form of low-fidelity and high-fidelity design. In the first stage of evaluation, an SUS score of 64.23 or ‘OK’ was obtained while SUS score in the second stage was 82 or 'Good'. This research is expected to contribute to providing system improvement solutions for the M-Pajak mobile application and to improve the quality of tax services in Indonesia.

The form of initial experience with mobile application determines consumers likelihood to adopt it. This paper examines the effects of two forms of experience (direct versus indirect) toward the formation of consumers behavioral intentions (versus behavioral expectations) to adopt mobile applications. A direct experience induces concrete mental process that underlies the formation of behavioral expectations, whereas an indirect experience induces abstract mental process that underlies the formation of behavioral intentions. Results from Experiment 1 show significant increase in behavioral expectations predictive ability when subjects engaged in a direct experience than an indirect experience. Meanwhile, the effects of a direct experience were subtle toward behavioral intentions predictive ability. In Experiment 2, the intensity of direct experience revealed additional caveats on the predictive ability of behavioral intentions and behavioral expectations. It is found that higher intensity of a direct experience has a stronger effect toward behavioral expectations than behavioral intentions. Findings of these experiments could be used as a ground to design an intervention strategy for mobile applications pre-adoption experience.
