Abstrak :
Kanker merupakan suatu kondisi dimana sel telah kehilangan pengendalian dan pertumbuhan normal. Mastektomi tidak hanya meninggalkan bekas secara fisik, namun juga terhadap psikologis pasien yaitu menurunkan perasaan bangga sebagai wanita. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri pasien post masektomi yang melibatkan 85 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil analisis univariat menjelaskan bahwa mayoritas responden post masektomi memiliki konsep diri yang positif (55,3%). Pasien post masektomi perlu diberikan konseling serta perilaku caring, sehingga pasien dapat menerima perubahan dalam dirinya dengan konsep diri yang positif. ......Cancer in a condition in wich the cells have lost control and normal growth. Abstrak :
Pengobatan lini pertama pada pasien kanker payudara adalah mastektomi. Efek samping dari mastektomi diantaranya nyeri, penurunan fungsi bahu, kelemahan otot, mati rasa, keterbatasan lingkup gerak sendi bahu, dan limfedema. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh latihan shoulder range of motion (ROM) pre operatif terhadap nyeri dan fungsi bahu pada pasien kanker payudara pasca mastektomi. Desain penelitian quasi experimental dengan 42 responden kanker payudara yang menjalani mastektomi di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais (RSKD) pada bulan Juni – Juli 2023. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) dan Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna terhadap skor nyeri dan fungsi bahu di hari ke-3 dan hari ke-10 setelah mastektomi pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol nilai pValue 0,000 (pValue < 0,05). Perawat dapat memberikan kombinasi latihan shoulder ROM pre operatif dan post operatif pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani mastektomi agar dapat menurunkan keluhan efek samping dan mencegah komplikasi dari tindakan tersebut. ......The first line of treatment for breast cancer patients is a mastectomy. Side effects of a mastectomy include pain, decreased shoulder function, muscle weakness, numbness, limited range of motion of the shoulder joint, and lymphedema. This study aims to analyze the effect of preoperative shoulder range of motion (ROM) exercises on shoulder pain and function in post-mastectomy breast cancer patients. A quasi experimental design with 42 breast cancer respondents who underwent mastectomy at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital in June - July 2023. The instruments used in this study were the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) and Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI). The results of this study indicated that there were significant differences in the scores of shoulder pain and function on day 3 and day 10 after mastectomy in the intervention group compared to the control group with a pValue of 0.000 (pValue <0.05). Nurses can provide a combination of preoperative and postoperative shoulder ROM exercises to breast cancer patients undergoing mastectomy in order to reduce complaints of side effects and prevent complications from the procedure.

Abstrak :
Praktek residensi keperawatan medikal bedah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dalam mengelola pasien khususnya kasus onkologi. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah sebagai laporan praktik keperawatan  medikal bedah onkologi di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Terdapat tiga cakupan dalam praktek residensi yaitu penerapan teori kebutuhan dasar Virginia Henderson dalam asuhan keperawatan, mengimplementasikan Evidence-based Nursin aplikasi madu terhadap penurunan derajat oral mukositis dan penerapan ERAS protokol pada pembedahan tiroidektomi dan mastektomi. Kesimpulan: empat belas kebutuhan dasar Henderson dapat digunakan dalam asuhan keperawatan pada kasus keganasan. Aplikasi madu dapat digunakan sebagai pilihan manajemen alternatif mengurangi derajat oral mukositis pada pasien yang menjalani radioterapi, kemoradiasi dan kemoterapi. Medical and surgical nursing residency practice aims to improve professionalism in managing patients, especially oncology cases. The aim of this scientific work is a practice report of medical and surgical nursing residency of oncology at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta. The clinical placement covered three areas: application of Virginia Henderson's basic needs theory in nursing care, evidence-based nursing practice using honey to reduce the severity of oral mucositis and application of ERAS protocols for  thyroidectomy and mastectomy surgery. Conclusion: fourteen Henderson basic needs can be applied to cancer cases. Honey application shown to be good alternative to managing oral mukositis in patients undergoing radiotherapy, chemoradiation and chemotherapy. ABSTRAK
Kanker payudara merupakan tumor ganas pada jaringan payudara yang bersifat invasif dan paling sering terjadi pada wanita. Mastektomi adalah salah satu operasi kanker payudara yang mengangkat jaringan payudara beserta otot pektoralis dan nodus limfe aksila. Komplikasi lebih lanjut pada pasien yang menjalani operasi mastektomi dan diseksi nodus limfe aksila yaitu terjadinya limfedema. Studi kasus ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis intervensi keperawatan berupa latihan mobilisasi lengan pada pasien kanker payudara pasca operasi mastektomi dan diseksi nodus limfe aksila. Hasil intervensi menujukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari pemberian latihan mobilisasi lengan pada pasien yang ditandai dengan penurunan tingkat nyeri dan peningkatan kekuatan otot, serta tidak adanya kemerahan, edema, kesemutan dan kekakuan pada lengan. Rekomendasi dari studi kasus ini adalah perawat perlu mengetahui tanda dan gejala limfedema pada pasien kanker payudara, sehingga komplikasi pasca operasi mastektomi dan diseksi nodus limfe aksila dapat dicegah dan kualitas hidup pasien dapat meningkat.

ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is an invasive malignant tumor in breast tissues which commonly occurred in women. Mastectomy is a breast cancer surgery which breast tissues alongside pectoral muscles and axillary lymph nodes are dissected. Further complications in patients undergoing mastectomy and dissection of axillary lymph nodes is the occurrence of lymphedema. This case study was conducted to analyze nursing intervention, which is arm mobilization exercise, in post operative mastectomy and axillary lymph nodes dissection patient. The results of the intervention showed the significant effect of arm mobilization exercise in patient proven by decreased pain levels, increased muscle strength, and absence of redness, edema, tingling and stiffness in the arms. This study recommend nurses need to know the signs and symptoms of lymphoedema in breast cancer patients. Therefore, post operative complications of mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection can be prevented and patients rsquo quality of life may increase.
