"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain kuantitatif kualitatif
yang bertujuan mengetahui dan menggambarkan faktor ? faktor yang berhubungan dan yang
berhubungan paling dominan dengan keinginan pindah bekerja (turnover intention) perawat
di Rumah Sakit X di Balikpapan. Penelitian dilaksanakan metode cross sectional dengan
menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 199 orang responden yaitu perawat, serta melakukan
wawancara mendalam kepada 5 orang informan dari pihak manajemen dan kepala bagian di
rumah sakit X di Balikpapan. Dari penelitian kuantitatif didapatkan faktor pengembangan
karir, kompensasi dan komunikasi yang berhubungan dengan keinginan pindah bekerja, dan
faktor komunikasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keinginan pindah bekerja.
Sedangkan penelitian kualitatif menunjukkan faktor komunikasi antara pihak manajemen dan
perawat kurang begitu baik. Maka seharusnya pihak manajemen lebih memperhatikan
masalah komunikasi tersebut sehingga seluruh informasi dapat sampai kepada perawat.

Studi ini meneliti faktor secara keseluruhan yang mempengaruhi keinginan berpindah pelanggan pada penyedia layanan internet dengan menggunakan model Push-Pull Mooring. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengukuran kuantitatif kuesioner survei online pada 185 responden Indonesia dengan pengalaman menggunakan internet kabel selama setidaknya 1 bulan. Pengukuran menggunakan metode SEM untuk menganalisa data perolehan riset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor Push tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keinginan berpindah konsumen, sedangkan faktor Pull dan Mooring memiliki pengaruh terhadap keinginan berpindah konsumen layanan internet. Sebagai moderasi, faktor Mooring memiliki dampak terhadap hubungan faktor Pull dengan keinginan berpindah, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap hubungan faktor Push dengan keinginan berpindah. Validasi faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi niat switching pelanggan dapat menjadi referensi bagi penyedia layanan internet, sehingga perusahaan dapat merumuskan strategi pemasaran untuk meminimalkan niat switching pelanggan. Penelitian ini membangun model yang komprehensif terhadap niat beralih pelanggan dari penyedia layanan internet di Indonesia.


This study examines the holistic factors that influence the customers switching intention on fixed internet services provider using the Push-Pull Mooring model. Employs quantitative measurements of online survey questionnaire on 185 Indonesian respondents with experience using cable internet for at least 1 months, the measurement uses structural equation model to examine the research data. The result shows that Push factors doesnt have impact to switching intention. However, Pull and Mooring factors have an impact to switching intention. As moderating, the mooring factor has an impact to Pull and switching intention relationship but hasnt significant impact to Push and switching intention relationship. Validation the most factors influence customers switching intention can be a reference for internet service provider, so that company can formulate marketing strategy to minimize customers switching intention. This study builds comprehensive model toward customer switching intention of internet service provider in Indonesia.

Rebranding adalah sebuah strategi marketing yang lumrah dilakukan oleh
banyak perusahaan, terutama saat ada situasi dimana sebuah perusahaan diakuisisi
oleh perusahaan lainya. Dalam situasi tersebut strategi rebranding menjadi sangat
penting untuk diterapkan demi mendapatkan kepercayaan konsumen untuk terus
menggunakan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat
dilihat faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan konsumen
dengan keinginan pembelian. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan
pada proses rebranding terlihat dari sikap skeptis dan resistensi terhadap
perubahan yang membentuk brand attitude seseorang. Dalam penelitian ini,
hubungan yang ditimbulkan antara sikap skeptis dan resistensi dapat dibuktikan
dan bersifat positif. Rasa keingintahuan menjadi faktor penting untuk
mempengaruhi tingkat resistensi. Pada penelitian ini terlihat hubungan yang
signifikan dan bersifat negatif antara rasa keingintahuan seseorang dengan
resistensi yang dimiliki. Pada akhirnya, resistensi akan mempengaruhi sikap yang
dimiliki oleh seorang konsumen pada saat rebranding terjadi. Dari sikap yang
dimiliki oleh seseorang tersebut, terbentuk tingkat keinginan pembelian yang
tinggi pada sebuah merek.

Rebranding is a common marketing strategy undertaken by many
companies, especially when there is a situation where a company acquired by
other companies such as merger and acquisition. In such a situation, it becomes
very important for a rebranding strategy to be applied correctly in order to obtain
the trust of consumers to continue to use the product or service being offered and
develop a favorable attitude towards brand. In this study, there are factors that will
affect the level of consumer trust and purchase intention. Factors that influence
the level of trust will be shown and driven by skepticism and resistance to change
that will shape a customers's brand attitude. In this study, the relationship arising
between skepticism and resistance can be proven positive. Curiosity becomes an
important factor to influence the level of resistance. The study shows, there is a
significant relationship between curiosity and resistance and the relationship is
negative. It means the more curiosity shown by the customer, the less resistance
he or she will have toward a brand that undergoes changes. In the end, resistance
will affect the attitude towards brand when undergoes rebranding process. This
attitude will proved center reason why a customer use the service in the website

"ABSTRAK
Faktor perbedaan individu siswa mempengaruhi pembelajaran dan pemerolehan bahasa asing/kedua, maka penting bagi guru bahasa asing/kedua untuk mengakomodasi perbedaan individu siswa dalam pengajaran. Penelitian ini smembahas sejauh mana guru mengakomodasi faktor perbedaan individu siswa dalam pengajaran. Peneliti melakukan tiga kali observasi kelas dari total 14 kali pertemuan dalam satu semester. Kegiatan-kegiatan kelas, tindakan dan tuturan guru diteliti untuk melihat apakah guru mengakomodasi atau mengabaikan faktor perbedaan individu siswa dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Melalui rekaman video proses belajar mengajar, pengidentifikasian faktor perbedaan individu dengan kuesioner, stimulated recall kepada siswa dan guru peneliti menemukan 25 kegiatan kelas, tindakan dan tuturan guru mengakomodasi faktor perbedaan individu siswa. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi rujukan bagi guru bahasa Inggris dalam merancang kegiatan-kegiatan kelas, melakukan tindakan dan menyampaikan tuturan untuk mengakomodasi faktor perbedaan individu siswa.

ABSTRACT
Individual differences factors influence foreign/second language learning and acquisition, so it is important for foreign/second language teachers to accommodate students? individual factors in teaching. This study discusses how far teacher accommodate students? individual differences factors. Researcher did classroom observation for three times of 14 meetings in one semester. Class activities, teacher?s act and utterances is examined to see does teacher accomodate or neglect students? individual differences in teaching English. By video-recording teaching and learning process, identifying students? individual differences factors with questionaires and stimulated recalling to the students and the teacher, researcher find that 25 class activities, teacher?s act and utterances accommodating students? individual differences factors. A desirable use of this study would be a refference for English teachers in designing class activities, doing act and giving utterances to accomodate students? individual differences factors.

"Program pembayaran dengan tiket terintegrasi antar moda transportasi umum di DKI Jakarta diharapkan dapat menarik warga untuk lebih memanfaatkan transportasi umum . Namun, penerapan sistem tiket terintegrasi masih belum optimal mulai dari perjalanan belum sepenuhnya lancar karena banyak kendala, seperti proses pembelian tiket hingga permasalah teknis seperti pemindaian barcode. Jika program ini diimplementasiakan dengan baik maka akan mewujudkan transportasi yang efektif, efisien, murah, cepat dan nyaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya keinginan masyarakat terhadap implementasi sistem tiket terintegrasi pada transportasi umum di DKI Jakarta. Efisiensi perjalanan pada transportasi umum dipengaruhi oleh variable penelitian tarif yang terjangkau, sosialisasi program sistem integrasi dan sistem yang berfungsi dengan baik. Sedangkan kesiapan infrastruktur yang handal dipengaruhi oleh variable alat pembaca kartu BCT dan server serta internet yang handal. Dalam konteks pelayanan integrasi transportasi kunci keberhasilan adalah efsiensi; semakin efsien sistem transportasi, semakin berkurang biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan dan semakin cepat perjalanan yang ditempuh

The payment program with integrated tickets between public transportation modes in DKI Jakarta is expected to attract residents to make more use of public transportation. However, the implementation of the integrated ticketing system is still not optimal, starting from the journey that has not been completely smooth due to many obstacles, such as the ticket buying process to technical problems such as barcode scanning. If this program is implemented properly, it will create effective, efficient, cheap, fast and comfortable transportation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach by collecting data using questionnaires distributed online. The results of the study show that there is a public desire for the implementation of an integrated ticketing system for mass public transportation in DKI Jakarta. Travel efficiency on public transportation is influenced by affordable fare research variables, socialization of system integration programs and systems that function properly. Meanwhile, reliable infrastructure readiness is influenced by reliable BCT card reader and server and internet variables. In the context of transportation integration services, the key to success is efficiency; the more efficient the transportation system, the lower the transportation costs incurred and the faster the journey.

"Fertilitas menjadi sorotan hingga saat ini meskipun trennya terus menurun namun masih belum mencapai target. Keinginan memiliki anak lagi (menambah anak) adalah hal yang
berkaitan langsung dengan fertilitas yang perlu dikendalikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui faktor sosio-ekonomi dan demografi yang berhubungan dengan
keinginan memiliki anak lagi pada wanita usia subur di Indonesia tahun 2017. Penelitian
ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Sampel
penelitian adalah wanita usia subur usia 15-49 tahun yang memiliki satu anak atau lebih
berdasarkan data SDKI 2017. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariabel,
bivariabel dan multivariabel dengan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa 39,9 persen wanita ingin memiliki anak lagi. Variabel yang
berhubungan adalah variabel umur OR 0,17 (95% CI 0,16 – 0,18), jumlah anak hidup OR
0,2 (95% CI 0,19 – 0,22), tingkat pendidikan OR 1,76 (95% CI 1,57 – 1,98), status
ekonomi rendah OR 0,79 (95% CI 0,70 – 0,89), ekonomi menengah OR 0,80 (95% CI
0,71 – 0,91), ekonomi atas OR 0,74 (95% CI 0,65 – 0,84), ekonomi teratas OR 0,63 (95%
CI 0,55 – 0,72), serta variabel wilayah tempat tinggal OR 0,11 (95% CI 1,00 – 1,20).
Dalam penelitian ini, proporsi wanita WUS yang telah memiliki anak namun masih ingin
menambah anak masih tinggi, sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang kesehatan
reproduksi dan kesehatan ibu dan alat kontrasepsi agar wanita WUS dapat membatasi
kelahiran,

Fertility has been in the spotlight, although the trend continues to decline, it has not yet
reached the target. The desire to have more children is a matter directly related to fertility
which needs to be controlled. The research objectives to determine the socio-economic
and demographic factors associated with the desire to have more children in women of
childbearing age in Indonesia in 2017. This research is a type of quantitative analytic
study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample was women of childbearing age
aged 15-49 years who had one or more children based on the 2017 IDHS data. The
analysis used was univariable, bivariable and multivariable analysis with multiple logistic
regression. The results of this study indicate that 39.9 percent of women wish to have
more children. The variables that were related were the variable age OR 0.17 (95% CI
0.16 - 0.18), the number of children alive OR 0.2 (95% CI 0.19 - 0.22), education level
OR 1.76 ( 95% CI 1.57 - 1.98), low economic status OR 0.79 (95% CI 0.70 - 0.89),
medium economic OR 0.80 (95% CI 0.71 - 0.91) , the top economy OR 0.74 (95% CI
0.65 - 0.84), the top economy OR 0.63 (95% CI 0.55 - 0.72), and the area of residence
variable OR 0.11 (95 % CI 1.00 - 1.20). In this study, the proportion of WUS women who
have had children but still want to have more children is still high, so it is necessary to do
socialization about reproductive health and maternal health and contraceptives so that
WUS women can limit births

"Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh dari program KB, preferensi fertilitas pasangan dan faktor sosial ekonomi demografi terhadap keinginan mempunyai anak (lagi) pada suami dan istri. Data yang digunakan adalah data pasangan hasH Survei Demografi dan Kesahatan Indonesia 2007 dengan menerapkan metode analisis tabu1asi silang dan regresi logistik biner. Analisis dilakukan secara terpisah masing masing hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa suami yang bersama istrinya sama-sama tidak menyetujui program KB, sama-sruna tidak mengetahui tempat untuk rnemperoleh alatlcara KB, menyatakan tidak pernah berdiskusi tentang KB. sama-sama ingin mempunyai anak (lagi), berusia Jebih muda, berpendidikan lebih tinggi dan mernpunyai 0..2 orang anak masih hldup mempunyai kecenderungan lebih tinggi untuk mempunyai anak (lagi). Sementara pada istri, kecenderungan untuk mempunyai anak (lagi) lebih tinggi pada istri yang bersarna suaminya sarna-sama tidak menyetujui program KB, sarna-sarna tidak menget.ahui ternpat untuk memperolah alatlcara KB, sarna-sama ingin mempunyai anak (lagi), berusia lebih muda, berpendidikan !ebih tinggi, mernpunyai 0-2 orang anak rnasih hidup, tinggal di pedesaan dan berada pada rumah tangga dengan status ekonomi bawah.

This research aims to study the effect of family planning program, fertility preference of spouse's and other social) economic and demographic characteristics on husband and wife desire for a (another) child. This study uses couple's data from the 2007 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) using contingency tab1e and logistic regression analysis methods. The analysis is done separately for husbands and wives. The husbands are more likely to want to have a (another) child when both husband and wife dissaprove family planning, lack of knowledge about family planning and when they both desire a (another) child. They are also more likely to want to have a (another) child when they never discussed family planning with their wives. The husbands who have not bad any child or had less then 2 child, who are younger and more educated are more likely to want to have a (another) child. The wives are also more likely to want to have a (another) child when both husband and wife dissaprove family planning, lack of knowledge about family planning and when they both desire a (another) child. They are also more likely to want to have a (another) child when they have not had any child or had less then 2 child. The wives who are younger, more educatedliving in rural areas, and from lower economic background arc more likely to desire a (another) child."

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan yang diberikan karyawan terhadap keinginan untuk tinggal di sebuah perusahaan yang dimiliki karyawan dengan dimediasikan sikap kerja. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 125 orang pegawai. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa adanya pengaruh Perceived Training and Development terhadap 2 variabel work attitudes yaitu Job satisfaction dan Employee Engagement dan juga kedua variabel tersebut mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap Intention to Stay dan dapat dikatakan bahwa kedua variabel Job satisfaction dan Employee Engagement dapat menjadi variabel mediasi antara Perceived Training and Development dan Intention to Stay.

This paper aims to determine the effect of training and development provided by employees on the intention to stay in a company owned by employees with mediated work attitudes. The research subjects used 125 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study it is known that the influence of Perceived Training and Development on two work attitudes variabels, namely Job satisfaction and Employee Engagement and also both variabels positifly influenced Intention to Stay and can be said that both Job satisfaction and Employee Engagement variables can be mediating variabels between Perceived Training and Development and Intention to Stay."
