In 2010, the Government of Indonesia established the National Education Development Fund (DPPN), the education budget allocated for the endowment funds to ensure the continuation of the next generation education program as an intergenerational equity managed by the Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP). LPDP organizes scholarship programs with the mission of "preparing future leaders and professionals of Indonesia". Until 2017, there were 18,466 LPDP scholarship recipients. In its implementation, there is a lack of clarity between the target and outcomes of the LPDP scholarship program outcomes. This study aims to see how the target formulation and outcomes of LPDP scholarship program outcomes with the Targeting Outcomes of Program (TOP) model. The research paradigm is postpositivism with qualitative methods to explore program development and assess its performance (program performance). There are 2 conclusions from the research: (1) LPDP does not have clear formulation of target outcomes; and (2) outcomes of program outcomes have not been aligned with the mandate of intergenerational equity and its mission. There are 4 suggestions for improving the LPDP scholarship program in the future: (1) the preparation of a vision study on the needs of developing human resources based on regions / regions, industries, professions, and science in Indonesia; (2) development of scholarship programs for the first strata (diploma or undergraduate) integrated with the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) and the development of educational loans; (3) collaborating with ministries / institutions of similar program management and industry sectors; (4) adjusting the standard of living costs and the payment mechanism.

Nutrition is central in determining health, productivity, and other welfare outcomes. Yet, studies on intergenerational changes in welfare have largely focused on incomes, expenditures, and education, overlooking transmissions of nutritional and health outcomes. Thus, this study takes advantage of the diverse longitudinal data in the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) to explore various aspects of intergenerational nutritional mobility and its relationships with agriculture, anthropometrics outcomes, expenditures, and other dynamics in the data. Matching parents' outcomes in 1993 with their children's outcomes in 2014, a generalised ordered logit, several OLS regressions, and various delta regressions are run. Results find that there exists some intergenerational persistence in both nutritional outcomes and food expenditures. Notably, the study reveals that rural-urban migration and movement out of agriculture negatively impacts intergenerational changes, resulting in worse nutritional outcomes for children. It also reveals that significance of the quality of nutrition increasingly trumps the quantity of nutrition. These findings raise critical questions about classic economic theories, food security, poverty, and inequality, and uncovers significant unstudied areas of research. Together, the results emphasize the importance of studying non-monetary forms of intergenerational mobility, as it lies at the center of the question of how to sustainably and equally continue to grow prosperity.

......This study aims to analyze the effect of education on intergenerational mobility, either directly or indirectly with the control variables of parental age, parents' marriage, parents' occupation, place of residence, parents' income. This research was conducted by collecting data through the results of IFLS 4 and 5 surveys. The research method was using OLS analysis with the help of Stata 17. The results of the first study showed that simultaneously education expenditure and parental education had an effect on the mobility of children's education. Partially, education expenditure has no effect on the mobility of children's education and the education of parents (father and mother) partially has a significant effect on the mobility of children's education. The results of the second study are known simultaneously and partially that parental education and education expenditure affect the mobility of children's income. This result explains that the more people spend on consumption for education, it will create or have an impact on the income mobility of children, as well as on the education of parents.

ABSTRAK
This paper examines the implications of language contact in a Malay sub-variety known as Pondok Tinggi, spoken in Sumatra. My focus is on the grammatical phenomenon of phrasal alternation. Phrasal alternation is characterized by the presence of two distinct forms for nearly all lexical items, whose final syllables differ in shape. These are termed absolute and oblique (Steinhauer and Usman 1978: 485). The intergenerational transmission of this uncommon feature offers a way to measure the degree of contact-induced language change in Pondok Tinggi. An experiment was conducted to elicit the usage of the absolute and the oblique forms in order to find out how the distribution of phrasal alternation has changed within the last two generations. I reveal a grammatical simplification caused by contact between Pondok Tinggi and Bahasa Indonesia, a related Malayic variety serving as Indonesia?s prestigious official language. This adds a dimension of loss of local linguistic diversity to more familiar tropes of the national success of Bahasa Indonesia.

...... The purpose of this study are to estimate the intergenerational income mobility and the effect of intergenerational transfer of human capital on intergenerational income mobility in Indonesia. The intergenerational income elasticity is estimated by using father child pairs from Indonesia Family Life Survey IFLS 2000 until IFLS 2014. This study apply 2SLS method and the estimation resuts suggests that human capital is directly transmitted from parent to child. IGE increased from 0.123 to 0.172 when the direct transfer of human capital are taken into account. In other words, the direct transfer of human capital strengthening IGE. This is an indication that when the human capital development of children left entirely to household decisions, then the income gap that occurs in the older generation tends to be inherited or maintained for generations of children.

Abstrak :
Members of each generation share special signposts: collective experiences that influence our expectations, actions, and mind-sets. They also mold our ideas about company loyalty, work ethic, and the definition of a job well done. And now that five different generations are working together simultaneously from Traditionals to Generation Y and beyond it's even more important to understand where every one's coming from. Written by two generational experts who happen to be father and daughter, "Generations, Inc." offers the perspectives of people of different eras, eliciting practical insights on wrestling with generational issues in the workplace. The book provides Baby Boomers and Linksters alike with practical techniques. "Generations, Inc." provides realistic strategies for all those managers, executives, and employees seeking to coexist, flourish, and thrive together! at the same time.
