Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti pengaruh destination brand experience (DBE) terhadap satisfaction, intention to revisit dan intention to recommend pada youth travelers domestik yang melakukan destinasi ketempat-tempat pariwisata di wilayah Malang Raya. Penelitian ini akan menguji peran langsung komponen destination brand experience (DBE) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi, yaitu sensory, affective, behavioural, dan intellectual DBE, dan menguji peran satisfaction sebagai faktor mediasi pada destinasi dalam menentukan intensitas revisit dan rekomendasi worth-of-mouth. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 114 oresponden yang berusia 16-30 tahun yang pernah melakukan destinasi wisata ke Malang Raya pada satu tahun terakhir ABSTRACT
This research is aimed to show the effect of destination brand experience (DBE) towards satisfaction, intention to revisit and intention to recommend on domestic youth travelers who travel to destinations in Malang Raya. This research will examine direct role of destination brand experience (DBE) that consist of four dimensions; sensory DBE, affective DBE, behavioural DBE, and intellectual DBE, and examine the role of satisfaction as mediated factor with the destination determining intention to revisit dan worth-of-mouth recommendation. Pariwisata merupakan industri yang berperan dalam perekonomian suatu negara. termasuk penciptaan lapangan kerja. Oleh karena itu, banyak negara bertujuan untuk meningkatkan industri pariwisata yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi wisatawan untuk mengunjungi kembali suatu destinasi. Hipotesis diuji secara empiris dengan mengambil sampel 250 wisatawan nusantara dan Labuan Bajo sebagai objek penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa beberapa destination attributes berpengaruh terhadap experience quality wisatawan, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Selain itu, beberapa dimensi dari experience quality memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap trip satisfaction, di mana hal ini berkorelasi positif dengan intention to revisit wisatawan. Model penelitian mengeksplorasi hubungan tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai proses pengambilan keputusan wisatawan untuk mengunjungi kembali sebuah destinasi, dalam konteks pariwisata di negara berkembang, yaitu Indonesia. ......Tourism has long been known for its potential contribution to a countrys economy, including job creation. Therefore, many countries are aiming to develop and grow their tourism industry. This study aims to analyse factors that influenced travellers intention to revisit a destination. The hypotheses were empirically tested with samples of 250 Indonesian tourists and Labuan Bajo as the object analysed. The findings revealed that various destination attributes influenced the travellers experience quality, either positively or negatively. Furthermore, some dimensions of the travellers experience quality have a significant effect on the travellers trip satisfaction and subsequently, it positively correlates with their intention to revisit the destination. The research model explored the relationship by using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The research findings hopefully offer key insights into the process of traveller decision making upon whether to revisit a destination, in the context of tourism in an emerging market, namely Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh aspek kepatuhan syariah/sharia compliance dan bauran pemasaran/marketing mix product, price, place, promotion, people, process, dan physical evidence terhadap kepuasan dan intensi wisatawan muslim berkunjung kembali ke hotel syariah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah wisatawan muslim yang pernah menginap di hotel syariah di Indonesia, sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 159 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa product, price, process dan physical evidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap intensi wisatawan muslim untuk berkunjung kembali ke hotel syariah.
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of sharia compliance and marketing mix product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidences on satisfaction and intention of Muslim tourists to revisit the sharia hotels. The population of the research are muslim tourists who ever stay at sharia hotels in Indonesia, while the number of samples used are 159 respondents. Data analysis method used is factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of the research shows that product, price, process and physical evidence have significant influence on satisfaction, and satisfaction is proved to influence the intention of Muslim tourists to revisit sharia hotels.

Tren pembukaan restoran kafe saat ini muncul secara konstan secara bersamaan. Walking Drums Cafe merupakan jenis cafe yang terus berkembang di Pati Unus dan Margonda. Dalam penelitian ini, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran persepsi kualitas (PQ), keadilan harga (PF), Atmosphere (ATM) dan kepuasan pelanggan (STF) pada niat berkunjung kembali (RI) pelanggan dan niat dari mulut ke mulut (WOM) terhadap Walking Drums Cafe. Untuk tujuan ini, data empiris dikumpulkan melalui instrumen survei tertulis dari pelanggan yang pernah mengunjungi atau sedang mengunjungi Walking Drums Cafe. Hipotesis dianalisis dengan estimasi kemungkinan maksimum. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa PQ dan PF  tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap STF sementara ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari ATM ke STF, PQ ke PF, dan STF terhadap WOM dan RI. Beberapa wawasan teoritis dan manajerial yang signifikan juga disajikan. ......The trend of an opening of a cafe restaurants currently emerged in a constant way simultaneously. Walking Drums Cafe is the type of cafe which is growing continuously in Pati Unus and Margonda. In this research,  the aim of the current study is to investigate the role of perceived food quality (PQ), price fairness (PF), Atmosphere (ATM), and customer satisfaction (STF) on customers' revisit intention (RI) and word-of-mouth (WOM) intentions towards Walking Drums Cafe. For this purpose, the empirical data were collected by means of a written survey instrument from customers who had previously visited or currently visiting the Walking Drums Cafe. The hypotheses were analyzed with maximum-likelihood estimation. The findings revealed that PQ and PF didn’t have a significant impact to STF while there’s a significant impact from ATM to STF, PQ to PF, and STF to WOM and RI .Some significant theoretical and managerial insights are also presented.

IndonesiaX adalah website pionir MOOC Massive Open Online Course yang berdiri sejak tahun 2015. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Web Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Revisit Intention dengan responden pengguna website IndonesiaX. Penelitian ini menggunakan model WebQual 4.0 untuk melakukan pengukuran kualitas website, dengan pendekatan teori kepuasan konsumen dan niat berperilaku niat untuk berkunjung kembali . Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif, menggunakan metode online survey dan teknik convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dari Web Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Revisit Intention pengguna website Indonesia. Sebagai pionir MOOC lokal, IndonesiaX memiliki potensi untuk berkembang dan diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat Indonesia, dengan meningkatkan kualitas website. ......IndonesiaX is a pioneer website of MOOC Massive Open Online Course which has been established since 2015. The focus of this research is to see the influence of Web Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention, with IndonesiaX website user as respondents. This research uses WebQual 4.0 model to measure website quality, using theories of consumer satisfaction and behavioral intention revisit intention . This research is a descriptive study, using online survey method and convenience sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is influence of Web Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention of IndonesiaX website users. As a local MOOC pioneer, IndonesiaX has the potential to grow and be well received by the people of Indonesia, by improving its website quality.
