Abstrak :
Dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi terkandung makna tindakan yang holistic untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi korupsi, serta ruang untuk peran serta masyarakat berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, upaya strategis pemberantasan korupsi dapat lebih ditingkatkan melalui perbaikan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif antara teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) terhadap upaya pengendalian korupsi, namun terdapat juga penelitian yang menunjukkan hubungan terbalik dimana potensi TIK dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi praktik korupsi.  Studi ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan internet, penggunaan telepon seluler dan e-government sebagai representasi TIK terhadap kinerja pemberantasan korupsi pada tingkat kabupaten kota di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan regresi panel fixed effect, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa TIK berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemberantasan korupsi tingkat kabupaten/kota di Indonesia, namun kontribusinya kecil. Ditemukan juga perbedaan pengaruh TIK terhadap kinerja pemberantasan korupsi di Jawa dan Luar Jawa, TIK berpengaruh signifikan untuk kabupaten/kota di Pulau Jawa tetapi tidak signifikan untuk kabupaten/kota di Luar Jawa. ......In efforts to eradicate corruption, there is a holistic meaning of action to prevent and overcome corruption, as well as space for community participation based on applicable laws and regulations. Strategic efforts to eradicate corruption can be further enhanced by improving public access to information. Several previous studies have shown that there is a positive influence between information and communication technology (ICT) on efforts to control corruption, but there is also research showing an inverse relationship where the potential of ICT can be used to facilitate corruption. This study was conducted to examine the effect of the use of the internet, the use of cell phones and e-government as a representation of ICT development on the performance of eradicating corruption at the district/city level in Indonesia. By using fixed effect panel regression, the research results prove that ICT has a positive effect on the performance of eradicating corruption at the district/city level in Indonesia, but its contribution is low. It was also found that there were differences in the influence of ICT on the performance of eradicating corruption in Java and outside Java. ICT had a significant effect for districts/cities on the island of Java but not significantly for districts/cities outside Java.

Vladimir Putin's intervention into the Georgia/​South Ossetia conflict in summer 2008 was quickly recognized by Western critics as an attempt by Russia to increase its presence and power in the "near abroad", or the independent states of the former Soviet Union that Russia still regards as its wards. Though the global economic recession that began in 2008 moved the incident to the back of the world's mind, Russia surged to the forefront again six years later when they invaded the heavily Russian Crimea in Ukraine and annexed it. In contrast to the earlier Georgia episode, this new conflict has generated a crisis of global proportions, forcing European countries to rethink their relationship with Russia and their reliance on it for energy supplies, as Russia was now squeezing natural gas from what is technically Ukraine. In Near Abroad, the eminent political geographer Gerard Toal analyzes Russia's recent offensive actions in the near abroad, focusing in particular on the ways in which both the West and Russia have relied on Cold War-era rhetorical and emotional tropes that distort as much as they clarify. In response to Russian aggression, US critics quickly turned to tried-and-true concepts like "spheres of influence" to condemn the Kremlin. Russia in turn has brought back its long tradition of criticizing western liberalism and degeneracy to grandly rationalize its behavior in what are essentially local border skirmishes. It is this tendency to resort to the frames of earlier eras that has led the conflicts to "jump scales," moving from the regional to the global level in short order. The ambiguities and contradictions that result when nations marshal traditional geopolitical arguments-rooted in geography, territory, and old understandings of distance-further contributes to the escalation of these conflicts. Indeed, Russia's belligerence toward Georgia stemmed from concern about its possible entry into NATO, an organization of states thousands of miles away. American hawks also strained credulity by portraying Georgia as a nearby ally in need of assistance. Similarly, the threat of NATO to the Ukraine looms large in the Kremlin's thinking, and many Ukrainians themselves self-identify with the West despite their location in Eastern Europe

Banyaknya keluhan dan dalam beberapa hal penilaian miring yang dialamatkan kepada birokrasi pemerintah, pada dasarnya merupakan salah satu indikasi yang memperkuat dugaan bahwa PNS yang profesional umumnya masih di bawah standar yang diharapkan. Makna profesional menuntut konsekuensi aplikatif yang tercermin dari sikap dan perilaku orang yang profesional, antara lain, memiliki komitmen pribadi yang mendalam atas pekerjaannya, mempunyai disiplin kerja yang tinggi, dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi dan mendalam, serta seseorang yang profesional harus memperoleh dan diberi imbalan yang memadai atas pekerjaan yang dilakukan yang memungkinkan untuk hidup secara layak sebagai manusia. Ia adalah orang yang tahu menjaga nama baiknya, komitmen moralnya, tuntutan profesi, serta nilai dan cita-cita yang diperjuangkan oleh profesinya.

Lansia mengalami perubahan fisiologis pada sistem integumen diperparah dengan keadaan daerah perkotaan yang khas akan polusi, intensitas cahaya matahari yang tinggi dan rendahnya tingkat kelembaban. Kerusakan integritas kulit mempengaruhi kualitas hidup lansia dan dialami oleh Nenek N. Intervensi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah kerusakan integritas kulit adalah memandikan dengan sabun pH sesuai kulit, cairan Chloroxylenol dan minyak kelapa. Hasil intervensi yang dilakukan selama 6 minggu, integritas kulit membaik dan keluhan gatal berkurang. Intervensi ini dapat dilakukan sekali sehari oleh perawat dalam mengatasi kerusakan integritas kulit pada lansia di panti. ...... Elderly have physiological changes in the integument system. Urban condition such as pollution, sunlight intensity and low levels of humidity make severe. Impaired skin integrity affects the quality of elderly life experienced and also Nenek N. Interventions for impaired skin integrity are bathing with soap suitable skin pH, Chloroxylenol and coconut oil. The results of interventions conducted over 6 weeks, improves skin integrity and decreased itching complaints. Bathing once a day is nursing intervention for impaired skin integrity elderly in nursing home.

In a general sense, sincerity refers to honesty and sincerity, which mainly refers to the internal moral quality of the subjects sincerity; faith refers to credit and trust, and mainly refers to the externalization of the subjects internal sincerity. Honesty refers more to sincerity in the heart, and faith focuses on belief in others. The combination of sincerity and faith forms a vocabulary that is both internal and external, with rich connotations. Its basic meaning is honesty and deceit, and credibility. The author believes that for thousands of years, honesty has been regarded by the Chinese nation as its own code of conduct and moral cultivation, and has formed its unique and rich connotation of honesty. Such a view of integrity plays an extremely important moral role in todays market economy and the construction of the socialist core value system.

Too often, elections around the globe are, unfortunately, deeply flawed or even fail. What triggers these problems? In this second volume of her trilogy on electoral integrity, Pippa Norris compares structural, international, and institutional accounts as alternative perspectives to explain why elections fail to meet international standards. The book argues that rules preventing political actors from manipulating electoral governance are needed to secure integrity, although at the same time officials also need sufficient resources and capacities to manage elections effectively. Drawing on new evidence, the study determines the most effective types of strategies for strengthening the quality of electoral governance around the world. ABSTRACT
In this study studied is the influence of auditor independence on the integrity of financial statements at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). In this research use secondary data. The sample of this research is manufacturing company year 2013-2015 by using purposive sampling method. There are 41 companies that meet the criteria as the research sample. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative method. Result of hypothesis test of partial correlation states that variable of auditor independence (X) has no effect to integrity of financial statement (Y) where sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.115 and the probability significance of 0.206> 0.05. While the results of testing the significance of a simple correlation obtained value of auditor independence variable significance of 0.693 value above the level of significance that has been specified that is 0.05. From this research only test one variable that allegedly have an effect on to integrity of financial statement, so that only can explain its influence equal to 0,5%, and the rest influenced by other variable not examined in this research.
