Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi hijau terhadap nilai perusahaan pada setiap siklus hidup perusahaan sektor energi di Indonesia, dengan mempertimbangkan peran variabel moderasi sustainable growth dan debt financing cost. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dari 61 perusahaan sektor energi di Indonesia dalam periode 2016-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi hijau memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, sustainable growth dan debt financing cost tidak terbukti memperkuat pengaruh tersebut secara signifikan, Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh inovasi hijau terhadap nilai perusahaan berbeda pada setiap tahap siklus hidup perusahaan. Inovasi hijau memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif pada nilai perusahaan saat tahap growth dan decline, sedangkan pada tahap mature, inovasi hijau tidak signifikan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Hasil ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya inovasi hijau pada siklus hidup perusahan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan sektor energi di Indonesia, namun perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk memahami peran sustainable growth dan debt financing cost. ......This study aims to analyze the impact of green innovation on firm value at each stage of the firm's life cycle in the energy sector in Indonesia, taking into account the moderating role of sustainable growth and debt financing cost variables. The study uses panel data from 61 energy sector companies in Indonesia from 2016 to 2021. The results show that green innovation has a significant positive effect on firm value. However, sustainable growth and debt financing cost do not significantly strengthen this impact. The study also reveals that the influence of green innovation on firm value differs at each stage of the firm's life cycle. Green innovation has a significant positive effect on firm value during the growth and decline stages, while it does not significantly affect firm value during the mature stage. These findings provide a better understanding of the importance of green innovation at each stage of the firm's life cycle in enhancing the value of energy sector companies in Indonesia. However, further research is needed to understand the role of sustainable growth and debt financing cost more comprehensively.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja ESG terhadap inovasi hijau perusahaan, pengaruh kinerja ESG terhadap kendala pembiyaaan perusahaan, dan peran mediasi kendala pembiayaan dalam hubungan antara ESG dan inovasi hijau. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode estimasi fixed-effect model dengan data panel pada 57 perusahaan publik sektor manufaktur di negara Cina, Jepang, dan Korea Selatan dari tahun 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kinerja ESG yang lebih baik dapat secara signifikan mendorong inovasi hijau, namun tidak dapat meringankan kendala pembiayaan, serta kendala pembiayaan tidak memediasi hubungan antara ESG dan inovasi hijau. ......This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG performance on corporate green innovation, the effect of ESG performance on corporate financing constraints, and the mediating role of financing constraints in the relationship between ESG and green innovation. The research method uses the fixed-effect model estimation method with panel data on 57 listed companies in the manufacturing sector in China, Japan and South Korea from 2017-2021. The results of this study found that better ESG performance can significantly encourage green innovation, but cannot alleviate financing constraints, and financing constraints do not mediate the relationship between ESG and green innovation.

Isu perubahan iklim yang semakin berkembang membuat pembangunan dan perusahaan dihadapkan pada konsep keberlanjutan, yaitu tetap menjalankan bisnis dengan memperhatikan dampak lingkungan. Konsep keberlanjutan telah menciptakan kebiasaan/pola hidup dan pasar yang baru berupa permintaan terhadap produk-produk hijau atau yang ramah lingkungan. Peluang tersebut ditangkap oleh para pelaku bisnis dengan adanya UMKM ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh dari internal dan eksternal terhadap strategi keberlanjutan dari UMKM ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. Pengaruh internal dilihat menggunakan orientasi kewirausahaan dari para pelaku UMKM, sedangkan pengaruh eksternal dilihat menggunakan kondisi turbulensi lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian didapatkan dari 217 UMKM ramah lingkungan yang tersebar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM), dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang positif dari kondisi turbulensi lingkungan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan dan strategi keberlanjutan. Orientasi kewirausahaan mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap strategi keberlanjutan. Lebih lanjut, orientasi kewirausahaan dan strategi keberlanjutan mendukung inovasi hijau atau yang ramah lingkungan.   ......The growing issue of climate change has forced development and companies to face the concept of sustainability, which is to continue to do business by paying attention to environmental impacts. The concept of sustainability has created new habits/lifestyles and markets in the form of demand for green or environmentally products. This opportunity is captured by business owner shown by the existence of green MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of internal and external on the sustainability strategy of green MSMEs in Indonesia. Internal influences are seen using the entrepreneurial orientation of MSME actors, while external influences are seen using environmental turbulence conditions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from 217 green MSMEs spread across Indonesia. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis, with the results showing that there is a positive correlation of environmental turbulence on entrepreneurial orientation and sustainability strategy. The entrepreneurial orientation positively influences the sustainability strategy. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation and sustainability strategies support green or environmentally innovation.

Industri manufaktur berperan besar terhadap ekonomi Indonesia. Namun, pertumbuhan industri manufaktur tidak terlepas dari efek negatif yang muncul. Sektor industri mendapatkan tekanan untuk menurunkan emisi dan sampah produksi dengan bertransformasi ke arah lebih hijau. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional hijau dan berorientasi pengetahuan, serta kewirausahaan hijau pada kinerja keberlanjutan melalui peran mediasi inovasi hijau dan manajemen pengetahuan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif terhadap 133 perusahaan di Indonesia dengan analisis SEM-PLS untuk menguji hipotesisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran mediasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan perusahaan khususnya proses manajemen pengetahuan yang mampu menjadi mediator antara variabel independen dengan kinerja keberlanjutan. ......The manufacturing industry plays a major role in the Indonesian economy. However, growth of manufacturing industry cannot be separated from the negative effects that arise. The industrial sector is under pressure to reduce emissions and production waste by transforming in a greener direction. This research will examine the influence of green transformational and knowledge-oriented leadership, as well as green entrepreneurship on sustainability performance through the mediating role of green innovation and knowledge management. The research was conducted using quantitative methods on 133 companies in Indonesia with SEM-PLS analysis to test the hypothesis. The research results show that the role of mediation has a positive influence on the company's sustainability performance, especially the knowledge management process which is able to act as a mediator between independent variables and sustainability performance.
