[ABSTRAK
Perkembangan penggunaan telepon selular atau perangkat mobile telah membuat
banyak inovasi yang memanfaatkan fenomena tersebut. PT. KAI pada 4
September 2014 memperkenalkan inovasi mereka di bidang teknologi yaitu
pembelian tiket melalui aplikasi mobile yaitu KAI Access. KAI Access telah
secara aktif digunakan oleh 250.000 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk
mengetahui hubungan karakteristik inovasi terhadap tahap konfirmasi dalam
proses adopsi inovasi sehingga pengguna aplikasi KAI Access tersebut
memutuskan untuk melanjutkan penggunaan ataupun menghentikan adopsinya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk
mengetahui persepsi yang dirasakan pengguna dalam mengadopsi inovasi KAI
Access tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian, karakteristik inovasi masih memiliki
hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap pengguna KAI Access dalam
memutuskan untuk melanjutkan atau menghentikan penggunaan walaupun tidak
seluruh karakteristik tersebut memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Dimensi keuntungan
relatif dan kompleksitas adalah karakteristik yang memiliki hubungan kuat dan
signifikan terhadap keputusan melanjutkan atau menghentikan adopsi.

The development of the mobile phone or mobile device usage has made many
innovations that take advantages from this phenomenon. On 4 September 2014,
PT. KAI introduced a new innovation on online ticket purchasing through a
mobile application called KAI Access. Since its introduction, the application has
been actively used by around 250,000 users. This study was carried out to
examine the relationship of innovation characteristics up to the confirmation
stage within the innovation adoption process, and the decision made by users to
continue or discontinue using the application. A quantitative study was employed,
by using web-based survey to the population of users provided by PT. KAI. The
study finds that characteristics of innovation still become strong and significant
factors which determine users' decision to continue/discontinue using the
application, though not all characteristics have similar influence. Among the
significant factors, relative advantage and complexity dimensions are the
strongest and most significant factors determining users' decision to continue the

Pada prinsipnya skripsi ini akan membahas tentang proses yang terjadi dalam adopsi gagasan ethical consumerism yang dilakukan oleh Sekertariat Bersama Indonesia Berseru (SBIB), sebuah Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk melakukan perubahan sosial menggunakan komunikasi yang populer. Selain itu, juga dijelaskan proses transformasi yang mereka lakukan dalam suatu pemasaran sosial kepada target adopters.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan grounded theory dan jenis penelitian eksploratif. Riset terhadap kesesuain produk sosial sangat disarankan untuk dilakukan guna meningkatkan pemasaran sosial. Serta kontrol yang ketat terhadap program untuk memastikan ketercapain tujuan program pemasaran sosial tersebut.
This study is principally concerned with process that happened in adoption of ethical consumerism idea by SBIB, a Non-Government Organisation aims to create social changes using popular communication. It will also include the process of idea transforming using social marketing to the target adopters.
This research will take a qualitative approach with grounded theory and explorative type of research. Social product-fit research is well advised to improve social marketing programme as well as tight control for ensuring that organisation?s goal is being achieved.

Abstrak :
Hand tractor utilization in Indonesia keeps growing as a result of a more limited time available for farming and shortage of animal and human resources for soil tillage. One of the farmers' problems is that the process of innovation adoption of hand tractor remains low due to static role of farmers, communication network. Carried out in Neglasari village (Bojongpicung Sub-district, Cianjur Regency of West Java province) this study shows that in the sociometric communication network, the interaction in innovation adoption of hand tractor tend to form open-shape,star-shape or cicle -shape network. Generally, communication is a two-way connection and dominated by public figures with a star role. Farmers' communication network in relation to connectedness , diversity, integration, and openness value may be classified into middle and low category. Times needed by farmers to adopt technology innovation of hand tractor are as follows: innovators 31,4% early adopters 23,7%, early majority 11,2% and laggards 11,2%. Regression analysis indicates that farm productivity has a positive influence on diversity value (0,017) and integration value (0,213) but has a negative influence on connectedness value (-0.017) and integration value (-0.472) and openness level (-0.642). Cost of land preparation has a positive effect on diversity level (0,162) and cosmopolitanism level (0.173) and has the highest contribution on communication network at the connectedness (0.204). Farm gate price of paddy has a negative effect on connectedness level (-0.067),but a positive influence on communication network at diversity level (0.087) connectedness level (0.040) and openness level (0.080).

Abstrak :
The present study deals with affect of adoption pattern of the ATMs by banks on its characteristics.
With the exploration of various characteristics of the banks like Size, Profitability, Efficiency, Cost of
Operations, Asset quality and Credit risk, Financing Pattern, Diversification and Age etc.; the study
has tried to differentiate between the early and late adopter category of the banks regarding ATM
cards. The banks have been categorized into early and late adopters on the basis of their adoption
period. For this purpose, 50 scheduled commercial banks consisting of 27 Public Sector Banks and
23 Private Sector Banks have been taken as sample to investigate the various aspects of and early
adopter banks in comparison to late adopter banks. The time period of the study is 20 years i.e.
from 1991 to 2010. It can be concluded that the initiators and first movers take advantage over
the late adopters and laggards. They have found to perform better in terms of various parameters.
Overall, the early adopter banks are larger in size, more diversified, having lesser branches, more
market share and wide ATM network as compared to late adopter ones. Thus, the empirical results
evidently reveal that the both the groups have their own different characteristics.

Abstrak :
This study identifies the factors that have a direct effect on a manager’s decision towards Open
Source System (OSS) enterprise system adoption in Malaysia. Using the Technology-Organization-
Environment (TOE) framework, the research is initiated by inviting the managers in Malaysian organizations
who implemented OSS. A survey was conducted via online OSS social communities and
by sending emails to shortlisted public. A total of 124 managers from 124 organizations responded
to the survey and the results showed that four out of six factors were found significant in this study.
In the technological context, ‘perceived relative advantage’, ‘perceived compatibility and trialability’
and ‘perceived complexity’ factors were found significant in the OSS adoption. In the organizational
context, ‘management support, knowledge and expertise’ was identified as the adoption factor.
Two factors in the environmental context that was not supported were the ‘technology skills and
services’ and ‘platform long term viability’ although previous studies suggested otherwise.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang perilaku masyarakat Indonesia yang telah memiliki pengalaman berbelanja menggunakan Internet (online) dengan menggunakan kerangka Teori Tindakan Beralasan milik Fishbein dan Ajzen (1975). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap masyarakat terhadap berbelanja online diukur menggunakan skala perceived innovation characteristics milik Moore dan Benbasat (1991).
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain konklusif dan merupakan penelitian replikasi dari penelitian terdahulu yang dilakukan oleh Andrews dan Bianchi (2013) di Chili. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia memiliki intensi yang tinggi untuk meneruskan belanja online yang dipengaruhi oleh sikap yang positif terhadap berbelanja online dan pengaruh sosial dari lingkungan sosial di dunia nyata.
......The study examines Indonesian consumers’ Internet purchasing behavior using the theoretical framework of Fishbein and Ajzen’s (1975) Theory of Reasoned Action. Factors that influence attitude of Indonesians who have purchased online before are measured with Moore and Benbasat’s (1991) perceived characteristics of innovation scale.
This study is a quantitative study with conclusive design and is a replication study from the previous study done by Andrews and Bianchi (2013) in Chile. This study found high intention of Indonesian’s towards continuing to shop online, which is influenced by their positive attitudes towards shopping online and positive social influence from their offline environments.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang proses adopsi aplikasi Depok Single Window di masyarakat Kota Depok. Proses adopsi digambarkan dengan pemodelan dengan metode sistem dinamis. Model yang digunakan dalam metode sistem dinamis dalam penelitian ini adalah model difusi bass. Data yang digunakan dalam model adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari data primer melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber. Hasil simulasi model pada penelitian ini memprediksi jumlah pengguna aplikasi Depok Single Window dalam lima tahun ke depan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu analisis yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Depok dalam mengambil keputusan dalam pembangunan aplikasi Depok Single Window khususnya dari segi jumlah pengguna.
......This thesis discusses the adoption process of the Depok Single Window application within the Depok City community. The adoption process is described by modeling with the dynamic system method. The model used in the dynamic system method in this study is the bass diffusion model. The data used in the model is qualitative data derived from primary data through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from various sources. The results of the model simulation in this study predict the number of users of the Depok Single Window application in the next five years. This research produces an analysis that can be used as a basis for decision making for the Depok City Communication and Information Office in making decisions in the development of the Depok Single Window application, especially in terms of the number of users.
