"Terdapat mitos bahwa perusahaan besar biasanya mengalami kesulitan untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan dengan perubahan yang dinamis agar tetap kompetitif sepanjang waktu. Penelitian ini melakukan investigasi terhadap pengaruh yang berlawanan antara absorptive capacity dan organizational inertia terhadap ambidexterity aliansi di Telkom, yang merupakan operator ICT Information Communication Technology terbesar di Indonesia dan memiliki sejarah monopoli. Aliansi eksploratif dan exploitatif memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong inovasi produk dan inovasi proses dalam menghasilkan kinerja organisasi. Riset ini menggunakan analisa kuantitatif dari 336 responden pada 175 unit bisnis di Telkom Group.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa absorptive capacity mampu menangkap manfaat penting dalam melakukan strategi aliansi. Sebaliknya, inertia dalam unit organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang berlawanan. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa ambidexterity aliansi mendorong adanya inovasi yang pada akhirnya inovasi proses memiliki pengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja organisasi dibanding inovasi produk

There is a myth that a big company normally has a difficulty to adapt in the dynamically change environment to remain competitive over time. The objective of this study is to investigate the conflicting pressure of absorptive capacity and organizational inertia on alliance ambidexterity in Telkom Group, previously Indonesia ICT Monopoly Company. This study also examines how those alliances contribute to both new and complementary resources for business units. We have developed a model of alliance ambidexterity in an organization that needs to develop innovation. This study based on quantitative analysis of 336 respondents from 175 business units within Telkom, Indonesia.The result of this study shows that absorptive capacity allows business units to more fully capture the benefits to become ambidexterity in alliance. In contrast, inertia within the organizational unit exerts an opposite effect. This study also found that the alliance ambidexterity encourages innovation that ultimately process innovation has a significant effect on organizational performance over product innovation."

"Penelitian tentang pengaruh pentingnya kemampuan digital serta inertia terhadap perubahan strategi UKM sektor ritel belum banyak dilakukan. Data dikumpulkan dari 157 UKM yang ada di Jakarta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan digital dan perubahan strategi dimana perubahan strategi juga menjadi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Namun inertia  tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi kemampuan digital dengan perubahan strategi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan UKM tidak memiliki struktur yang jelas sehingga menghilangkan faktor inertia melakukan perubahan. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa akses serta perilaku digital harus di ciptakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan digital dimana secara tidak langsung membuat UKM mendapatkan kinerja yang optimal.

Research on the influence of the importance of digital capabilities and inertia on changes in SME strategy in the retail sector has not been widely conducted. Data were collected from 157 SMEs in Jakarta. The results show that there is a positive relationship between digital capabilities and strategy change where strategy change is also a significant influence on SME performance. However, inertia is not significant in moderating digital capabilities with a change in strategy. This is because SMEs do not have a clear structure thus eliminating the inertia factor of making changes. The results also show that digital access and behavior must be created to improve digital capabilities which indirectly make SMEs get optimal performance."

"Metode kendali vektor telah menjadi alternatif utama dalam pengendalian motor induksi tiga fasa. Salah satu metode kendali vektor yang sering digunakan adalah metode kendali torsi langsung. Namun sistem ini memiliki kekurangan dengan adanya riak pada torsi yang besar. Penambahan duty ratio berbasis logika Fuzzy dapat memberikan unjuk kerja yang lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan metode kendali torsi langsung konvensional. Dengan melakukan pengujian sistem kendali torsi langsung dan duty ratio dengan motor induksi tiga fasa kapasitas kecil, sedang dan besar, dapat dilihat pengaruh dari momen inersia terhadap putaran rotor. Pada tesis ini digunakan MATLAB SIMULINK untuk simulasi dengan tiga tipe motor, yaitu 1 HP, 10 HP dan 50 HP. Dengan parameter yang sama, dapat terlihat motor dengan nilai momen inersia besar memiliki putaran lebih stabil bila dibandingkan dengan motor yang memiliki momen inersia kecil.

Vector control has become the first alternative in control of three phase inductionmotor. One of the vector control method which is commonly used is a direct torque control method. However, this system has drawback as the existence of ripples at torque. The addition of duty ratio control base on Fuzzy logic can give better performance when compared to conventional direct torque control. By doing an examination on direct torque control and duty ratio with small, medium and big capacities of three phase induction motors can be shown the influence from moment inertia to rotor rotation. This thesis uses MATLAB SIMULINK for the simulation study with three types of motors, for example 1 HP, 10 HP and 50 HP. It is shown that using the same parameters, a motor with a larger moment inertia gives a better performance in comparison to a motor with smaller moment inertia."

"Populasi Muslim di Indonesia lebih dari 200 juta, tetapi jumlah rekening perbankan syariah hanya sekitar 30 juta (11% dari Bank Konvensional), dan pangsa pasar untuk pendanaan hanya sekitar 6%. Namun demikian, masih ada sedikit penelitian tentang mengapa umat Islam Indonesia begitu lembam pada Bank Konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kelembaman dari pelanggan Muslim dan beralih niat ke Bank Syariah. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi input penting untuk perumusan strategi pengembangan perbankan syariah, dan studi tentang perilaku nasabah Muslim. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Enam anteseden Inersia nasabah telah diidentifikasi sebelumnya, yaitu: Pengetahuan, Kebingungan, Kesamaan, Biaya Peralihan, Kepuasan, dan Norma Keagamaan; dan dua anteseden Niat Beralih yaitu: Inersia dan Kepuasan nasabah. Analisis data dari hasil survei terhadap 303 nasabah bank konvensional yang menggunakan LISREL-SEM menemukan bahwa hanya anteseden Biaya Peralihan dan Norma Keagamaan yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inersia nasabah, sementara empat lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan, dan bahwa Inersia dan Kepuasan nasabah memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Beralih ke bank Syariah. Temuan lain adalah persepsi kemudahan beralih juga dipengaruhi oleh jenis Peralihan itu sendiri, dan pelanggan dapat dibagi berdasarkan tingkat inersia yang berbeda. Penelitian ini adalah sedikit penelitian, jika bukan yang pertama, yang menganalisis inersia nasabah Muslim untuk beralih ke Bank Syariah juga memberikan tipe inersia.

The Muslim population in Indonesia is more than 200 million, but the number of Islamic banking accounts is only around 30 million (11% of Conventional Banks), and the market share for funding is only around 6%. Nevertheless, there is still little research on why Indonesian Muslims are so inert on Conventional Banks. This study aims to analyze the inertia factors of Muslim customers and switch intention to Sharia Banks. The results of this study can be an essential input for the formulation of sharia banking development strategies, and studies of Muslim customer behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. Six antecedents of Customer Inertia have been identified previously, namely: Knowledge, Confusion, Similarities, Switching Costs, Satisfaction, and Religious Norms, and two antecedents of Switching Intention, namely: Inertia and Customer Satisfaction. Analysis of data from the results of a survey of 303 conventional bank customers using LISREL-SEM found that only the antecedents of Switching Costs and Religious Norms have a positive and significant influence on Customer Inertia, while four others have no significant effect, and that Customer inertia and Satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on the Switch Intention to Sharia banks. Other findings are the perception of ease of switching is also influenced by the type of Switching itself, and customers can be segmented based on their different levels of inertia. This study is a little research, if not the first, that analyzes the inertia of Muslim customers to switch to Islamic banks in Indonesia, and provides several types of inertia."

"ABSTRACT
We considered the problem in which a DC motor was controlled to track a given trajectory when the corresponding driven load was associated with uncertain time-varying mass moment of inertia. With the existence of such inertia variation, the corresponding system matrix and input matrix of the control system were simultaneously uncertain and time-varying. Accordingly, stability of the control system could not be guaranteed by simply locating all the poles of the linearized model in the LHP at all time. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem, we came up with a robust PID controller design technique that yielded satisfactory results for this problem. Our robust PID controller was easy to implement, and guaranteed uniform input-to-state stability for the system. It appeared in our investigation on a large Maxxon DC motor that our controller allowed as high as 100% variation of equivalent inertia loading with respect to rotor inertia. We provided a tool to facilitate controller tuning so that the resulting control signal stayed within practical bounds, while achieving a satisfactory level of performance. By selecting an appropriate transmission ratio, our tracking control system could be employed in demanding applications such as independent joint control of robots, and spindle control of modern machining machines."

"In this study, a method was developed for tuning moments of inertia for a free-flying dynamically similar/scaled model of an aircraft. For this method, the simulated annealing optimization algorithm was used to obtain similar mass-inertial properties of the model and the full-scale aircraft utilizing ballast weights. For a scaled model of a Su-27 fighter, the ballast arrangement were designed and weights were determined to achieve the required center of gravity position and the moments of inertia based on the similitude requirements. A computer code was developed, and the task of tuning inertia properties was performed. The results showed that the proposed optimization approach was successfully used to determine a feasible ballast weight and position. Moreover, the ballast weight reduced from 8.66 kg to 4.86 kg using the proposed technique, and the inertia characteristics’ non-similarity was minimized."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini meneliti pengaruh dari consumer inertia dan customer satisfaction terhadap repeat-purchase intention pada konsumen Zalora dengan moderasi dari tiga variabel, yaitu zone of tolerance, word-of-mouth, serta alternative attraction. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 202 orang responden yang pernah mengunjungi dan melakukan pembelian di website Zalora. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa baik consumer inertia maupun customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif pada repeat-purchase intention, sedangkan ketiga variabel moderasi terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh menguatkan/melemahkan hubungan antara kedua variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Sejauh ini, variabel consumer inertia sangat jarang sekali diteliti sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pembelian konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dibuat saran-saran untuk manajemen situs belanja agar dapat meningkatkan performa perusahaan bukan hanya dengan menarik konsumen baru, namun yang paling penting adalah dengan mempertahankan konsumen.

ABSTRACT
This master?s thesis examines the effects of consumer inertia and customer satisfaction on repeat-purchase intention in Zalora?s customers with moderating roles of three variables; zone of tolerance, word-of-mouth, and alternative attraction. The primary data were obtained from questionnaire distributed to 202 respondents who had both visited the Zalora website and purchased good from that said website. The results indicates that both consumer inertia and customer satisfaction positively influenced repeat-purchase intention; moreover, all three of the moderating variables didn?t appear to have any effect (either significantly strenghtened nor weakened) the relationships between two independent variables and the dependent variable. So far, there aren?t a lot of study about the effect of consumer inertia on customers buying behaviour. Based on this study?s findings, suggestions were made for the management of online shopping website so that they can increase the company?s performance not only by attracting new customers, but most importantly by keeping them (customer retention)."

"Perusahaan perlu melakukan Transformational Entrepreneurship Behavior (TEB) untuk mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi sekaligus menciptakan socio-economic growth yang dibutuhkan untuk keberlanjutan perusahaan. Walaupun TEB sangat penting, sayangnya penelitian saat ini masih kurang memberi perhatian terhadap TEB. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengisi gap penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan TEB di suatu perusahaan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei terhadap 138 manajer PT Telkom Property. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen Inertia, Dynamic Capabilities (DC), dan Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Kemudian variabel Readiness For Change (RFC) digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah TEB. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DC, LMX berhubungan secara siginikan dengan RFC dan TEB. Sebaliknya, inersia tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan RFC dan TEB. RFC memediasi hubungan DC dan LMX terhadap TEB. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk meningkatkan TEB dapat dilakukan dengan memperkuat peran manajer sebagai agen perubahan di perusahaan. Re-organisasi secara berkala perlu dipertimbangkan untuk dilakukan agar terjadi interaksi dan pertukaran pengetahuan diantara karyawan sehingga akan meningkatkan RFC dan TEB.

Companies need to carry out Transformational Entrepreneurship Behavior (TEB) to gain economic benefits while creating the socio-economic growth needed for company sustainability. Even though TEB is very important, unfortunately current research still lack of attention to TEB. This research aims to fill this research gap. This research also wants to look at factors that can increase TEB in a company.
The research method used was a survey of 138 PT Telkom Property managers. This research uses the independent variables Inertia, Dynamic Capabilities (DC), and Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Then the Readiness For Change (RFC) variable is used as a mediating variable, while the dependent variable is TEB. Data analysis using SEM PLS.
The research find that DC, LMX are significantly related to RFC and TEB. In contrast, Inertia is not significantly related to RFC and TEB. RFC mediates the relationship of DC and LMX to TEB. This research suggests that increasing TEB can be done by strengthening the role of managers as agents of change in the company. Periodic re-organization needs to be considered so that interaction and Knowledge exchange occurs between employees so that it will increase RFC and TEB.

"Penggunaan aplikasi messenger menjadi hal utama bagi masyarakat Indonesia saat ini untuk berkomunikasi. Munculnya isu privasi pada salah satu aplikasi messenger terbesar di dunia, membuat beberapa pengguna aplikasi tersebut, khususnya di Indonesia, memiliki keinginan untuk berpindah ke aplikasi messenger alternatif. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan investigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pengguna untuk beralih dari aplikasi messenger lama ke aplikasi messenger baru dengan menggunakan teori push, pull, dan mooring, khususnya dampak dari privacy dan security. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online. Data responden sebanyak 1.022 diolah dan dianalisis dengan metode CB-SEM menggunakan aplikasi AMOS 24.0 dan SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga faktor push, hanya dissatisfaction yang signifikan memengaruhi switching intention. Dissatisfaction juga terbukti signifikan sebagai mediator antara perceived privacy risk dan perceived security risk terhadap switching intention. Selanjutnya, faktor pull yang terdiri dari network externalities, subjective norm, dan alternative attractiveness terbukti memberikan pengaruh secara langsung terhadap switching intention. Selain itu, inersia, affective commitment, dan habit, berhasil memengaruhi switching intention sebagai faktor mooring. Penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis efek moderasi inersia terhadap hubungan antara faktor push dan pull dengan switching intention. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inersia dapat memengaruhi hubungan subjective norm dengan switching intention. Penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi dalam melakukan analisis dampak dari masalah privasi dan keamanan terhadap intensi untuk berpindah aplikasi messenger. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat praktikal bagi penyedia layanan untuk implementasi fitur yang sesuai dan dapat mempertahankan pengguna serta menarik pengguna baru sesuai dengan faktor alternative attractiveness.

The use of messenger applications is the main thing for Indonesian people today to communicate. The emergence of privacy issues in one of the largest messenger applications in the world has made some users of the application, especially in Indonesia, have the desire to switch to an alternative messenger application. This research aims to investigate the intensity of users switching from the old messenger application to the new messenger application by using push, pull, and mooring factors, especially the impact of privacy and security. This study applies a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires. The data of 1,022 respondents were processed and analyzed by the CB- SEM method using the AMOS 24.0 and SPSS 25 applications. The results of the analysis show that of the three push factors, only dissatisfaction significantly affects switching intention. Dissatisfaction was also shown to be significant as a mediator between perceived privacy risk and perceived security risk. Furthermore, pull factors consisting of network externalities, subjective norms, and alternatives attractiveness have been shown to have a direct influence on switching intention. In addition, inertia, affective commitment, and habit succeeded in influencing switching intention as a mooring factor. This study also analyzes the moderating effect of inertia on the relationship between push and pull factors and switching intention. The results of the analysis show that inertia can affect the relationship between subjective norms and switching intentions. This research can contribute to analyzing the impact of privacy and security on the intensity of switching messenger applications. This research is expected to provide benefits for industry players to implement appropriate features and can keep current users also attract new users based on alternative attractiveness factors."

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang hubungan antara keduanya dimoderasi oleh faktor tingkat individu konsumen berupa ukuran pembelian, inersia, dan motivasi kenyamanan, serta dari faktor tingkat bisnis perusahaan berupa kepercayaan dan nilai yang diberikan perusahaan. Sampel terdiri dari 100 pelanggan e-commerce Tokopedia, yang berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta Selatan, serta yang memenuhi kriteria pelanggan yang loyal yaitu sudah bertransaksi lebih dari 3 kali dalam 1 bulan terakhir atau selama bulan November. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisi regresi sederhana, juga analisis regresi berganda. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-satisfaction secara positif memiliki dampak kepada e-loyalty. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa dari segi Business Level Factors hanya variabel kepercayaan yang berperan sebagai variabel moderasi untuk memperkuat hubungan antara e-satisfaction dengan e-loyalty. Sedangkan dari segi Individual Level Factors, ditemukan hanya variabel Inersia yang memoderasi hubungan e-satisfaction dengan e-loyalty.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the impact of customer e-satisfaction on customer e-loyalty, and to indicate either the relationship between those two is moderated by individual level Factors of consumers in the form of purchase size, inertia, and convenience motivation, as well as from the company's business level factors in the form of trust and perceived value. The sample consists of 100 Tokopedia e-commerce customers, who are domiciled in South Jakarta area, and who meet the criteria of loyal customers, those who have transacted more than 3 times in the last 1 month or during November. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires and being analyzed by using descriptive statistics, simple regression analysis, as well as multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that customer satisfaction positively has an impact on customer loyalty. However, for other Factors, it was also found that in terms of Business Level Factors only trust variables act as moderating variables to strengthen the relationship between e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. While in terms of Individual Level Factors, it was found that only Inertia variables moderated the relationship of e-satisfaction with e-loyalty."
