Tesis ini membahas tentang calon perseorangan dalam Pemilukada Kota Padang Tahun 2013. Jalur perseorangan adalah cara untuk mewujudkan pinsip kesetaraaan dalam politik. Calon perseorangan hadir sebagai solusi dari tuntutan masyarakat akan kecilnya akses politik bagi orang yang tidak memiliki afiliasi dengan partai politik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa calon perseorangan dalam Pemilukada Kota Padang cenderung memanfaatkan jalur perseorangan untuk mendapatkan kekuasaan. Calon perseorangan juga tak memaknai jalur perseorangan sebagai media represetasi politik yang menghubungan mereka dengan rakyatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori demokrasi, khususnya yang menjabarkan fenomena defisit demokrasi. Selain teori demokrasi, dalam tesis ini juga dijelaskan konsep rerkutmen politik dan representasi politik.Dalam prinsip demokrasi elektoral, pemilu adalah instrumen utama dalam demokrasi sehingga kehadirannya perlu dipertahankan.Calon perseorangan hadir untuk melengkapi instrumen demokrasi itu.Teori rekrutmen politik yang menyatakan bahwa rekrutmen calon kepala daerah ditentukan oleh faktor popularitas calon dan kekuatan finansial calon.Teori representasi politik digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana para calon memanfaatkan isu politik sebagai alat untuk meraih dukungan

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about the independent candidate in Local Election of Padang 2013. Independent candidate is one way, among others, to achieve, equality in the politics. It solves of the people's demands of political access for people who have no affiliation to any political party. The result of this study shows that in practice independent candidates utilizes the prosedure to gain popular support in the case of Padang. Independent candidates also do not perceive the procedure as a medium of political representation which links them with the people. The case of independent candidate participation in Local Election in Padang 2013 represent the case of democratic deficit. In the principles of electoral democracy, election is the main instrument of democracy so that its presence should be maintained. Independent candidate participation was meant to improve the quality of democracy, especially in terms of equal chance for participation or recruitment. Political recruitment theory states that the recruitment of candidate for the head of district is determined by the popularity of the candidate and the candidate's financial strength. Saat ini terdapat berbagai badan, lembaga atau otoritas tertentu yang menjalankan fungsi dan peran Pemerintah, diberikan kewenangan untuk mengatur kebijakan ketenagakerjaannya sendiri. Salah satunya adalah Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan yang dibentuk berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2004 tentang Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan. Sesuai dengan Pasal 78 undang-undang dimaksud, Pimpinan LPS yakni Dewan Komisioner LPS berwenang menetapkan sistem kepegawaian LPS. Secara garis besar jenis status pegawai di Indonesia adalah pegawai negeri sipil yang tunduk pada undang-undang aparatur sipil negara dan pegawai swasta yang tunduk pada undang-undang ketenagakerjaan. Pegawai LPS bukan merupakan pegawai negeri sipil karena tidak memenuhi kriteria, namun tidak pula harus tunduk kepada undang-undang ketenagakerjaan. Tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan maksud untuk menguji hipotesa bahwa apakah sistem kepegawaian LPS sudah memenuhi aspek hukum ketenagakerjaan, Tesis ini menggunakan data yang bersifat sekunder dari bahan hukum yang sifatnya primer, sekunder dan tersier. Berdasarkan hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa sistem kepegawaian LPS secara mayoritas telah sesuai dengan kaidah hukum ketenagakerjaan, namun ada beberapa hal yang masih kurang selaras. Adapun penyebab ketidaksesuaian antara lain, yaitu: perbedaan persepsi atas kewenangan yang dimiliki, rendahnya peran pengawas, dan pemahaman hukum ketenagakerjaan.

ABSTRACT
Currently there are certain bodies, institutions or authorities that perform the functions and roles of the Government, are authorized to regulate their own employment policies. One of them is the Deposit Insurance Agency established under Act Number 24 of 2004 on the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. In accordance with Article 78 of the Act, LPS Leadership Board of Commissioners of LPS is authorized to establish LPS staffing system. Broadly speaking the type of employee status in Indonesia is a civil servant who is subject to the State Civilian Apparatus Act and private employees subject to the Employment Act. LPS employees are not civil servants because they do not meet the criteria, but they are not subject to the labor law. This thesis uses descriptive normative research method with the intention to test the hypothesis that whether LPS staffing system has fulfilled labor law aspect, this thesis uses secondary data from legal material which is primary, secondary and tertiary. Based on the results of the study it was found that the LPS staffing system by majority has been in accordance with labor law, but there are some things that are still less aligned. The causes of nonconformities are differences in perceptions of authority possessed, low role of supervisor and understanding of labor law

Tesis ini membahas resistensi band Mocca dalam menyikapi industri musik indonesia dalam konteks band indie sebagai agen perubahan strukturasi industri musik Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa industri musik Indonesia mengalami penurunan kualitas oleh karena itu terbentuklah musik indie yang lahir dari komunitas sebagai wadah perlawanan terhadap musik mainstream dan selera masyarakat.

Abstract
This thesis discusses the resistance of Mocca band and the dealing with Indonesian music industry in the context of the indie band as an agent of change on Indonesian music industry structuration. The study was a qualitative research design with case studies. The study concluded that Indonesian music industry deteriorated since it was formed by the birth of indie music community as a place of resistance against mainstream music and tastes of society.

Karena kenyataan bahwa perdagangan komoditas batubara Indonesia sangat menarik dalam keadaan pasar global saat ini, industri jasa surveyor independen berkembang. Untuk memastikan transaksi bisnis mereka, penambang, penjual, dan pembeli dapat memperoleh manfaat besar dari layanan surveyor independen. Tujuan dari pekerjaan ini adalah mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan layanan surveyor yang berbeda menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Data dikumpulkan dari 5 perusahaan perdagangan batubara (lokal dan ekspor) di Indonesia. Penentuan kriteria dan sub-kriteria dibangun di atas batubara di Indonesia dengan kuesioner tertutup dan semi terbuka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reputasi perusahaan, harga, kualitas & kuantitas, dan layanan mempengaruhi pemilihan surveyor independen. Setiap variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. ......Due to the fact that Indonesia's commodity trade of coal is particularly appealing in the current state of the global market, the independent surveyor service industry is expanding. In order to ensure their business transactions, miners, sellers, and buyers can benefit greatly from independent surveyor services. The objective of this work is developing decision support system in selection different surveyor services using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The data is collected from 5 coal trading companies (local and export) in Indonesia. The determination of criteria and sub-criteria is built on coal in Indonesia with closed and semi-open questionnaires. Results from this study show that company reputation, prices, quality & quantity, and services sharing influence the selection of independent surveyor. Every variable has a significant influence.

Bidan merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terutama kepada ibu dan anak. Para bidan yang menjalankan praktik kebidanan secara mandiri kadang kala tidak menjalankan kewenangannya sebagaimana aturan yang ada. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam penyerahan obat. Dalam hal penyerahan obat, termasuk obat Dextromethorphan yang dibahas dalam penulisan ini. Dengan menggunakan metode penulisan berbentuk Yuridis-Normatif dan tipe penelitian deskriptif, skripsi ini menjabarkan analisis mengenai tanggung jawab hukum bidan dalam penyerahan obat berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan Nomor: 03/Pid.Sus/2012/PN.Pml. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bidan tidak diperbolehkan menyerahkan obat karena bidan bukan tenaga kefarmasian yang berwenang untuk menyerahkan obat terutama obat Dextromethorphan. Peneliti menyarankan agar Kementerian Kesehatan dan Dinas Kesehatan lebih aktif untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap bidan yang menjalankan praktik secara mandiri.

ABSTRACT
Midwives are health workers who provide health services especially to mothers and children. Those midwives who carry out independent midwife practices often exercise their competency not based on existing rules. One example is during medicine dispensation, including Dextromethorphan which will be discussed in this paper. By using a juridical-normative method of writing, this paper explains an analysis of midwives legal responsibilities in medicine dispensation based on Court Ruling Number: 03/Pid.Sus/2012/PN.Pml. It can be concluded that midwives are not permitted to dispense medicine because midwives are not pharmacists who is authorized to dispense medicine, especially Dextromethorphan. It is suggested that the Ministry of Health and Public Health Department the be more active in conducting supervision of midwives who carry out independent practices.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai karakteristik, dan kemandirian personal hygiene pada anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di SLB Nusantara ber-Asrama Depok tahun 2016. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 46 anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan ragam jenis disabilitas, usia dan tingkat pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Gambaran mengenai kemandirian personal hygiene diperoleh peneliti dari hasil observasi. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh DISHA Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dengan modifikasi item berkaitan dengan perilaku sehat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan nilai kemandirian personal hygiene antar umur, jenis kelamin, jenis disabilitas dan tingkat pendidikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada pihak sekolah, serta kerjasama dinas pendidikan dan dinas pendidikan untuk berkomitmen meningkatkan kemandirian personal hygiene ABK mencapai tingkat optimal. Selain itu juga rekomendasi ditujukan untuk peneliti lain guna melihat faktor lain yang memungkinkan kemandirian personal hygiene pada ABK. ......The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview about the characteristics and independence of personal hygiene in Children with Special Needs (ABK) in SLB Nusantara (Boarding School) Depok in 2016. The sample of this study took 46 respondents with special needs with various types of disabilities, ages and education levels. Research using quantitative methods. This study was descriptive and cross sectional approach. Researcher obtains an overview of the independence of personal hygiene from the result of observations. Researcher use research?s instruments developed by DISHA Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center that has been assessed for validity and reliability, with item?s modification related with health behavior. The results showed that there is no different independence of personal hygiene between age, gender, type of disability, and education levels of respondents. This study recommended for school, as well as cooperation department of education and department of health to increase the independence of the personal hygiene optimally. And also recommended for other researchers whom looking for another factor that allows independence in personal hygiene of ABK.
