"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini menguji pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kompetensi dan kemampuan memperoleh pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus di Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah (PPKD) provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan responden alumni peserta pelatihan kerja. Untuk pengujian menggunakan metode regresi logistik dan metode regresi linier berganda.

Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, kualitas materi pelatihan (kurikulum, silabus, dan modul) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap meningkatnya kelulusan uji kompetensi dan meningkatnya kemampuan memperoleh pekerjaan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai uji kompetensi dan waktu tunggu memperoleh pekerjaan. Kualitas tenaga pelatih memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kelulusan uji kompetensi, nilai uji kompetensi, kemampuan memperoleh pekerjaan dan waktu tunggu memperoleh pekerjaan. Kelengkapan sarana/prasarana memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai uji kompetensi dan waktu tunggu memperoleh pekerjaan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelulusan uji kompetensi dan kemampuan memperoleh pekerjaan. Kualitas sarana/prasarana memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kelulusan uji kompetensi, nilai uji kompetensi dan kemampuan memperoleh pekerjaan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap waktu tunggu memperoleh pekerjaan. Jenis program pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kelulusan uji kompetensi, nilai uji kompetensi, kemampuan memperoleh pekerjaan dan waktu tunggu memperoleh pekerjaan alumni peserta pelatihan PPKD provinsi DKI Jakarta.

ABSTRACT
This thesis examines the effect of job training on the competence and ability to get a job. This study uses case study method at the Regional Work Training Center (PPKD) of DKI Jakarta province with respondents of alumni of job training participants. For testing using logistic regression method and multiple linear regression method.

Based on the test results, the quality of the training materials (curriculum, syllabus, and module) has a positive effect on the graduation of competency test and the increase of job acquisition ability, but does not affect the competency test and the waiting time to get the job. The quality of trainers has a positive influence on the passing of competency test, competency test score, job acquisition ability and waiting time to get a job. Completeness of facilities / infrastructure has a positive influence on the value of competency test and waiting time to get a job, but does not affect the graduation of competency test and job acquisition ability. The quality of facilities / infrastructure has a positive influence on the passing of competency test, competency test score and job acquisition ability, but does not affect the waiting time to get a job. The type of training program has no influence on the passing of the competency test, the competency test score, the ability to obtain the job and the waiting time to get the alumni of the trainee of PPKD DKI Jakarta."

"ABSTRAK
TB Paru dan HIV AIDS merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di perkotaan. Salah satu manifestasi TB Paru dengan HIV AIDS adalah Fatigue . Karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pada asuhan keperawatan pada pasien TB Paru dengan HIV AIDS dengan menerapkan intervensi Graded Exercise Therapy/ GET. Hasil dari intervensi ini adalah terjadi penurunan skala fatigue dari skala 8 menjadi skala 5. Terapi sangat direkomendasikan untuk mengurangi fatigue pada pasien TB Paru dengan HIV AIDS. Oleh karena itu, pelayanan rumah sakit diharapkan dapat menerapkan GET.
ABSTRACT
Pulmonary Tuberculosis and HIV AIDS have been transformed as a prevalent problem in urban areas. One of sympthoms commonly experienced by tuberculosis with HIV AIDS patients is Fatigue. The type of approach in this research was case study which aims to provide an overview of nursing care in tuberculosis with HIV AIDS patients by applying Graded Exercise Therapy GET intervention. This thesis concludes that there was a decrease in the scale of fatigue from scale 8 to scale 5. Therapy is becoming increasingly recommended to reduce fatigue in tuberculosis with HIV AIDS patients. Therefore, hospital are strongly encouraged to adopt GET."

Analisis Efektifitas Metode Forecasting Pada Persediaan Suku Cadang Produk Komatsu GET PT ABC = Effectiveness Analysis Of The Forecasting Method for Inventory Stock of Komatsu GET Products PT ABC
"PT ABC merupakan distributor suku cadang alat berat produk Komatsu, salah satunya adalah komoditas GET (Ground engaging tools). Dalam penerapan pengelolaan Inventory serta supply chain management salah satu hal yang sangat penting yaitu forecasting, dimana dalam hal ini di PT ABC melakukan forecasting untuk suku cadang yang sangat dibutuhkan ketersediaannya dalam pemeliharaan alat berat dan dukungan layanan purna jual. Inventory merupakan suatu working capital yg cukup vital bagi PT ABC, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan efektifitas forecasting atau peramalan suku cadang yg sangat baik untuk mencapai inventory yang sehat dengan output ketersediaan suku cadang yang tinggi. Metode yang digunakan pada forecasting komoditas GET, yaitu metode Trend analysis dengan nilai safety stock dan lead time fix adjustment, dan Moving Average dengan menggunakan data aktual lead time serta safety stock dengan pertimbangan data historis fluktuasi demand. Analisis efektifitias forecasting dilakukan dengan melihat hasil dari akurasi, kontribusi, serta nilai error forecasting terhadap aktual demand yang terjadi, Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode forcasting moving average memiliki nilai error forecasting quantity lebih kecil, yaitu 35% dibandingkan metode trend analysis yang menghasilkan error forecasting quantity 98%.
PT ABC as Distributor of Heavy equipment parts of Komatsu Product, such as GET (Ground engaging tools). In inventory controlling and supply chain managing, one of important thing is forecasting, while in this situation at PT ABC forecasting parts that is very use for Heavy equipment maintenance and also for supporting after sales services. Inventory is a vital working capital for PT ABC, it’s necessary to increase forecasting effectiveness to achieve health inventory with high Parts availability output. Forecasting method that use in GET commodity, are Trend analysis with safety stock and lead time number is fix adjustment, and moving average with lead time number is actual historical data and safety stock number considering fluctuating demand, this analysis carried out by analyze the result of accuracy, contribution, and also error number of forecasting quantity to the actual demand that occurs. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the forecasting moving average method has a smaller forecasting quantity error value, which is 35% compared to the trend analysis method which produces a forecasting quantity error of 98%."

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat nasabah untuk mendapatkan pembiyaan pada Bank BNI Syariah: studi kasus di Cabang XYZ
"Fungsi intermediasi adalah salah satu fungsi yang penting dalam dunia perbankan. Untuk mendeteksi fungsi intermediasi dapat digunakan indikator keuangan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), yaitu perbandingan antara jumlah pembiayaan yang disalurkan terhadap jumlah dana pihak ketiga yang dihimpun dari masyarakat. Penyaluran pembiayaan di Bank BNI syariah cabang XYZ masih terlalu kecil jika dibandingkan dengan DPK yang berhasil dihimpun. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus terhadap minat nasabah untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan di bank BNI syariah cabang XYZ, yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Nasabah yaitu materialisme, pelayanan dan lokasi bank syariah. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan dan laporan publikasi mengenai bank BNI syariah serta data primer yang berasal dari kuisioner. Metode analisis statistik yang akan digunakan untuk pengolahan data adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan kesimpulan : Dalam rangka meningkatkan minat nasabah untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan dari Bank BNI syariah cabang XYZ maka margin dan bagi hasil harus bersaing dengan bank konvensional, pelayanan harus ditingkatkan serta lokasi bank syariah hendaknya berada di tempat yang strategis.
Intermediary function is one of important functions in the world of banking. To detect it, one can use one of finance indicators, that is Financing to Deposit Ratio ( FDR). It is comparison of amount of defrayal channelled with amount of third party savings collected from society. Defrayal Channelling in BNI Moslem Bank - Branch XYZ is still remarkably smaller than third-party fund collected. This research represents the case study to customer enthusiasm to get defrayal from BNI Moslem Bank-Branch XYZ, which is observed from customer points of view, those are materialism, service and location of Moslem bank. By using secondary data derived from financial statements and publicized reports of BNI Moslem Bank and also from primary data earned from questionnaires. Statistical analysis method used for the data processing is doubled linear regression analysis. Having as a conclusion : In order to improve customer enthusiasm to get the Defrayal from BNI Moslem Bank- Branch XYZ, hence margin and sharing holder have to vie with those kind of the conventional bank, service has to be improved and location of Moslem bank must be strategic and convenient."

Tekanan sosial untuk menikah pada wanita lajang memperkuat hubungan tuntutan kerja dan burnout = Social pressure on single women to get married in relationship between job demands and burnout
"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ingin melihat konflik interpersonal yang dialami oleh karyawan
wanita belum menikah yaitu tuntutan sosial untuk menikah dan hubungannya
dengan tuntutan kerja dan burnout. Penelitian dilakukan pada 1150 karyawan
wanita belum menikah di Jabodetabek dengan rentang usia 25 hingga 35 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan sosial untuk menikah sebagai
stres luar organisasi memperkuat hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan burnout
dengan persamaan regresi Y = 56,26 + 0,77X + 0,24M + 0,01 XM.
ABSTRACT
This research examine interpersonal conflict that unmarried women have, it is
social pressure to get married and it?s relationship with job demands and burnout.
Data are collected from 1150 unmarried women employee in Jabodetabek in the
age of 25 until 35. Result shows that social pressure to get married has positive
correlation that strengthen the relationship between job demand and burnout with
regression equation Y = 56,26 + 0,77X + 0,24M + 0,01 XM."
