With its regular symmetrical spiral structure, and its being not tilted too much and near enough to allow detailed studies of its stars, M33 is well-suited for the study of a typical spiral galaxy. "Menguji validitas relativitas umum dapat dilakukan dengan memodifikasinya untuk mencari penyimpangan. Beberapa teori gravitasi termodifikasi menghasilkan potensial gravitasi dengan suku eksponensial yang menyerupai potensial Yukawa untuk aproksimasi medan lemah. Walaupun pengujian eksperimental dari koreksi Yukawa masih terbatas pada skala sistem tata surya, beberapa penelitian terbaru telah menggunakan data dari kurva rotasi galaksi untuk membatasi parameter Yukawa ini secara observasional, namun dengan asumsi bahwa barion terkopel secara lemah dengan gravitasi untuk memenuhi batasan gravitasi lokal. Studi kami mengabaikan asumsi ini dan menganalisis suku koreksi Yukawa baik dalam halo materi gelap maupun komponen bariyonik. Testing the validity of general relativity can be done by modifying it to search for potential deviations. Several modified gravity theories introduce a Yukawa-like exponential term in the gravitational potential for weak-field limits. While experimental tests of the Yukawa-correction are limited to Solar system scales, recent studies have used galactic rotation curve data to observationally constrain these Yukawa parameters, although assuming that baryons are weakly coupled to gravity to satisfy local gravity constraints. In our study, we relax this assumption and analyze the Yukawa-correction in both dark matter halo and baryonic components. We investigate four models: Newtonian, Almeida, MG and MG Duo models, based on the presence of the Yukawa-correction term in the components and the coupling between particle species. We tested these models on three Milky Way datasets: Sofue (2015, 2017, 2020) and rotation curves by Wang (2023) and Zhou (2023) derived from Gaia DR3 data. We find strong statistical favor through the Bayes factor for the MG Duo model that presents a separated coupling between baryon-baryon and baryon-DM. However, more precise observational data covering a broader range of galactic radii is still required to enhance our understanding of modifications in the inner regions of the Milky Way."

Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

ABSTRACTA pharmacist has an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Pharmacy. Pharmacists must fulfill the competency standards as the requirements to enter the working life and undergo professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work practice. As a provision and experience for pharmacist candidates to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competence, so the internship at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and the Apotek Roxy Galaxy was held during the period February-June 2020. During internship, it was expected that pharmacist candidates expand their insight, understandings, and experience doing pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

ABSTRACTIn the era of information and communications technology is growing rapidly as today, marketers began to race tomarket their products in various ways. Integrated marketing communications are a way of introducing the addedvalue of a comprehensive plan that evaluates the strategic role of various communication disciplines. One of thelargest companies in the world that has taken advantage of integrated marketing communications is SamsungElectronics, in the launch of smart phones called Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 in Lincoln Center, New York.This paper aims to see the use of advertising and digital marketing techniques in integrated marketingcommunications strategies at the launch of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 , by linking them to actual conditions inthe field. That in executing advertising and digital marketing strategies requires more precision in terms ofunderstanding the characteristics of target audiences. A few mistakes are made, advertising messages that havebeen carefully designed, will not be up to the target audience."

"In this paper a new approach has been used for finding the optimal location for placing the Interline Power Flow Controller (IPFC). The IPFC is used to reduce the system loss and power flow in the heavily loaded lines and improve stability of the system. Here a new method, the Disparity Line Utilization Factor (DLUF) is used for determining the optimal placement of the (IPFC) to control the congestion in transmission lines. The DLUF ranks the transmission lines in terms of line congestion. The IPFC is accordingly placed in between the most congested and the least congested line connected to the same bus. The Galaxy-Based Search Algorithm (GBSA) is used for the optimal sizing of the IPFC. The results obtained by the proposed algorithm have been compared with that of the Genetic Algorithm (GA) to ascertain the effectiveness of the proposed method on the power system performance. The proposed method is tested on an IEEE 30 bus test system. It has been shown that by using the GBSA, the tuning of the IPFC further reduces congestion in the system by about 15%."

Pada era digital saat ini, ponsel menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi masyarakat sehingga terjadi peningkatan pada transaksi jual-beli ponsel bekas. Namun, terdapat risiko cacat tersembunyi yang sering tidak diketahui oleh pembeli. Tulisan ini menyoroti kasus pembeli ponsel Galaxy bekas yang dirugikan membeli ponsel Samsung Galaxy bekas yang kemudian terkunci oleh aplikasi Samsung Finance+. Penyebabnya karena ponsel masih dalam status menunggak cicilan oleh pemilik sebelumnya. Pemilik sebelumnya membeli ponsel Galaxy dengan cicilan melalui program Samsung Finance+. Syarat dan ketentuan program ini menyatakan bahwa ponsel Galaxy akan dikunci jika debitur menunggak cicilan kepada kreditur. Selain itu, selama masa cicilan, hak milik ponsel tersebut dilarang untuk dialihkan kepada pihak lain. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, debitur selaku penjual ponsel Galaxy memiliki kewajiban untuk menanggung penguasaan ponsel secara aman, tenteram, dan terhadap cacat-cacat tersembunyi. Kewajiban penjual merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli dalam jual-beli. Adapun pihak ketiga yang membeli dapat mengajukan gugatan untuk pembatalan pembelian atau pembatalan perjanjian.

This writing analyzes the legal protection for third parties who purchase used Galaxy phones in good faith and the resolution efforts that can be pursued by disadvantaged buyers. It is composed using doctrinal research methods, complemented by interviews with sources and informants for secondary data deepening. In the current digital era, phones have become a primary need for society, leading to an increase in second-hand phone transactions. However, there is a risk of hidden defects often unknown to the buyer. This paper highlights the case of buyers of used Galaxy phones who were disadvantaged when purchasing a Samsung Galaxy phone that was later locked by the Samsung Finance+ application. This occurred because the phone was still under installment status by the previous owner. The previous owner purchased the Galaxy phone on installment through the Samsung Finance+ program. The terms and conditions of this program state that the Galaxy phone will be locked if the debtor defaults on the installments to the creditor. Additionally, during the installment period, the ownership of the phone is prohibited from being transferred to another party. According to this research, the debtor, as the seller of the Galaxy phone, has the obligation to ensure the secure and peaceful possession of the phone and against hidden defects. The seller's obligation is a form of legal protection for the buyer in the sale and purchase. Third parties who purchase can file a lawsuit for cancellation of the purchase or annulment of the agreement."
