Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan fungsi supervisi terhadap terapis pada Human Service Organizations yang diluncurkan dalam teori Human Service Organizations dan fungsi supervisi yakni administratif, edukatif, dan suportif. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan fungsi supervisi terhadap terapis di YCHI Autism Center dan juga mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi supervisi tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif melalui studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan lapangan menunjukkan fungsi supervisi yang dilakukan oleh supervisor adalah fungsi supervisi administratif, edukatif, dan suportif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah supervisor telah menjalankan beberapa aspek dari fungsi supervisi administratif, edukatif, dan suportif kepada terapis di YCHI Autism Center dan dilakukan secara terus menerus, walaupun belum terjadwal dengan baik karena harus disesuaikan dengan kesibukan supervisor. Faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi supervisi adalah pengetahuan supervisor yang mumpuni dan kemauan belajar terapis, sikap tegas dan konsisten supervisor, dan ketersediaan materi dan bahan ajar. Sedangkan, faktor penghambatnya ialah keterbatasan waktu supervisor dan perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan dari terapis.  ......This research aims to apprehend the implementation of therapist's supervisory function at human service organizations. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of therapist's supervisory function in YCHI Autism Center and also describe the supporting factors and obstacle factors that affect the implementation of the supervisory function. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The main finding of this study is that supervisory function is implemented according to administrative, educative, and supportive functions. In conclusion, the supervisor has carried out several aspects of the supervisory function by doing it continuously which are administrative, educational, and supportive, although it has not been well scheduled because it must be adjusted to the supervisor's schedule. Supporting factors that affect the implementation of the supervisory function are qualified supervisor knowledge and willingness to learn from the therapist, supervisor's firmness and consistency, and the availability of supervision facilities. Meanwhile, the obstacle factors are the limited time of the supervisor and the different educational background of the therapist.

Abstrak :
Supervisi adalah suatu bentuk pengawasan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas melalui proses yang sistematis meliputi pemberian motivasi, komunikasi dan bimbingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan menggunakan stratified simple random sampling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fungsi supervisi kepala ruangan dengan kepatuhan perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan SOP identifikasi pasien Hasil penelitian mempergunakan uji Chi Square membuktikan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi, komunikasi dan bimbingan dengan kepatuhan perawat pelaksana menjalankan SOP identifikasi pasien. (p value < α). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, adalah fungsi supervisi kepala ruangan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan identifikasi pasien sesuai dengan SOP. ......Supervision is a form supervisory that aim to improve the staf performance through a systematic process in the provision of motivation, communication and guidance. This study used an observational design with cross sectional approach using stratified random sampling. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the function of head room supervision with the compliance of nurses in performing SOP patient identification. The result of this research using Chi Square test to prove there is a significant correlation between motivation, communication and guidance to compliance of nurses in implementating SOP of patient identification (p value < α). The conclusion of this study is that the functions of the supervision of head room have a very important role to improve the nurses complaince in conducting the patient identification based on the SOP.
