Riset oleh Eller, Koschate, dan Gilson (2011) tidak menunjukkan arah dari pengaruh audiens dan menggunakan imajinasi dalam tahap pengoleksian data. Studi ini mengisi celah penelitian tersebut dan memakai tugas membaca yang berdasarkan model evaluation apprehension. 40 partisipan dari latar belakang yang berbeda-beda direkrut. Komposisinya terdiri atas 20 penutur Bahasa Inggris asli dan 20 penutur yang tidak asli. Kedua kelompok ditempatkan pada kondisi dengan audiens atau tanpa audiens. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penutur asli tampil lebih baik disbanding penutur yang tidak asli. Ditemukan juga bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara grup yang membaca di depan audiens dengan yang tidak. Hasil ini berlaku untuk semua kelompok penutur. Implikasi dan penjelasan teori alternatif didiskusikan. ......Eller, Koschate, and Gilson’s (2011) study did not showcase audience effect’s direction and utilised imagination for data-collecting. This study addressed those gaps and employed a reading task based on the evaluation apprehension model. 40 participants of varying backgrounds were recruited. It comprised of 20 native English speakers and 20 non-native speakers. Both groups were assigned to either audience present or no audience condition. Results showed that native speakers did better than non-native speakers. It also showed that there was no significant difference between those who read in front of an audience and those who did not. ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini memiliki fokus melihat efektivitas strategi reader rsquo;s theater untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy membaca pada siswa kesulitan belajar. Strategi reader rsquo;s theater adalah intervensi kelompok yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca lancar dan ekspresif. Penerapan reader rsquo;s theater melibatkan kegiatan latihan pemenggalan frase, intonasi kata, penekanan kata, membaca ulang bacaan, dan memberi contoh modelling . Pada akhir intervensi, kelompok reader rsquo;s theater membaca naskah dengan lantang di depan kelas tanpa gerakan dan kostum. Penelitian ini menggunakan single subject design dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan strategi efektif meningkatkan kelancaran siswa dalam membaca dan meningkatkan self-efficacy siswa dengan kesulitan belajar.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to understand the effectiveness of theater 39 s reader strategy to improve reading self efficacy in students 39 learning difficulties. Reader 39 s theater strategy is a group based intervention used to improve students 39 ability in reading fluency and expressiveness. The applications of reader rsquo s theater involve exercising phrase breaking, word intonation, emphasizing on wording, repeated reading, and giving examples modelling . At the end of the intervention, students were reading scripts loudly in front of the class without making any movement and wearing specific costume. This study uses single subject design with sample selection using purposive sampling. The results showed that the intervention has effectively improves not only students 39 fluency in reading and but also improves self efficacy of students with learning difficulties.

Tugas kelancaran fonemik adalah salah satu tugas dari tes kelancaran verbal yang dapat digunakan untuk melihat mekanisme kognitif seseorang ketika mencoba mengelompokkan kata berdasarkan kriteria tertentu (clustering) dan melakukan perpindahan dari satu kelompok kata ke kelompok/kata baru lainnya (switching). Sejumlah faktor demografis dipercaya memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa dalam tugas kelancaran fonemik, diantaranya adalah jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan. Di Indonesia sendiri penggunaan tugas kelancaran fonemik masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian dari Hendrawan, Hatta dan Ohira (in press) menemukan bahwa huruf S, L, dan J adalah stimulus huruf yang paling sesuai digunakan dalam tugas kelancaran fonemik bagi mereka yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa utamanya. Namun, sejauh ini belum ditemukan penelitian terkait tugas kelancaran fonemik yang berusaha melihat mekanisme clustering dan switching pada partisipan berbahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, pengaruh dari jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan pada performa tugas kelancaran fonemik juga belum jelas gambarannya pada partisipan berbahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan pada performa tugas kelancaran fonemik yang dilihat melalui clustering dan switching dengan stimulus yang sudah disesuaikan dengan bahasa Indonesia (S, L, dan J). Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 80 partisipan laki-laki dan 80 partisipan perempuan yang tinggal di Jabodetabek, sehari-hari menggunakan bahasa Indonesia, dan pernah/sedang menjalani pendidikan di tingkat tinggi/menengah/dasar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap clustering dan switching pada tugas kelancaran fonemik, sedangkan jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap clustering dan switching. Selain itu, hasil juga tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap clustering dan switching. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan adalah prediktor yang lebih baik dari jenis kelamin dalam clustering dan switching pada tugas kelancaran fonemik. ...... honemic fluency task is a part of verbal fluency test and known to have the ability to measure the underlying cognitive mechanism reflected by the way an individual subcategorizes the words he/she produces (clustering) and then how he/she shifts from one subcategory to the other subcategory/single word (switching). A number of demographic factors have been found to influence the performance of phonemic fluency task; two of them are sex differences and education. In Indonesia, the use of phonemic fluency task is still rarely applied. A study from Hendrawan, Hatta & Ohira (in press) has successfully discovered that S, L, and J are the representative stimuli of phonemic fluency for participants with Bahasa Indonesia as their native language. However, a study about underlying mechanism of clustering and switching on participants with Bahasa Indonesia is none to be found up until now. Furthermore, it is still unclear how sex differences and education affect the performance of phonemic fluency for Indonesian native speakers. This study aimed to seek the effects of sex differences and education on clustering and switching of phonemic fluency task conducted to participants with Bahasa Indonesia as the native language. A total of 80 males and 80 females in Jabodetabek, with different levels of education (high/medium/low) joined this study. Results showed that the level of education had a significant main effect toward clustering and switching in phonemic fluency task, while sex differences had no effect. Also, there is no interaction effect between sex differences and education toward clustering and switching. However, there was no main effect from sex differences toward clustering and switching in phonemic fluency task. In addition, the interaction effect between sex differences and education toward clustering and switching was also not found. In conclusion, results of this study indicated that education is a better predictor than sex differences in clustering and switching of phonemic fluency task.

Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh electronic word-of-mouth dan fluency terhadap minat berkunjung (intention to visit) para konsumen. Ada 120 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam survei penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan factorial design 2x2, peneliti akan membagi kelompok penelitian menjadi high fluency dan high eWOM (tipe A), high fluency dan low eWOM (tipe B), low fluency dan high eWOM (tipe C) serta low fluency dan low eWOM (tipe D). Dengan menggunakan compare means, independent t-test dan ANOVA, peneliti akan membandingkan kelompok mana yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap intention to visit dalam studi kasus Tanjung Bira. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eWOM ternyata memiliki pengaruh lebih tinggi dibandingkan fluency. ...... This research examines the influence of electronic word-of-mouth and fluency towards intention to visit. There were 120 respondents who participated in this research. By using a 2x2 factorial design, the researcher will divide the research groups into a high fluency and high eWOM (type A), high and low fluency eWOM (type B), low fluency and high eWOM (type C) and low fluency and low eWOM (type D ). By using compare means, independent t-test and ANOVA, researchers will compare which group has more influence on the intention to visit the Tanjung Bira case studies. The results of this study indicate that eWOM proved to have a higher influence than fluency.

ABSTRACT
The publication of George Lakoff and Mark Johnson's Metaphor we live by in 1980 represents a remarkable milestone in the linguistic approximation to the metaphor: instead of the earlier metaphor concept as tool limited to the dimensions of poetic and narrative texts, it has became an important role player of everyday communication. The conceptual metaphor concept was coined. Six years later Marco Danesi pointed out in his substantial article The Role of Metaphor in Second Language Pedagogy that without acquisition of conceptual fluency it is not possible to reach mother tongue level in second language learning, not even if the learner shows high communicative and verbal competence. Conceptual fluency is teachable and acquireable like any other linguistic competence. The present paper's aim is to give a general vision of the conceptual fluency concept, alloying later its study with error analysis of Hungarian interlanguage of Japanese learners of Hungarian as a foreign language at the Osaka University. The small-scale empirical study's results show that the student group in question had no special difficulties in acquiring metaphoric expressions, nevertheless the linguistic completion of the same supposed a challenge. This clearly can be followed in the mistakes appearing in their interlanguage. The study also shed light on the fact, that errors do not occur as isolated ones, but likely as a combination of different hypothesis formed on Hungarian during learners' language acquisition process. From the results constructive conclusions can be drawn concerning the didactics of conceptual fluency: firstly, teachers have to emphasize the importance of conceptual fluency in communication; secondly, learners have to assimilate, that metaphoric expressions form integral part of the whole linguistic system of the language, that means, they act according to its rules; thirdly, metaphoric expressions must be taught always in context.

Prevalensi penyalahguna narkoba di Indonesia masih tinggi hingga saat ini. Penyalahgunaan narkoba, khususnya penyalahgunaan lebih dari satu zat polizat , dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kemampuan kognitif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara penyalahgunaan polizat, khususnya jumlah zat yang disalahgunakan, dengan defisit kelancaran verbal. Penelitian dengan desain cross-sectional ini dilakukan dengan menilai uji kelancaran verbal pada residen Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Badan Narkotika Nasional BNN, Bogor. Sebanyak 53 pasien rehabilitasi yang pernah menyalahgunakan polizat pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktober tahun 2017 dipilih dengan metode consecutive sampling. Data penyalahgunaan polizat didapat melalui wawancara dengan subjek dan data tambahan diperoleh melalui rekam medis. Hasil pengujian kelancaran verbal menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi defisit kelancaran verbal adalah sebanyak 54,7 dari 53 orang subjek. Setelah dilakukan analisis penelitian, didapatkan bahwa tidak ada korelasi yang signifikan antara jumlah zat yang disalahgunakan dengan defisit kelancaran verbal pada subjek. Analisis data lainnya menunjukkan terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara usia dengan kelancaran verbal p=0,044 dan korelasi antara usia penyalahgunaan pertama kali dengan kelancaran verbal p=0,004. Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara penyalahgunaan ekstasi dengan kelancaran verbal dan tidak ditemukan pula korelasi yang signifikan antara durasi penyalahgunaan dengan kelancaran verbal. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa defisit kelancaran verbal tidak memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan jumlah zat yang disalahgunakan. Faktor lain yang memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan kelancaran verbal adalah usia penyalahguna dan usia penyalahgunaan pertama kali. ......Prevalence of drug user in Indonesia is still high. Drug abuse, particularly polydrug abuse, can adversely affect cognitive abilities. This study aims to determine the correlation between polydrug abuse, specifically the amount of substances that are abused, with verbal fluency deficit. This study is a cross sectional study that is done by conducting phonological verbal fluency task towards resident of Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Badan Narkotika Nasional BNN Lido, Bogor. Fifty three residents who are polydrug user in August until October 2017 were chosen by consecutive sampling method. Polydrug abuse data was obtained through interviewing subjects and additional datas were obtained from medical record. Phonological verbal fluency task's results showed that 54.7 from all subjects had a deficit of verbal fluency. Based on the study analysis, it was found that there were no significant correlation between amount of substances abused and verbal fluency deficit. Other data that we analyzed showed that there is a significant correlation between age and verbal fluency p 0,044 and correlation between onset and verbal fluency p 0,004. There is no significant relation between ectasy and verbal fluency and also there is no significant correlation found between duration of drug abuse and verbal fluency. We concluded that the deficit of verbal fluency has no significant correlation with the amount of substances abused. Another factors that have significant correlation with verbal fluency are age and onset of abuse.

Peningkatan tren belanja masyarakat membuat sektor ritel di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat. Ditambah dengan runtuhnya batasan antara lingkungan virtual dan kehidupan nyata berdampak pada masa depan ritel yang diperkirakan akan didominasi oleh ritel omni-channel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran mediasi perceived anjoyment dan attitude consistency untuk mengungkap bagaimana faktor lingkungan omni-channel dari interaction fluency, convenience, price advantage dan personalization berkontribusi terhadap omni-channel shopping intention berdasarkan kerangka S-O-R. Survei dilakukan terhadap konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di toko online dan offline Uniqlo melalui kuesioner online, dan 170 data dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis menggunakan PLSSEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaction fluency dan personalization secara positif mempengaruhi perceived enjoyment dan attitude consistency dan attitude consistency memediasi pengaruh interaction fluency terhadap omnichannel shopping intention. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor interactiojn fluency dan personalization dalam ritel omni-channel memerlukan keadaan afektif konsumen sesaat dan berkelanjutan untuk memfasilitasi omnichanel shopping intention. ......Increasing public shopping trends have meant that the retail sector in Indonesia has developed rapidly. This coupled with the collapse of boundaries between virtual and real-life environments has an impact on the future of retail which is expected to be dominated by omni-channel retail. This research aims to investigate the mediating role of perceived enjoyment and attitude consistency to reveal how omnichannel environmental factors such as interaction fluency, convenience, price advantage and personalization contribute to omni-channel shopping intention based on the S-O-R framework. Surveys were conducted on consumers who had shopped at Uniqlo online and offline stores via online questionnaires, and 170 data were collected for analysis using PLS-SEM. The research results show that interaction fluency and personalization positively influence perceived enjoyment and attitude consistency and attitude consistency mediates the influence of interaction fluency on omni-channel shopping intention. The findings of this research are that interaction fluency and personalization factors in omni-channel retail require momentary and sustained consumer affective states to facilitate omni-channel shopping intention.
