Abstrak :
Besarnya peran industri alas kaki dalam meningkatkan nilai ekspor Indonesia telah menjadi perhatian akhir-akhir ini. Tiap tahunnya nilai ekspor industri alas kaki terus meningkat dan telah menjadi rancangan strategis bagi perekonomian negara. Indonesia memiliki peluang untuk terus mengembangkan pangsa pasar industri alas kaki di pasar global. Namun seiring permintaan pasar global akan produk alas kaki, jumlah kompetitor yang bersaing pada pasar tersebut juga terus bertambah dengan Tiongkok sebagai pemain yang paling dominan. Agar dapat terus bersaing pelaku industri alas kaki harus meningkatkan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan risiko yang mungkin timbul pada proses pengembangan produk baru pada industri alas kaki dengan menggunakan studi kasus PT Brodo Ganesha Indonesia agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk alas kaki buatan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode baru yaitu House of Risk sebuah metode yang dikembangakan dari metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis dan House of Quality. Metode ini tidak hanya memberikan gambaran risiko yang terdapat pada proses pengembangan produk baru namun juga menjelaskan strategi untuk memitigasi risiko tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan risiko-risiko yang terdapat pada proses pengembangan produk baru pada industri alas kaki beserta strategi untuk memitigasi risiko-risiko tersebut. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi untuk perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di industri alas kaki dalam melakukan manajemen risiko pada proses pengembangan produk barunya. ......The growing footwear industry has been one of the strategic industry that the Indonesian government put focus on in order to enhance the nation economy. Each year the footwear industry economic value is escalating and significantly contribute to the national non-mineral export. Due to the robust growth of global market demand, Indonesia have a vast opportunity to further enhance it's footwear global market share. However the number of competitors in the footwear global industry are also increasing with China as the market leader. Hence, to compete in the global footwear industry, business owner have to increase its competitiveness. This study is focused on the risk management during the new product development process in the footwear industry as to increase their competitive advantage using PT BGI as a study case. The method for this research is house of risk(HOR), a new method adopted from the well-know failure mode effect analysis and house of quality.The method is focused on giving a proactive strategy to mitigate the identified risk. The outcome of this research are list of risk that found in the new product development process and the strategy to mitigate those risk involve. This research is design for footwear industry business owner as a benchmark to used in their product development process with the aim of more efficient new product development.

Tren baru dalam memasarkan produk melalui live social commerce seperti pada Instagram dan Tiktok serta adanya penilaian terhadap masyarakat Indonesia yang cenderung untuk memiliki perilaku pembelian impulsif merupakan sebuah peluang yang dimanfaatkan oleh para pemilik toko online untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Berasal dari faktor-faktor seperti daya tarik, kepercayaan, keahlian, kegunaan produk, kenyamanan pembelian, dan harga produk yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku, penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut dan motivasi yang mendasari terjadi pembelian impulsif produk fashion secara online melalui live di Instagram dan Tiktok. Model penelitian ini didasarkan pada kerangka SOR (stimulus-organism-response) untuk mengeksplorasi reaksi dan perilaku konsumen yang disebabkan oleh faktor stimulus tertentu. Model pengukuran dibuat berdasarkan 150 respon valid di sosial media Instagram dan Tiktok dari kuesioner online dengan bantuan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan diantara kedua sosial media ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang bermanfaat bagi pelaku usaha online di social commerce dalam produk fashion pada live di Instagram dan Tiktok dengan memperhatikan kenikmatan (perceived enjoyment) dan kenyamanan (purchase convenience) yang dirasakan konsumen, serta kegunaan (purchase usefulness) produk fashion yang dijual pada live sebagai dorongan untuk melakukan pembelian secara impulsif. ......Online shop owners can boost sales by utilizing emerging trends in product marketingthrough live social commerce platforms like Instagram and Tiktok along with researchon Indonesian consumers' tendency for impulsive buying. This study examines the influence of these elements and the underlying motive for impulsive buying of fashionproducts online via live on Instagram and Tiktok. These factors include attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise, product usefulness, purchase convenience, and product prices. This research model is based on the SOR (stimulus-organism-response) framework and is used to examine consumer reactions and behavior as a result of various stimulus factors. The measurement model was created based on 150 valid responses on Instagram and Tiktok from online questionnaires using PLS-SEM method. The results of the analysis show that there is no significant difference betweenthe two social media. This research could give usefull recommendation for online business in social commerce in developing marketing strategies for selling fashion products on live Instagram and Tiktok by paying attention to perceived enjoyment, purchase convenience and purchase usefulness as a stimulus to make impulse buying.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai intensi penggunaan ritel omnichannel konsumen milenial Indonesia dalam belanja produk fesyen yang menggunakan konsep pengembangan Technology Acceptance Model atau TAM. Penelitian ini melaksanakan survei kepada 426 responden dari generasi milenial yang lahir pada tahun 1982 hingga 2002 dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Adapun metode penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online menggunakan Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software pengolahan data LISREL 8.51. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam continuance intention usage, variabel yang terbukti mempengaruhi terdiri dari perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, customer engagement, dan consumer value. Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dalam variabel perceived ease of use terhadap continuance intention usage saat melalui perceived usefulness. Kemudian, continuance intention usage terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap actual use ritel omnichannel. ......This study discusses the intention to use omnichannel retail by Indonesian millennial consumers in shopping for fashion products using the concept of developing the Technology Acceptance Model or TAM. This study conducted a survey of 426 respondents from the millennial generation who were born in 1982 to 2002 and domiciled in Indonesia. The data was collected through an online questionnaire, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with LISREL 8.51 software. The result showed that the variables which significantly influenced continuance intention usage are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, customer engagement, and consumer value. However, perceived ease of use doesn’t have a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, continuance intention usage of omnichannel does significantly affect actual use in retail omnichannel.

The contents are based on presentations delivered at IT4Fashion 2017, the 7th International Conference in Business Models and ICT Technologies for the Fashion Supply Chain, which was held in Florence, Italy, in April 2017, and at IT4Fashion 2018, the 8th edition of the same conference, which was held in Florence, Italy, in April 2018. This conference series represents a targeted response to the growing need for research that reports and debates supply chain business models and technologies applied to the fashion industry, with the aim of increasing knowledge in the area of product lifecycle management and supply chain management in that industry.
