ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh ethical leadeship terhadap ethical behavior yang dipengaruhi oleh peran penting dari ethical climate sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini meneliti pada industri perbankan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 262 responden yang bekerja di PT Bank M sebagai salah satu bank BUMN. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian sebelumnya dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ethical leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ethical climate tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M. Sedangkan ethical climate memiliki pengaruh signifikan full mediating terhadap hubungan antara ethical leadership dengan ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M.
ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of ethical leadeship on ethical behavior which is influenced by the important role of ethical climate as a mediator. This research examined the banking industry using a questionnaire obtained from 262 respondents working at PT Bank M as one of the state-owned banks. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and tested using structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that ethical leadership had a significant influence on ethical climate but did not directly influence the ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M. While ethical climate had a full mediating significant effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M.

Perilaku etis pegawai negeri sipil yang menjadi sorotan masyarakat dan menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah dalam menangani aparatur pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku etis, pengaruh komitmen keorganisasian terhadap perilaku etis, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku etis, dan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, komitmen keorganisasian, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku etis pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dan wawancara mendalam. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian terhadap 74 pegawai negeri sipil menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, komitmen keorganisasian, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku etis pegawai. Secara parsial kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku etis pegawai. Komitmen keorganisasian tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku etis pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku etis pegawai. Ethical behavior of civil servants in the spotlight of society and become the problems faced by the government in dealing with the government apparatus. This study aims to analyze the impact of emotional intelligence on employee ethical behavior, the impact of organizational commitment on employee ethical behavior, the impact of jobs satisfaction on employee ethical behavior, and the impact of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and jobs satisfaction on employee ethical behavior at Center for Education and Training of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republik of Indonesia. This research uses quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews.Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study of 74 civil servants showed that emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee ethical behavior. Partially emotional intelligence positively and significantly influence to ethical behavior of employees. Organizational commitment does not positively and significantly affect the employee 39 s ethical behavior. Job satisfaction positively and significantly influence to employee ethical behavior. Saat ini perusahaan BUMN farmasi didorong untuk memiliki iklim organizational culture yang baik dan diharapkan sumber daya manusia dapat memiliki daya saing tinggi dan diharapkan dapat menggunakan teknologi khususnya internet secara bijaksana dan professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara ethical behavior terhadap personal internet use dengan organizational culture sebagai mediator pada perusahaan BUMN farmasi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada peran personal internet use yang masih jarang diteliti di Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 300 orang yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan BUMN Farmasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara ethical behavior dan cyberloafing, danh ubungan positif dengan e-citizenship. Setelah budaya perusahaan dimasukkan kedalam model sebagai mediator, ethical behavior juga menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan budaya perusahaan, yang, pada gilirannya, bertindak sebagai mediator yang signifikan. Semua jenis budaya dilakukan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan ethical behavior dengan cybercivism, dan hanya budaya adhocracy yang bertindak sebagai mediator penuh dalam kasus cyberloafing. Implikasi praktisnya adalah bahwa manajer harus memberi perhatian eksplisit pada keuntungan mengawasi PIU dengan nilai-nilai etika dan, terutama dalam kasus cyberloafing, dengan nilai-nilai inovatif budaya adhocracy.
Nowadays, state-owned enterprise in pharmaceutical companies are encouraged to havea good organizational culture climate and it is hoped that human resources can have high competitiveness and are expected to be able to use technology, especially the internet, wisely and professionally. This study aims to examine the relationship between ethical behavior and personal internet use with organizational culture as a mediator instate-ownedenterprises in pharmaceutical companies.This research focuses on the role of personal internet use which is still rarely studied inIndonesia. Respondents in this study were 300 people who were employees of state-owned pharmaceutical companies. Data processing is done through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between ethical behavior and cyberloafing, and a positive relationship with e-citizenship. After the company culture is incorporated into the modelas a mediator, ethical behavior also shows a significant relationship with the company culture, which, in turn, acts as a significant mediator. All types of culture are carried outas partial mediators in the relationship of ethical behavior with cybercivism, and only adhocracy cultures act as full mediators in the case of cyberloafing. The practical implication is that managers must pay explicit attention to the benefits of supervising PIUs with ethical values and, especially in the case of cyberloafing, with innovative values of an adhocracy culture.

Enpowering information technology (IT) has revealed new dimention of ethical behavior. There are contradictions in prior research result about ethics in using IT, especially in academic scheme. Some researchers concluded that there are no different ethical behavior between IT students and general students (non-IT program) because IT could self-learned. However, other researchers concluded that there is different ethical behavior among individual who has higher IT knowledge and individual who has no or little IT knowledge. this research analyzes moral intensity and ethics in IT students and business students. There are two results from this research, they are: first, there is different perception toward ethical on IT between IT students and accounting students. Both of sample groups dissagree with unethical behavior but in different level. IT students has higher level of dissagreement of unethical on IT than accounting studens; second, unethical behavior on IT has influenced by moral intensity. These results imply that higher education intitution has important role to direct ethical behavior of their students.

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational ethical values sebagai faktor pendorong organizational citizenship behaviors melalui mediasi organizational justice, affective commitment dan ethical behavior pada auditor di sektor publik. Responden penelitian adalah auditor pada lembaga XYZ yang bertugas memeriksa laporan keuangan pemerintah di seluruh Indonesia. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 307 orang dan structural equation modelling digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational ethical values perlu dimediasi oleh organizational justice dan affective commitment agar dapat berpengaruh terhadap ethical behavior. Selain itu, ethical behavior juga terbukti memediasi pengaruh organizational justice dan affective commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors.
This study aims to determine the impact of organizational ethical values as antecedant of organizational citizenship behaviors through mediation of organizational justice, affective commitment and ethical behavior among auditors in Indonesian public sector. Respondents are auditors at XYZ, an institutions that responsible for auditing governments financial reports throughout Indonesia. Total respondents in this study were 307 auditor and structural equation models are used as analysis methods. The results indicates organizational ethical values is mediated by organizational justice and affective commitment in order to influence ethical behavior. In addition, ethical behavior is also proven as mediator of the impact of organizational justice and affective commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviors.

ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan beretika dan iklim kerja etis terhadap perilaku etis pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di instansi pemerintahan. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 205 orang pegawai negeri sipil dari beberapa instansi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 20 untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel dan juga efek mediasi dari iklim kerja beretika. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa adanya kepemimpinan yang beretika memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku etis dari pegawai, sementara iklim kerja yang beretika memediasi secara parsial pengaruh antara kepemimpinan beretika dan perilaku etis karyawan.
ABSTRACT
This research focused on the effect of ethical leadership and ethical climate on ethical behavior for government employees context. This study employed quantitative method using surveys to 205 civil servants working at several government institutions. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data using SPSS 20 and  the mediation effect of ethical climate on the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical behavior. This study found that ethical leadership positively related to ethical behavior and the effect of ethical leadership and ethical behavior was partially mediated by ethical climate.
