Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kongruensi karir anak dengan orang tua terhadap adaptabilitas karir melalui mediasi efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir pada mahasiswa. Data penelitian berasal dari 551 partisipan mahasiswa S1 yang sedang menjalani perkuliahan di semester 6 atau lebih. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring dengan menggunakan tiga macam skala, Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Adolescent Parent Career Congruence, dan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan macro PROCESS dari Hayes. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh langsung dari kongruensi karir anak dengan orang tua terhadap adaptabiltias karir (c’ = -0,0019; p > 0,05). Sementara itu, hubungan dari kongruensi karir anak-orang tua dengan adaptabilitas karir akan meningkat dengan adanya peran mediator dari efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir (indirect effect = 0,1272). Implikasi, limitasi, serta saran untu penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.

 


This study aims to examine the effect of adolescent-parent career congruence on career adaptability through mediation of career decision self-efficacy for undergraduate students. The research data came from 551 undergraduate student participants who were undergoing lectures in the 6th semester or more. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online using three kinds of scales, Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Adolescent-Parent Career Congruence, and Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form that was adapted into Indonesian. Data analysis was performed using PROCESS macros from Hayes. The results of the study showed that there was no direct effect of adolescent-parent career congruence on career adaptability (c’ = -0,0019; p > 0,05). Meanwhile, the relationship of adolescent-parent career congruence and career adaptability will increase with mediation through career decision self efficacy (indirect effect = 0,1272). Implications, limitations, and suggestions for further research are discussed.

"Rendahnya kesejahteraan subjektif guru yang ditandai oleh tingginya stres dan rendahnya kepuasan hidup akibat dari beban kerja yang tinggi berdampak buruk terhadap kinerja, pembelajaran siswa, hingga niat berhenti bekerja. Sementara itu, efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir dan optimisme karir ditemukan dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat peran moderasi optimisme karir pada hubungan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian didapatkan dari 190 guru. Pengukuran kesejahteraan subjektif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Satisfaction With Life Scale dan Scale of Positive And Negative Experiences. Efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir diukur dengan Career Decision Self Efficacy- Short Form dan optimisme karir diukur dengan Career Optimism Subscale dari Career Future Inventory. Hasil penelitian yang dianalisis dengan uji moderasi tidak menemukan adanya efek interaksi atau peran moderasi dari optimisme karir terhadap hubungan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir dan kesejahteraan subjektif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi saran penelitian selanjutnya, dan manfaat praktis bagi stakeholder, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, praktisi pendidikan, satuan dan lembaga pendidikan, dan instansi terkait untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru.

Teachers' low subjective well-being, characterized by high stress and low life satisfaction as a result of high workload, has a negative impact on performance, student learning, and intention to quit. Meanwhile, self-efficacy in career decision making and career optimism are found to affect subjective well-being. This study aims to see if there is a moderating role of career optimism on the relationship of career decision self-efficacy to subjective well-being in teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained from 190 teachers. Subjective well-being measurements were made using the Satisfaction With Life Scale and the Scale of Positive and Negative Experiences. Career decision self-efficacy was measured by Career Decision Self Efficacy-Short Form and career optimism was measured by Career Optimism Subscale of Career Future Inventory. The results of the study analyzed by moderation test did not find any interaction effect or moderating role of career optimism on the relationship of career decision self-efficacy and subjective well- being. The results of this study provide benefits for further research suggestions, and practical benefits for stakeholders, educators and education personnel, educational practitioners, educational institutions, and related agencies to improve teacher well-being."
