Abstrak :
Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Indonesia, baik yang diinisiasi oleh pemerintah maupun pihak swasta dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Tercatat, sampai dengan tahun 2023 terdapat total 201 proyek infrastruktur, terdiri dari sektor transportasi, sektor kawasan, sektor sumber daya air, sektor perumahan dan sektor energi yang masuk ke dalam proyek strategis nasional dan saat ini sudah terealisasi total 156 proyek. Namun, tingginya pertumbuhan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia juga diikuti dengan meningkatnya kasus kegagalan konstruksi. Dalam periode tahun 2017-2022, telah terjadi peristiwa kegagalan konstruksi pada proyek infrastruktur yang melibatkan penyedia jasa konstruksi Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dengan kualfikasi usaha perusahaan besar. Merujuk kepada peraturan Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi Nomor 12 Tahun 2009, perusahaan dengan kualifikasi besar harus memiliki sertifikat ISO 9001:2000 untuk sistem manajemen mutu. Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dengan kualifikasi besar harus menerapkan pengendalian proyek yang baik berdasarkan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 mulai dari tahap perencanaan sampai dengan tahap pembangunan. Komunikasi yang merupakan satu dari tiga indikator strategi pengembangan budaya mutu, sistem kepemimpinan dan tingkat kematangan, turut andil dalam terjadinya kegagalan konstruksi. Dalam dunia konstruksi yang kompleks dan melibatkan beberapa individu atau kelompok, komunikasi yang mencakup pertukaran informasi yang efektif dan pemahaman terhadap informasi yang diterima berperan besar dalam kesuksesan proyek dan memenimalisir kegagalan konstruksi. Informasi harus didistribusikan kepada pihak yang tepat, secara akurat dan konsisten sehingga Distribusi Informasi yang merupakan satu dari lima parameter kontrol yang mempengaruhi sistem komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentuan indikator-indikator dalam sistem komunikasi proyek konstruksi yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan jasa konstruksi bumn nasional dalam menurunkan tingkat kegagalan konstruksi dan menghasilkan strategi peningkatan distribusi informasi dalam sistem komunikasi proyek konstruksi yang perlu diterapkan pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi bumn nasional untuk menurunkan tingkat kegagalan konstruksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah validasi pakar, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan  11 variabel dan 37 Indikator distribusi informasi yang berpengaruh dalam menurunkan kegagalan konstruksi. ......Infrastructure development in Indonesia, both initiated by the government and the private sector, has experienced rapid growth in recent years. In a complex world of construction involving several individuals or groups, communication that includes effective exchange of information and understanding of the information received plays a major role in project success and minimizes construction failures. Information must be distributed to the right parties accurately and consistently, so information distribution is one of the five control parameters that affect the communication system. The purpose of this study is to determine the indicators in the construction project communication system that influence the success of national state-owned construction service companies in reducing construction failure rates and produce strategies for increasing information distribution in construction project communication systems that need to be applied to national-owned construction service companies to reduce construction failure rates. The research methods used are expert validation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study obtained 11 variables and 37 indicators of information distribution that had an effect on reducing construction failures.

Pembangunan di Indonesia semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya untuk mendukung peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat dan menunjang distribusi barang dan jasa, hal ini memicu pertumbuhan yang pesat juga terhadap Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, ditemukan banyaknya kegagalan konstruksi yang dilakukan perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang menyebabkan adanya penambahan biaya dan waktu. Salah satu penyebab utama proyek konstruksi yang bermasalah dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan sehingga menimbulkan kegagalan konstruksi diakibatkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran terhadap budaya mutu yaitu distribusi informasiDalam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan variabel - variabel dalam distribusi informasi yang mempengaruhi budaya mutu dan kegagalan konstruksi serta untuk merancang strategi peningkatan distribusi informasi dalam sistem komunikasi terkait budaya mutu proyek untuk menurunkan tingkat kegagalan konstruksi. Hasil dari studi literatur didapatkan 11 variabel distribusi informasi. Variabel kemudian divalidasi awal oleh 8 pakar. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS dan SmartPLS yang mengolah 108 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat 2 variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kegagalan konstruksi yaitu Metode Distribusi Informasi (X5) dan Dokumen Akhir Hasil Pekerjaan yang Berisi Seluruh Proses Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan (X11) dengan nilai T-Statistics (level of significance 5%) berturut-turut adalah 2,229 dan 2,285. Berdasarkan dari hasil temuan, maka perlu dibuat strategi peningkatan distribusi informasi dalam upaya untuk menurunkan tingkat kegagalan konstruksi di Indonesia pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi swasta nasional. ......Development in Indonesia is increasing every year to support the improvement of the community's economy and support the distribution of goods and services, this triggers rapid growth also for Construction Service Companies. Data processing was carried out using SPSS and SmartPLS software which processed 108 respondents. Based on the analysis, there are 2 variables that have a significant effect on construction failure, namely the Information Distribution Method (X5) and the Final Document of Work Results containing the entire Work Implementation Process (X11) with the T-Statistics value (level of significant 5%) respectively 2.229 and 2,285. Based on the result, it is necessary to improve a strategy to increase the information distribution to reduce construction failure levels at national private construction service companies.
