"Pada era informasi saat ini, untuk dapat bersaing secara global, setiap perusahaan harus memiliki persiapan dan perencanaan objektif pada produk atau jasa yang dimiliki. Persiapan dan perencanaan objektif perusahaan tersebut tersusun pada dokumen strategi bisnis digital. Tujuan utama penyusunan dokumen strategi bisnis digital pada organisasi, untuk memberikan gambaran target jangka panjang maupun target jangka pendek yang ingin dicapai oleh perusahaan melalui unit bisnis, produk, maupun organisasi secara keseluruhan. PT Patih Indo Permai merupakan agen perjalanan milik swasta yang didirikan pada Januari 1988. PT Patih Indo Permai memiliki produk untuk penjualan tiket pesawat dengan model bisnis B2C.
Berdasarkan hasil FGD yang dilakukan dengan general manager, dan beberapa kepala divisi dari PT Patih Indo Permai, diperoleh beberapa sasaran strategis pada produk Patihgo Mobile. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyusunan strategi chaffey 2009. Strategi bisnis yang dihasilkan menggunakan tiga tahapan metode penyusunan strategi chaffey 2009 yaitu: tahapan strategy analysis, strategy objective, dan strategy definition.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan strategi bisnis digital untuk produk Patihgo Mobile. Strategi yang disusun berfokus pada sasaran strategis yang dianalisis dengan mempertimbangkan lingkungan eksternal dan sumber daya internal pada perusahaa.

In this information era, in order to compete globally every companies should have a preparation and objective planning on their products or services. Companies preparation and objective planning are arranged on e-business strategy documents. The main purposes of e-business strategy is to ilustrate long term goals and short term target that company want to achieve from their business unit, product or in the entire organization. PT Patih Indo Permai is a privately owned travel agency that was established in January 1988. PT Indo Patih Permai have products for airline ticketing sales with B2C business models.
Based on FGD that was performed along with general manager, several division head from PT Patih Indo Permai are acquired several strategic objectives on Patihgo Mobile product. This research uses strategy formulation Chaffey 2009. Business strategy generated using three stages of strategy formulation methods Chaffey 2009 consist of strategy analysis, strategy objectives and strategy definition.
This research resulted in the digital business strategy for Patihgo Mobile products. The strategy focuses on the strategic objectives that were analyzed by considering the external environment and internal resources in the company's busines.

"[ABSTRAK
PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia yang sedang
berusaha mentransformasikan bisnisnya menuju layanan broadband dan bisnis
digital. Banyak peluang bisnis di layanan broadband dan bisnis digital yang dapat
diidentifikasi dengan memproses dan menganalisis data dengan cepat, tepat, dan
menyeluruh. Saat ini PT. XYZ telah memiliki kemampuan dalam mengolah
beberapa sumber data yang terstruktur dengan ukuran data yang terbatas. Untuk
membuat perhitungan dan keputusan yang jitu, terutama di layanan broadband dan
bisnis digital, PT. XYZ dituntut juga untuk bisa memproses dan menganalisis data
yang memiliki karakteristik 3V (Velocity, Volume, Variety) atau dikenal dengan big
data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur sistem pemrosesan big
data di PT. XYZ. Kerangka arsitektur (framework) enteprise yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah TOGAF. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah
rancangan arsitektur sistem pemrosesan big data yang mampu mengolah data yang
memiliki karakteristik 3V, yaitu aliran data yang cepat, berukuran masiv, dan
beranekaragam (terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur) dengan biaya lebih rendah
dari sistem pemrosesan data yang dimiliki PT. XYZ saat ini. Saran untuk penelitian
ini kedepannya adalah sistem pemrosesan big data di PT. XYZ dapat
diimplementasikan dengan baik jika mendapat dukungan penuh dari manajemen
perusahaan, dimulai dengan kasus bisnis yang spesifik (specific business case) yang
ingin disasar. Hasil yang maksimal dari kasus bisnis tersebut dapat dijadikan
landasan untuk investasi sistem pemrosesan big data yang lebih menyeluruh dalam
mendukung transformasi bisnis menuju layanan broadband dan bisnis digital.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perbaikan proses berupa pengembangan aplikasi digital di perusahaan properti dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) untuk mempercepat waktu proses pelaporan defect pada saat proses penjaminan proyek pembangunan berlangsung. Data proses bisnis dan dokumen operasional dikumpulkan dari tim proyek dan internal perusahaan dan dianalisis menggunakan Process Activity Mapping (PAM) dan Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) dengan bantuan software iGrafx. Penelitian ini merancang tiga skenario perbaikan proses yang terdiri dari pengembangan aplikasi digital mobile, pengimplementasian dasbor proyek pada web serta skenario gabungan dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan aplikasi digital dengan dasbor proyek. Skenario 3 merupakan skenario ideal karena memiliki pengurangan waktu aktivitas dari 32 hari menjadi 12 hari dengan efisiensi tertinggi senilai 45% dikarenakan penggabungan konsep antara skenario 1 dan skenario 2 yaitu pengutilisasian aplikasi digital yang dilengkapi dengan sistem informasi dan terintegrasi datanya ke dalam dasbor proyek dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pada proses pelaporan temuan dan rekapitulasi data yang memakan waktu lama.

This research aims to design process improvements in the form of developing digital applications at property developer industry using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach to speed up the process of reporting findings when checking development projects in progress. Data was collected from the project team and internal companies and analyzed using Process Activity Mapping (PAM) and Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) using iGrafx software. This research produced three process improvement scenarios consisting of developing digital mobile applications, implementing project dashboards on the web and combined scenarios by integrating applications formed with project dashboards. Scenario 3 is the ideal scenario because it reduces the cycle time of quality assurance process from 32 days to 12 days with the highest efficiency of 45% which can solve problems in the process of reporting findings and data recapitulation which takes a long time."

"Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas bisnis industry event, penyelenggara acara semenjak terjadinya gelombang pertama pandemic covid-19 memutuskan untuk beralih menyelenggarakan acara secara digital atau secara virtual. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui perihal makna dari pergantian acara secara  langsung menjadi acara secara virtual serta dampaknya pada generasi milenial dan z di Indonesia. Dengan mempertimbangkan keminatan dan pengetahuan akan teknologi terkini, dapat diasumsikan bahwa generasi M/Z tersebut lebih unggul daripada generasi lain dalam hal kepekaan teknologi terbaru. Fokus penelitian ini mengarah pada pentingnya komunikasi pada acara virtual, keterlibatan, interaksi, dan hubungannya dengan pengalaman terhadap acara virtual yang nantinya dapat memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen yang mengarah pada perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 230 responden generasi milenial dan z di Indonesia yang pernah menghadiri acara virtual (online) dalam waktu 3 tahun terakhir. Structural equation modelling digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, menunjukkan hubungan positif antara Online Consumer-to-Consumer Interaction dan Effective Communication terhadap Virtual Event Experiences yang mempengaruhi secara postifif terhadap Visitor’s Satisfaction. Sehingga pengunjung acara virtual memiliki niat perilaku positif (positive behavioral intention) terhadap acara virtual. Temuan daripada penlitian ini diharapkan dapat mengantisipasi penerapa acara virtual dimasa yang akan datang pada industry bisnis terkait, terutama pada industri bisnis pariwisata di Indonesia.

In order to increase the productivity of business event industry, event holders who have experienced restrictions during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, have decided to shift all types of activities on to the digital field. This paper was made to examine the meaning behind the shifting of virtual events and the impact it made on Millennials and Z generations’s behavioural intention in Indonesia. Considering the level of interest and susceptibility to technology, it can be assumed that millennials and Z generations are more superior than other generations in this matter. This paper focused on the importance of online event’s communication, engagement, interaction, and its relation to online event experiences, that may affect consumer’s satisfaction that leads to consumer’s behaviour. The model on this paper uses samples of 230 respondent of Millennials and Z Generations in Indonesia that have attended virtual (online) events in the last 3 years. Structural equation modelling is used to analyse the data. The results show a positive relations of Online Consumer-to-Consumer Interaction and Effective Communication to Online Event Experiences that affects Visitor’s Satisfaction. So that visitors of virtual events has positive Behavioral Intentions toward virtual event. The findings of this paper may anticipate the future of implementing virtual events on any business-related industries, more so on the tourism business industry in Indonesia."

"Implementasi digital dalam bisnis memunculkan adanya peluang, tantangan, dan aktivitas baru dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan modal sosial sebagai instrumen utama dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnis UMKM yang berada di lingkup digital melalui sudut pandang antropologis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai peran relasi sosial, kepercayaan, dan resiprositas dalam berbagai tahapan bisnis dan dinamika yang muncul antarpihak. Keberadaan modal sosial dalam UMKM digital mengimplikasikan adanya signifikansi aspek sosial dalam aktivitas ekonomi digital, sekaligus dinamika yang muncul antara pelaku usaha dengan relasi sosial yang dimilikinya dalam memanfaatkan modal sosial.

Digital implementation in business raises new opportunities, challenges, and activities in its implementation. This paper examines the use of social capital as the main instrument in implementing Small-Micro Enterprises activities in the digital sphere. The existence of social capital in digital Small-Micro Enterprises implies the significance of social aspects in digital economic activities, it also implies the dynamics that emerge between business actors and the social relations when utilizing social capital. This research uses qualitative research using an ethnographic approach to provide a holistic description for the role of social relations, trust, and reciprocity in various stages of business and the upheavals that arise between parties."

"Penelitian mengenai pengaruh risiko sangat penting untuk diukur khususnya pada konteks industri ride-hailing dimana beberapa pelaku ekonomi saling menggunakan sumber daya yang sama, dalam hal ini adalah konsumsi transportasi bersama menggunakan aplikasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami determinan dari motivasi konsumen untuk mencapai kepuasan dan memiliki intensi terus menggunakan layanan transportasi ride-hailing. Untuk menguji 17 hipotesis ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner penelitian yang dikumpulkan melalui 195 pengguna aplikasi Grab dan 195 pengguna aplikasi Gojek, secara purposive sampling dengan karakteristik responden berdomisili di Jabodetabek, berumur di atas 17 tahun, serta menggunakan aplikasi Grab atau Gojek. Analisis data menggunakan metode PLS- SEM dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS menunjukan terdapat 10 hipotesis yang signifikan, dimana continuance intention dipengaruhi oleh perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation, dan satisfaction, serta economic benefits. Sedangkan pada satisfaction dipengaruhi oleh expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, economic benefits, social experience, platform incentives, dan perceived risks. Pada konteks kebaruan penelitian, variabel perceived risks hanya mempengaruhi hubungan antara perceived usefulness dengan satisfaction dan continuance intention. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah baik Grab dan Gojek dapat memformulasikan strategi untuk menciptakan continuance intention berdasarkan faktor - faktor dan karakteristik demografi pengguna yang diteliti.

Research on the influence of risk is very important to measure, especially in the context of the ride-hailing industry where several economic actors use the same resources, in this case the consumption of shared transportation using applications. This study aims to understand the determinants of consumer motivation to achieve satisfaction and have the intention to continue using ride-hailing transportation services. To test these 17 hypotheses, researchers used a quantitative approach through research questionnaires collected from 195 Grab application users and 195 Gojek application users, using purposive sampling with the characteristics of respondents domiciled in Jabodetabek, aged over 17 years, and using the Grab or Gojek application. Data analysis using the PLS-SEM method carried out with SmartPLS software shows that there are 10 significant hypotheses, where continuance intention is influenced by perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation, and satisfaction, as well as economic benefits. Meanwhile, satisfaction is influenced by expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, economic benefits, social experience, platform incentives, and perceived risks. In the context of new research, the perceived risks variable only influences the relationship between perceived usefulness and satisfaction and continuance intention. The implication of the results of this research is that both Grab and Gojek can formulate strategies to create continuity intention based on the factors and demographic characteristics of the users studied."

"Sistem Arm’s Length Principle (ALP) yang menjadi landasan utama dalam transfer pricing sering dianggap kurang efektif dalam menangani kompleksitas bisnis digital. Sebagai alternatif, pendekatan Formulary Apportionment (FA) menawarkan solusi dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor ekonomi, seperti penjualan, aset, dan tenaga kerja, dalam alokasi laba. Penulis menetapkan tujuan penelitian untuk memahami dan menganalisis perbedaan konseptual, serta menganalisis potensi penerapan sistem Formulary Apportionment sebagai alternatif sistem Arm’s Length Principle dalam pengenaan pajak atas bisnis digital di Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Formulary Apportionment memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan keadilan alokasi pajak dan efisiensi administrasi, penerapannya di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, utamanya tekanan politik dan ekonomi. Walaupun demikian, penerapan sistem Formulary Apportionment tetap dapat dilakukan dengan mengadaptasinya di dalam jenis pajak Digital Tax Service (DST). Sistem Formulary Apportionment dapat menjadi alternatif yang relevan untuk meningkatkan penerimaan pajak dari sektor bisnis digital.

The Arm’s Length Principle (ALP) system, which serves as the primary basis for transfer pricing, is often deemed ineffective in addressing the complexities of digital business operations. As an alternative, the Formulary Apportionment (FA) approach offers a solution by considering various economic factors, such as sales, assets, and labor, in profit allocation. This study aims to understand and analyze the conceptual differences between the two systems and to examine the potential implementation of the Formulary Apportionment system as an alternative to the Arm’s Length Principle for taxing digital businesses in Indonesia. The author employs data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The research findings indicate that while Formulary Apportionment holds potential for enhancing the fairness of tax allocation and administrative efficiency, its implementation in Indonesia faces significant challenges, primarily due to political and economic pressures. Nonetheless, the application of the Formulary Apportionment system can still be pursued by adapting it within the framework of Digital Services Tax (DST). Formulary Apportionment has the potential to serve as a relevant alternative to boost tax revenues from the digital business sector. "
