"Rapid urbanisation, inequalities in income and service levels within and between communities, and population and economic decline are challenging the viability of rural communities worldwide. Achieving healthy and viable rural communities in the face of rapidly changing social, ecological and economic conditions is a declared global priority. As a result, governments all over the world, in both developed and developing countries, are now prioritizing rural and regional development through policies and programs aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of people living in rural regions. In recognition of the important roles that research can play in rural development, a range of systematic literature reviews have rightly examined key priorities in rural development including education, gender, economic development (especially agriculture), and health and nutrition (see Department for International Development [DFID], 2011). However, none of these works has systematically examined the extent to which rural development as a field of research is progressing towards facilitating sustainable change. This book evaluates trends in rural development research across the five continental regions of the world. Specifically, it assesses the total publication output relating to rural development, the types of publications, their quality and impact over the last three decades. Additionally, it evaluates the continental origins of the publications as well as the extent to which such publications engage with issues of sustainability. The aim is to determine whether the rural development field is growing in a manner that reflects research and policy priorities and broader social trends such as sustainability. Development policy makers, practitioners, those teaching research methods and systematic literature reviews to undergraduate and graduate students, and researchers in general will find the book both topical and highly relevant."

Rejection of candidates when applying for jobs is a common thing. Rejection, which often is not accompanied by reasons from the company, does not allow candidates to spot mistakes on their CV. Reviewin is built with the main feature of providing CV review services from experienced alumni and students of the University of Indonesia (UI) for alumni and students of UI who need it. This final project consists of several key activities which are requirements gathering, web application development, and evaluation. Core features such as reviewing CV, sending CV review requests, finding reviewers, and editing profiles, are successfully deployed on reviewin.me. Based on the evaluation results, the tested features have met the product owner's expectations, obtained 93% usability rate, and can handle at least 1000 visitors simultaneously."

"An image of Islamic school as high-quality institution will be meaningless if it cannot be identified and the community cannot gain overall benefit. "ABSTRAKAnak-anak merupakan pribadi yang memiliki perspektif yang unik dalam melihat sebuah ruang. Namun, anak-anak sering dianggap sebagai pribadi yang tidak kompeten dalam mengambil keputusan. Hal ini berdampak pada kurangnya pelibatan anak-anak dalam proses desain walaupun mereka adalah pengguna utama dari desain. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk memahami lebih jauh bagaimana akhirnya proses desain yang melibatkan anak-anak dapat menghasilkan ruang yang baik untuk anak-anak. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan perancangan partisipatorisdimana pendekatan ini memberiruang untuk semua orang berbicara dan menyampaikan pendapat mereka. Pendekatan desain ini memungkinkan anak-anak untuk terlibat dalam proses desain. Dengan melibatkan anak-anak dalam prosesnya, karakteristik komponen permainanseperti apa yang hadirdan bagaimana karakteristik tersebut dapat membantu anak-anak dalam tumbuh dan berkembang secara fisik dan mental. Ruang bermain anakdi lingkungan mereka akan menjadi fokusan utama dalam penulisan skripsi ini. Hal ini dikarenakan kecenderungan anak-anak yang tidak lagi memiliki ketergantungan untuk berkegiatan di lingkungan sekitarnya. Hal itu bertolak belakang pada kenyataan bahwa bereksplorasi dalam konteks lingkungan sekitar dibutuhkan oleh anak-anak untuk membantu tumbuh kembang mereka.

ABSTRACT

Children are individuals that have their unique perspective on how they see some space. However, children are often seen as individuals who are not competent in making decisions. This has an impact on the lack of involvement of children in the design process even though they are the main users of the design. This thesis aims to understand how the design process that involves children can produce good space for children. Participatory designis an approach that gives voice for everyone to speak and express their own opinions. This design approach allows children to be involved in the design process. By involving children in the process, what kind ofplay component characteristics emerge, and how these characteristics can help children grow and develop physically and mentally. Children's playroomsintheir environment will be the main focus in writing this thesis. This is due to the tendency of children who no longer tend to engage with their surrounding environment. In fact, exploring their surrounding environment is needed by children to help their growth and development."

"Kegagalan produk adalah kondisi dari suatu produk yang tidak sesuai dengan maksud atau tujuan yang diinginkan. Pengendalian kegagalan produk ini adalah suatu sistem verifikasi dan penjagaan / perawatan dari suatu tingkatan kualitas produk atau proses yang dikehendaki dengan cara perencanaan yang seksama, pemakaian peralatan yang sesuai, inspeksi yang terus menerus, serta tindakan korektif dan inovatif apabila diperlukan. Perancangan dan redesign untuk perbaikan alat bantu ini akan menggunakan empat metode yaitu; focus group discussion, quality function development, design of manufacture dan cost and benefit analysis. Adapun keuntungan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat meningkatkan output dan dapat meningkatkan profit margin perusahaan.

Product failure is the condition of a product that does not desired with our purpose or goal. Failure control of this product is a system for verification and custody / level maintenance of quality desired product or process by careful planning, use of appropriate equipment, continuous inspection, as well as corrective and innovative actions. Four methods will be use for designing and redesigning to improve the tool: focus group discussions, quality function development, manufacture and design of cost and benefit analysis. "Pengembangan Perangkat lunak berhasil apabila sesuai dengan batasan yang ditentukan, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan anggaran yang dialokasikan. Laporan rekapitulasi capaian proyek di Jakarta Smart City (JSC) tahun 2020-2021 menunjukkan fakta bahwa proyek yang berhasil diselesaikan tepat waktu hanya 46.67%, sedangkan 30% diselesaikan terlambat dan 43.33% tidak selesai. Melalui identifikasi permasalahan menggunakan diagram fishbone, pada domain process disebutkan bahwa di JSC tidak ada standarisasi metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan. Hal ini mendorong penulis melakukan penelitian berfokus pada pengembangan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang tepat di JSC menggunakan Essence Framework dan Agile Transition Framework dengan metode penelitian design science research (DSR). Identifikasi masalah dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan Kepala Divisi Pengembangan dan Manajer Proyek. Penyusunan metode melibatkan seluruh Team Lead Divisi Pengembangan melalui kegiatan focus group discussion (FGD). Kemudian dilakukan validasi dengan expert judgement oleh 3 pakar agile dari eksternal. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dari 99 praktik yang berasal dari 10 metode Agile, dihasilkan sebuah metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari 20 praktik yang dipetakan dalam 10 aktivitas yang berasal dari 6 metode Agile (Scrum, Nexus, Kanban, Xtreme Programming) dan Scaling Agile (LeSS dan SAFe). Penerapan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak tersebut di JSC menggunakan strategi model ADAPT.

The success of software development if is in accordance with the specified scope, on time, and in accordance with the allocated budget. Based on the recapitulation report of project achievements in Jakarta Smart City (JSC) for 2020-2021, it was found that only 46.67% of projects were completed on time, while 30% were overdue and 43.33% were unfinished. Through problem identification using fishbone diagrams, it is stated in the process domain that at JSC there is no standard of software development methods. This prompted the author to conduct research focusing on the compose of appropriate software development methods in JSC. The composing the software development method based on the Essence Framework and the Agile Transition Framework, then combined it with the design science research (DSR). Problem identification was carried out through interview with the Head of Development Division and the Project Manager. It is involving all Team Leads from the Development Division through focus group discussions (FGD). The validation includes the expert judgment of 3 external agile experts / practitioners. Based on the conducted research, from 99 practices in which is derived from 10 the Agile methods, a software method was composed of 20 practices mapped into 10 activities derived from 6 Agile methods (Scrum, Nexus, Kanban, Xtreme Programming) and Scaling Agile (LeSS and SAFe). Furthermore, for the implementation of the software development method at JSC, follow the ADAPT model strategy."
