Abstrak :
Proyek EPC memiliki tiga elemen utama: engineering (rekayasa), procurement (pengadaan) dan contruction (konstruksi) dengan skema kontrak yang menunjuk kontraktor EPC sebagai penanggung jawab tunggal terhadap ketiga elemen tersebut. Pada proyek EPC, fase engineering memegang peranan sangat penting karena fase ini akan menentukan sukses tidaknya pelaksanaan suatu proyek EPC. Penelitian yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama delay (keterlambatan) maupun cost overrun (peningkatan biaya) proyek adalah karena adanya kesalahan, kelalaian maupun perubahan desain yang dilakukan pada fase engineering. Fase engineering pada proyek EPC memiliki tiga tahapan utama yaitu FEED (Front End Engineering Design), basic design dan detail engineering. Aktivitas detail engineering pada suatu proyek EPC umumnya menjadi lingkup kontraktor EPC, namun atas pertimbangan terhadap beberapa hal khususnya efisiensi, kontraktor EPC seringkali menyerahkan lingkup pekerjaan detail engineering tersebut kepada pihak ketiga dalam hal ini subkontraktor pekerjaan detail engineering. Terkait dengan adanya proses desain dalam aktivitas engineering terdapat suatu ukuran kinerja yang disebut sebagai kinerja desain. Pengertian kinerja desain adalah efektivitas praktek desain engineering dan manajemen desain dalam suatu perusahaan terhadap tujuan dan sasaran proyek. Pada proyek EPC dimana aktivitas detail engineering diserahkan kepada subkontraktor pekerjaan detail engineering, maka kinerja desain kontraktor EPC akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja desain subkontraktor pekerjaan detail engineering tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat empat faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja desain subkontraktor pekerjaan detail engineering dan berdampak terhadap cost overrun pada proyek EPC yaitu: tingkat automasi; level teknologi dan kompleksitas proyek; kualifikasi subkontraktor pekerjaan detail engineering dan data vendor; kelengkapan definisi lingkup kerja dan praktek review/approval dokumen desain oleh owner. ......EPC project has three basic elements: engineering, procurement and construction with the contract scheme awarding the EPC contractor a single point responsibility for all activities related to these three elements. In EPC projects, engineering phase plays an important role because this phase will determine the success or failure of the project implementation. The previous research has shown that the main sources of project delay and cost overrun are design errors, omissions and changes made during engineering phase. Engineering phase itself has three stages namely FEED (Front End Engineering Design), basic design and detail engineering. Detail engineering activities in an EPC project generally be the scope of the EPC contractor, but on consideration of several things, especially efficiency, EPC contractor often deliver detailed engineering scope of work to a third party in this case detail engineering subcontractor. Associated with the design process in engineering activities there is a measure of performance known as design performance. The definition of design performance is the effectiveness of the engineering design practice and design management in a company to the goals and objectives of the project. In EPC project where detail engineering activities handed over to the detail engineering subcontractor, the design performance of the EPC contractor will be strongly influenced by the design performance of the detail engineering subcontractor. The results of this research indicate there are four dominant factors that affect the design performance of detail engineering subcontractors and impact to cost overrun of the EPC project, they are: the level of automation; the level of technology and complexity of projects; qualifications of detailed engineering subcontractor and vendor data; the completeness of the scope of work definition and practice of design document review/approval by the owner.

Berdasarkan Rencana Strategis Universitas Indonesia (UI) pada tahun 2020-2024, UI memiliki tujuan untuk menjadi 5 besar kampus di Asia Tenggara versi QS World Ranking. Salah satu metrik penilaian QS World Ranking adalah rasio presensi mahasiswa internasional. Jika dibandingan dengan 5 besar universitas versi QS World Ranking 2022, rasio presensi mahasiswa asing UI terbilang masih kecil. Salah satu faktor signifikan yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pelajar dalam memilih universitas adalah User interface pada website universitas. UI memiliki website international.ui.ac.id yang memiliki fungsi sebagai media informasi bagi mahasiswa asing yang ingin berkuliah di UI ataupun mahasiswa UI yang ingin berkuliah di luar negeri. Berdasarkan pilot survey yang dilakukan terhadap 52 mahasiswa terhadap website international.ui.ac.id, 86% responden setuju bahwa website international.ui.ac.id masih membutuhkan perubahan di sisi interface. Penelitian ini akan membahas user experience dan perancangan ulang user interface untuk web tersebut. Terdapat enam dimensi UX yang akan diteliti, yaitu efficiency, effectiveness, usability, ease of use, satisfaction, dan error. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode user-centered design agar solusi yang dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode pengambilan data yaitu: performance measurement, kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS), Single ease question (SEQ), dan Computer System Usability Question (CSUQ), Retrospective think aloud (RTA), dan Hierarchy Task Analysis (HTA). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian User experience, rancangan desain rekomendasi website international.ui.ac.id yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. ......Based on the Strategic Plan of the University of Indonesia (UI) in 2020-2024, UI aims to become the top 5 campuses in Southeast Asia according to the QS World Ranking. One of the QS World Ranking assessment metrics is the international student attendance ratio. When compared to the top 5 universities according to the QS World Ranking 2022, ui's foreign student attendance ratio is still relatively small. One of the significant factors that can influence students' decisions in choosing a university is the User interface on the university website. UI has a international.ui.ac.id website that functions as an information medium for foreign students who want to study at UI or UI students who want to study abroad. Based on a pilot survey conducted on 52 students on international.ui.ac.id website, 86% of respondents agreed that international.ui.ac.id website still needs changes on the interface side. This research will discuss the user experience and redesign of the user interface for the web. There are six dimensions of UX that will be studied, namely efficiency, effectiveness, usability, ease of use, satisfaction, and error. This research uses a user-centered design method so that the solution is made according to user needs. The data collection methods are: performance measurement, System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, Single ease question (SEQ), and Computer System Usability Question (CSUQ), Retrospective think aloud (RTA), and Hierarchy Task Analysis (HTA). Adanya pengembangan transformasi digital dan perusahaan kelapa sawit yang terus melakukan digitalisasi, banyak perusahaan kelapa sawit yang sudah mulai menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam sistem operasional untuk mewujudkan sistem operasional yang efektif dan efisien, salah satunya dengan corporate dashboard. Adanya corporate dashboard sebagai sistem monitoring terintegrasi saat ini memberikan kemudahan dalam memonitor kegiatan kebun dan pabrik yang terdesentralisasi. Namun masih terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh corporate dashboard ini. Salah satu masalah terbesar adalah belum adanya evaluasi user experience corporate dashboard tersebut. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai evaluasi user experience dan perancangan user interface corporate dashboard tersebut. Terdapat enam dimensi UX yang diteliti, yaitu efficiency, effectiveness, usability, ease of use, satisfaction, dan error. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode User-Centered Design agar solusi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode pengambilan data yaitu: Performance Measurement, System Usability Scale (SUS), Single ease question (SEQ), dan Computer System Usability Question (CSUQ), Retrospective Think Aloud, dan in-depth interview. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian User Experience, dan rancangan desain rekomendasi corporate dashboard yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. ......With the development of digital transformation and palm oil companies that continue to digitize, palm oil companies have begun to use information technology in operational systems to achieve effective and efficient operational systems, one of which is with a corporate dashboard. The existence of a corporate dashboard as an integrated monitoring system currently provides convenience in monitoring decentralized garden and factory activities. However, there are still problems faced by this corporate dashboard. One of the biggest problems is that there is no evaluation of the website's user experience. This research will discuss the evaluation of user experience and the design of the corporate dashboard interface. There are six dimensions of UX studied, namely efficiency, effectiveness, usability, ease of use, satisfaction, and error. This research was conducted using the User-centered design method so that the solution provided was in accordance with user needs. Data collection methods are: performance measurement, System Usability Scale (SUS), Single ease questions (SEQ), and Computer System Usability Questions (CSUQ), Retrospective Think Aloud, and in-depth interviews. The result of this study is a User Experience assessment, and a design of corporate dashboard recommendations that suit user needs.

Aplikasi mobile terus berkembang dan terlihat memiliki peluang yang positif. Salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi mobile ticketing untuk menonton film di bioskop. Jumlah bioskop di Indonesia sendiri dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat dan hal ini diikuti oleh jumlah penonton bioskop yang juga terus meningkat tiap tahunnya. Salah satu aplikasi layanan bioskop adalah M.tix yakni aplikasi yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan pelopor bioskop di Indonesia dengan jumlah bioskop terbanyak. Aplikasi tersebut memiliki rating aplikasi pada App Store yang cukup rendah yakni 2.4 dari 5 serta ditemukan berbagai keluhan pada ulasan mengenai User Experience (UX) maupun User Interface (UI) aplikasi yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini akan membahas UI/UX dari aplikasi tersebut. Terdapat enam dimensi UX yang akan diteliti, yaitu efficiency, effectiveness, error, ease of use, usability, dan satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode user-centered design agar solusi yang dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah performance measurement, kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS), Single ease question (SEQ), Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ), Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA), dan Hierarchy Task Analysis (HTA). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian user experience serta desain perbaikan untuk aplikasi layanan bioskop berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna. ......Mobile applications are growing and are seen to have positive opportunities. One example is a mobile ticketing application for watching movies in cinemas. The number of cinemas in Indonesia itself is increasing from year to year, and this is followed by the number of moviegoers, which also continues to grow every year. One of the cinema applications is M.tix, a pioneer cinema company in Indonesia that owns the most significant number of cinemas. M.tix has an application rating on the App Store, which is relatively low 2.4 out of 5, and various complaints were found in reviews regarding the application's User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI), which was not good. This research will discuss the UI/UX of the application. Six UX dimensions will be examined: efficiency, effectiveness, error, ease of use, usability, and satisfaction. This research uses the user-centered design method to make the solutions according to user needs. Data collection methods are performance measurement, System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, Single ease question (SEQ), Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ), Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA), and Hierarchy Task Analysis (HTA). The results of this study are user experience assessments and design recommendations for cinema applications based on user needs.
