"Bandara XYZ merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi dengan sistem kontrak Design and Build yang pada umumnya dipilih untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas pekerjaan proyek. Namun dalam pelaksanaan dalam proyek Bandara XYZ masih terjadi construction waste yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh banyaknya keterlibatan stakeholder. Penelitian ini telah diidentifikasi kepentingan masing-masing stakeholder internal dan eksternal serta dilakukan survey untuk mengidentifikasi kepentingan dari tiap- tiap stakeholder yang berpengaruh dalam construction waste, dari hasil survey dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis terhadap stakeholder menggunakan software Partial Least Square kemudian disusun strategi dan pengelolaan hubungan termasuk di dalamnya pola komunikasi antara para stakeholder sehingga dapat mengurangi construction waste yang berbasis PMBOK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat bahwa stakeholder eksternal sangat mempengaruhi construction waste pada proyek Bandara XYZ.

XYZ airport is one of the construction project contract system Design and Build are generally chosen for the efficiency and effectiveness of project work. However, in the implementation of the project is on XYZ airport of construction waste and this is due to the many stakeholder involvement. This research has identified the interests of each internal and external stakeholders and conducted a survey to identify the interests of each stakeholder in the construction waste, from a survey conducted stakeholder identification and analysis of the use of software Partial Least Square then organized strategy and managing relationships including in which the pattern of communication among stakeholders so as to reduce construction waste based on PMBOK. Based on the results of the study are that the influence of external stakeholders on the project of construction waste at XYZ airport."

"Ada beberapa macam metode penyelesain proyek yang biasa dilaksanakan seperti design-bid-build, design & build, project management, construction management, dan multiple prime contractor. Metode penyelesaian proyek (project delivery method) yang dipilih oleh pihak owner akan sangat menentukan terhadap pencapaian tujuan proyek (project objectives). Pemilihan metode penyelesaian proyek yang tidak sesuai dapat menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan waktu penyelesaian proyek, biaya proyek yang melebihi anggaran yang telah disediakan (over budget), dan kualiatas mutu proyek yang dibawah standard. Dalam memilih metode penyelesaian proyek pihak owner harus memperhatikan beberapa kriteria seperti time constraint, budget, pengalihan risiko, kemungkinan perubahan desain oleh pihak owner, kemampuan pihak owner, type kontrak, type proyek, ukuran proyek. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor tersebut menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak owner dalam memilih metode penyelesaian proyek yang digunakan. Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut maka digunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari proses ini maka akan dapat diperoleh faktor-faktor dominan yang menjadi dasar bagi pihak owner dalam menentukan metode penyelesaian proyek yang akan dipilih untuk setiap metode penyelesaian proyek yang ada. Dari nilai bobot dari masing-masing faktor untuk tiap metode penyelesaian proyek yang tertuang dalam matriks utility factor diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pihak owner dalam menentukan metode penyelesaian proyek yang sesuai.

There are some project delivery method such as design-bid-build, design & build, multiple prime contractor, CM-Agent, and CM-contractor. The selection of project delivery method will affect to the project objectives. The wrong in selection the project delivery method can caused the project delay, over budget, and the quality of the project is low. In selection project delivery method, owner must review some criteria such as time constraint, budget, risk allocation, probability change design, owner capability, contract type, project size, and etc. The research is to know how the criteria will effect the selection of project delivery method. To achieve the goal of this research, analytical hierarchy process is used. From this process the owner will know the dominan factor that effect the selection project delivery method."

"Kompleksitas proyek konstruksi yang meningkat sementara terjadi kehilangan kinerja proyek yang disebabkan oleh batasan yang kaku dan sulit ditembus di antara satuan organisasi, profesi, dan proses di industri konstruksi, menuntut lebih banyak perhatian pada aspek kolaborasi antar organisasi. Studi ini mengambil manfaat dari teori sosial tentang batasan dan budaya organisasi untuk meneliti faktor tambahan yang mungkin berhubungan dengan peningkatan kolaborasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis SEM untuk mengolah data responden, ditemukan bahwa tiga dari lima faktor, yaitu pola rentang batas geografis, budaya organisasi dan konflik, memiliki korelasi yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kolaborasi sehingga strategi kolaborasi kemudian disusun berdasarkan faktor-faktor ini.

Increasing complexity of construction projects on top of the loss of performance caused by rigid dan impermeable boundaries between organizations, professions, dan processes in construction industry, calls for more attention to interorganizational collaboration. This study takes benefit of the social theory of organizational boundaries dan culture to examine additional factors that may be related to improvement of collaboration. Using SEM analyses to process the respondents data, it is found that three factors out of five, a geographical boundary spanning pattern, organizational culture dan conflict, have significant correlation to the performance of collaboration hence the collaboration strategy is formulated based on these factors."
