Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh corporate social responsibilities terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan (corporate sustainability). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia dalam sektor manufaktur dengan rentang waktu tahun penelitian 2012-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibilities terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap corporate sustainability. Hal ini disebabkan pengungkapan corporate social responsibilities dinilai dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya diiringi dengan kinerja sosial dan lingkungan yang mampu menurunkan probabilitas default perusahaan sehingga pada akhirnya membentuk suatu keberlanjutan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of corporate social responsibilities on corporate sustainability. This research observes the manufacturing companies which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2012 to 2014. The result indicates that the corporate social responsibilities disclosure have a positive significant impact on corporate sustainability. The disclosure of corporate social responsibilities is believed to improve the economic value alongside with social and environmental performances of the firm. Therefore, the corporate sustainability can be made by lowering the probability of default in the firm.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Corporate Social Responsibilities CSR terhadap Cost of Equity pada perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2015. Sampel penelitian dibagi menjadi dua kepemilikan yaitu Badan Usaha Milik Negara BUMN dan Badan Usaha Milik Swasta Non-BUMN sebagai perbandingan. Penghitungan CSR diambil dari Xu et. al. 2015 dengan mengkonstruksi CSR berdasarkan enam stakeholders Investor, Karyawan, Konsumen, Supplier, Komunitas dan Lingkungan dan penghitungan Cost of Equity yang menggunakan beberapa model empiris mengikuti Xu et. al. 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum CSR bukan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi tingkat Cost of Equity di Indonesia secara signifikan. Tetapi, CSR terhadap konsumen dan supplier memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan terhadap Cost of Equity di kedua jenis kepemilikan di Indonesia. Perusahaan Non-BUMN memiliki CSR yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perusahaan BUMN tetapi pengaruh CSR terhadap cost of equity pada BUMN lebih besar daripada perusahaan Non-BUMN. faktor-faktor finansial lebih berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi Cost of Equity pada perusahaan Non-BUMN. Berdasar hasil ini dapat disarankan bahwa CSR di Indonesia perlu dikembangkan karena bisa memiliki keuntungan bagi perusahaan dan investor di Indonesia. ......This study aims to examine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibilities CSR towards Cost of Equity in Indonesia rsquo s listed firms period 2008 2015. The sample firms are divided in to two ownership structure that is State Owned Enterprises SOE or Badan Usaha Milik Negara BUMN and Non State Owned Enterprises NSOE or Badan Usaha Milik Swasta Non BUMN as comparison. CSR is calculated using Xu et. al 2015 CSR construction which is construct six stakeholders Investor, Employee, Consumer, Supplier, Community and Environment and Cost of Equity is calculated using empirical models following Xu et. al. 2015. The results show that basically CSR is not significantly affect Cost of Equity in Indonesia. But, CSR towards Consumer and Supplier are significantly negatively related towards Cost of Equity in both ownership structure in Indonesia. Non BUMN firms have better CSR than BUMN but the effect of CSR in reducing cost of equity is higher in BUMN than Non BUMN. Financial factors in Non BUMN firms have better significantly impact in reducing Cost of Equity. This findings, we suggest that CSR in Indonesia need to be developed because CSR still profitable and beneficial for investor and firms in Indonesia.

Analisis Situasi: Berdasarkan pedoman gubernur provinsi daerah khusus ibukota jakarta nomor 196 tahun 2015, RPTRA diharuskan untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik salah satunya adalah kegiatan kreatif anakBelum seluruh RPTRA memiliki kegiatan rutin kreatif anak. Salah satu contohnya adalah RPTRA Citra Permata. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat sekitar akan fungsi dari RPTRA yang lebih dari sekedar tempat bermain anak. Rendahnya tingkat keamanan di RPTRA Citra Permata pada malam hari. Berdasarkan riset yang diadakan, hasilnya adalah warga Rawa Bunga sangat setuju jika diadakannya program pada RPTRA Citra Permata khususnya program untuk anak. Pernyataan Masalah: Rendahnya awareness masyarakat Rawa Bunga terhadap RPTRA Citra Permata disebabkan karena kurangnya kegiatan yang diadakan di RPTRA Citra Permata dan rendahnya tingkat keamanan. Solusi Kegiatan: Latihan Rutin ldquo;Teater rdquo;Special Event "Pentas Yuk!". Publikasi melalui media: Mengadakan kerjasama dengan PT Philips Indonesia, dalam bentuk CSR dari PT. Philips Indonesia untuk RPTRA Citra Permata. Tujuan Program: Mengubah anggapan masyarakat Rawa Bunga bahwa RPTRA memberikan layanan dan fasilitas untuk bermain, belajar, dan mengasah krativitas anak. Bukan hanya sebagai taman bermain. Serta meningkatkan awareness masyarakat Rawa Bunga bahwa RPTRA merupakan bagian penting untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang anak.
