"The NTIS classification system has simpler notation than DDC. It does not recognize supporting table so that it can determine the notation faster. The number of the main class in NTIS classification system is 39 while DDC is 10. NTIS is most suitable for special libraries in the field of technology such as the Agency for the Assesment and Application of Technology (BPPT) since the system has a more specific technology subject. DDC is also effective for collection data exchange since 2010, referring that generally libraries in Indonesia has not recognized NTIS. Both systems actually have its advantages and disadvantages. In determining notations, both NTIS and DDC use the same initial step that is to determine the collection subject. NTIS is faster especially in handling technology subject. It is also more specific in referring technology subject. The number of the main class in NTIS is 39 while DDC is 10. Both systems have index. NTIS does not have supporting table while DDC has. NTIS uses a simpler notation because it uses only 2 digits. According to a key informant, the NTIS classification system does not recognize supporting table. In terms of notation search, NTIS's scheme is faster because it uses limited classification numbers. Index is mostly used for determining classification notation. Index in both systems is a clue represented in a systematically arranged letters. In NTIS, it can be figured out that subjects on technology is more specific yet in some certain categories is not as detail as DDC."

"Latar belakang. Pada anak Palsi Serebral terdapat hubungan antara motorik kasar (berdasarkan GMFCS) dan kemampuan manual (berdasarkan MACS) dengan kemampuan kognitif (berdasarkan tes IQ).Tujuan. Mengetahui hubungan antara skala GMFCS dan skala MACS dengan fungsi kognitif pada pasien Palsi Serebral (PS).
Metode penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan tanggal 17 Februari sampai 17 Mei 2018 pada pasien Palsi Serebral usai 5-18 tahun yang berobat di Poliklinik Neurologi Anak / Poliklinik Rehabilitasi Medik RSCM / YPAC Jakarta yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian.
Hasil penelitian. Pasien PS yang ikut serta dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 69 subyek, dengan karakteristik usia 4-6 tahun (26%), 6-12 tahun (57%), 12-18 tahun (17%) ; anak laki-laki (56,6%), perempuan (43.4%). Didapatkan tipe PS diplegi (68,1%), PS hemiplegi (2,9%), PS kuadriplegi (29%), dengan sebaran skala GMFCS I (14,5%), II (13%), III (27,5%), IV (17%), V (20,4%). Sebaran skala MACS: I (42%), II (13%), III (5,8%), IV (13%), V (26,2%). Sementara sebaran hasil tes IQ dengan skala WISC: 91-110 (3%), 80-90 (1%), 66-79 (4%), 52-65 (17%), 36-51 (25%), 20-35 (25%), <19 (25%).
Simpulan. Pada pasien PS, makin buruk kemampuan motorik kasar (GMFCS) maka makin buruk pula kemampuan manual (MACS) dan makin rendah pula IQ nya. Makin buruk kemampuan manual (MACS) makin rendah pula IQ nya. Tipe PS kuadriplegi memiliki nilai IQ yang paling rendah dibandingkan tipe PS diplegi/hemiplegi.

Objective.To determine the relationship between GMFCS and MACS with cognitive function in children with Cerebral Palsy. The study was conducted from February 17 to May 17, 2018. Children with Cerebral Palsy,  5-18 years old, were treated  at Pediatric Neurology Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital/Medical Rehabilitation Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital / YPAC Jakarta as outpatient, who met the research criteria.
Results. Children with Cerebral Palsy who participated in this study were 69 subjects, with characteristics of 4-6 years (26%), 6-12 years (57%), 12-18 years (17%); boys (56.6%), girls (43.4%). Cerebral Palsy type was obtained: diplegia (68.1%), hemiplegia (2.9%), quadriplegia (29%). Distribution scale of GMFCS: I  (14.5%), II (13%), III (27.5 %), IV (17%), V (20.4%). Distribution scale of MACS: I (42%), II (13%), III (5.8%), IV (13%), V (26.2%), while the distribution scale of IQ test with the WISC method: 91-110 (3%), 80-90 (1%), 66-79 (4%), 52-65 (17%), 36-51 (25%), 20 -35 (25%), <19 (25%).
Conclusions. Children with Cerebral Palsy, the worse gross motor function (GMFCS) then the worse manual ability (MACS) and the worse cognitive function (IQ). The worse manual ability (MACS) the lower the IQ. Quadriplegia type of Cerebral Palsy has the lowest IQ score compared to diplegia/ hemiplegia type of Cerebral Palsy.

"Klub Motor X merupakan salah satu klub motor yang anggotanya tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, namun untuk penelitian kali ini hanya dibatasi wilayah Jabodetabek saja. Klub motor ini memiliki agenda rutin yaitu melakukan turing. Dalam perjalanan turing tersebut, ditemukan berbagai risiko yang dapat menimbulkan terjadinya kecelakaan. Meski tidak tercatat secara detail, diketahui telah ada kasus kecelakaan bahkan sampai memakan jiwa selama yang terjadi selama perjalanan turing. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran risiko apa saja yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan dengan menggunakan metode Human Factor Analysis Classification System (HFACS). Kemudian permasalahan terkait gegagalan dari sistem pertahanan HFACS yang banyak ditemukan adalah adverse physiological states, adverse mental states, personal readiness, routine violations, dan perceptual errors. Hasil analisis penelitian menyarankan tindakan perbaikan pada tingkat individu untuk kegagalan aktif dan tingkat organisasi untuk kegagalan laten guna mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan kesalahan-kesalahan yang telah teridentifikasi sehingga akan memperkuat ketahanan sistem terhadap terjadinya risiko kecelakaan.
Motorcycle Club X is a motorcycle club whose members are scattered throughout Indonesia, but for the present study is limited only Greater Jakarta area alone. The motorcycle club has a regular agenda is to do touring. In the course of touring, found a variety of risks that could lead to accidents. Although not recorded in detail, is known to have no accidents even to eat the souls during that occurred during the trip turing. This study was conducted to describe any risks that can cause accidents by using Human Factor Analysis Classification System (HFACS). Then the problems related gegagalan of HFACS defense system that are found are adverse physiological states, adverse mental states, personal readiness, routine violations, and perceptual errors. The analysis of research suggests corrective actions at the individual level for the failure of active and latent level of the organization for failure to reduce or even eliminate the errors that have been identified that will strengthen the resilience of the system against the risk of accidents."

"Tesis ini mengkaji kecelakaan kerja di PT XYZ tahun 2015 dengan menggunakan framework Human Factors And Classification System (HFACS). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian semi kuantitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif analitik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lapisan dari HFACS yang paling banyak kelemahannya adalah unsafe act sebanyak 11 dari total 11 kecelakaan yang diteliti dengan elemen decision error menjadi faktor yang paling lemah, lalu disusul dengan precondition of unsafe act sebanyak 10 dengan elemen conditions of operator menjadi faktor yang paling banyak berkontribusi terhadap kecelakaan, lalu disusul dengan unsafe supervision sebanyak 7 dengan elemen inadequate leadership menjadi faktor yang paling banyak berkontribusi terhadap kecelakaan, dan yang terakhir organizational influences sebanyak 5 dengan elemen organizational climate dan resource management menjadi faktor yang paling banyak berkontribusi terhadap kecelakaan. Hasil analisis penelitian menyarankan tindakan perbaikan di tiap tingkatan HFACS baik pada perbaikan kegagalan aktif maupun laten dengan penekanan pada perbaikan di lapisan unsafe act.

This thesis assess the accident in PT XYZ 2015 by using Human Factors And Classification System (HFACS) framework. This research is a semi-quantitative with design study analytical descriptive. Results from this study are a layer of HFACS most weakness is unsafe act at 11 from total 11 accidents with the elements of decision error becomes a factor of the number one weakness, then followed with a precondition of unsafe act at 10 with the elements of conditions of service to be the factors that most contribute to accidents, followed by unsafe supervision at 7 with inadequate leadership element is the factor that most contributed to the accident, and the latter as much as 5 of organizational influences with elements of organizational climate and resource management is the factor that most contributed to the accident. The analysis of research suggests corrective actions at each level of HFACS, not only for active failures but also latent failures with reinforcing corrective action at the unsafe act layer."

"Industri pertambangan dipandang sebagai kategori industry dengan risiko tinggi. Jenis kecelakaan tambang lost time injury dan fatality merupakan kecelakaan dengan dampak major terhadap Grup Perusahaan X. Meskipun telah memiliki pedoman teknis pelaporan dan investigasi insiden serta dilakukan tindakan perbaikan, kecelakaan masih terus terjadi. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren penyebab kecelakaan tambang dan kelemahan sistem pertahanan berdasarkan konsep Human Factors Analysis Classification System in Mining Industry (HFACS-MI) di Grup Perusahaan X tahun 2021-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelemahan sistem pertahanan active faiure yang sering ditemukan adalah tingkat unsafe acts kategori skill-based error. Sedangkan kelemahan sistem pertahanan latent failure yang sering ditemukan adalah tingkat unsafe leadership kategori inadequate leadership. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa masih banyak kelemahan pada sistem pertahanan active dan latent failure sehingga pencegahan kecelakaan masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perbaikan di setiap tingkat sistem pertahanan, baik yang ditargetkan kepada individu maupun organisasi, agar kecelakaan dapat dicegah dan risiko kecelakaan dapat dikendalikan.

The mining industry has been viewed as a high-risk industry. Types of mining accidents, such as lost time injuries and fatalities, have a significant impact at both the individual and organizational levels. Despite Group Company X having technical guidelines for incident reporting and conducting investigations with corrective actions, accidents continue to occur. Therefore, this study aims to identify trends in the causal factors of mining accidents and find weaknesses in defense systems based on the Human Factors Analysis Classification System in the Mining Industry (HFACS-MI) method. This research method uses an analytical descriptive approach with a semi-quantitative method. The results show that the most common weakness in the active failure defense system is the occurrence of unsafe acts in the skill-based error category. Additionally, the most common weakness in the latent failure defense system is inadequate leadership in the leadership category. The study concludes that there are still numerous weaknesses in the active and latent failure defense systems, which hinder optimal accident prevention. Improvements need to be made at all levels of the defense system, targeting both individuals and organizations, to prevent accidents and effectively control the risk of accidents."
