Abstrak :
Praktik Kerja Profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Fatmawati dan Apotek Roxy Depok periode September-Desember Tahun 2020 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab apoteker, menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari, meningkatkan keterampilan, serta menambah wawasan melalui pengalaman praktik di pelayanan kefarmasian seperti rumah sakit dan apotek. Selama menjalankan praktik kerja profesi, peserta diberikan tugas khusus berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) antibiotik pada pasien pasca operasi dan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Apotek Roxy Klender. Tugas khusus tersebut bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasionalitas penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien pasca operasi di RSUP Fatmawati dan mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Apotek Roxy Depok dibandingkan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Secara umum, penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien pasca operasi di RSUP Fatmawati dikatakan rasional. Namun, ditemukan permasalahan terkait obat pada saat proses operasi yakni waktu pemberian antibiotik profilaksis yang tidak tepat. Selanjutnya, pengelolaan Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Apotek Roxy Depok meliputi kegiatan pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penyerahan, pengembalian, pemusnahan, dan pelaporan telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. ......Professional Work Practices at the Central General Hospital (RSUP) Fatmawati and Pharmacy Roxy Depok for the period September-December 2020 aims to find out pharmacists' responsibilities, apply knowledge that has been learned, improve skills, and gain insight through practical experience in pharmaceutical services such as hospitals and a pharmacy. While carrying out professional work practices, participants are given special assignments in the form of Monitoring Drug Therapy (PTO) for antibiotics in postoperative patients and managing Narcotics and Psychotropics pharmaceutical preparations at the Roxy Klender Pharmacy. This special task aims to determine the rationality of using antibiotics in postoperative patients at Fatmawati Hospital and to know the description of the management of Narcotics and Psychotropics at the Roxy Depok Pharmacy compared to statutory regulations. In general, the use of antibiotics in postoperative patients at Fatmawati Hospital is said to be rational. However, drug-related problems were found during the operation process, namely the inappropriate timing of prophylactic antibiotics. Furthermore, the management of Narcotics and Psychotropics at Apotek Roxy Depok includes procurement, receiving, storing, delivering, returning, destroying, and reporting in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

Di Indonesia, tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk meningkat dari tahun ke tahun yang dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya laju pertumbuhan penduduk pertahun 2010 – 2019 yaitu sebesar 1,31%. Untuk itu pemerintah berupaya untuk mengendalikan jumlah kelahiran anak salah satunya dengan program Keluarga Berencana. Salah satu penyedia layanan kontrasepsi yaitu apotek dimana kontrasepsi termasuk kedalam daftar Obat Wajib Apotek. Apoteker sangat berperan dalam membantu dalam pemilihan kontrasepsi yang aman untuk pasien melalui pelayanan Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi (KIE) serta konseling secara sistematis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengobservasi ketersediaan kontrasepsi oral di Apotek Roxy Pamulang meliputi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan, dan kerasionalan berdasarkan referensi pustaka yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung dengan mencatat berbagai jenis dan merk dagang kontrasepsi oral hormonal sesuai persediaannya di Apotek Roxy Pamulang. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan kontrasepsi oral di Apotek Roxy Pamulang sebanyak 3 jenis yaitu pil KB oral tunggal, pil KB oral kombinasi serta kontrasepsi emergensi dengan total 13 merk dagang. ......In Indonesia, the population growth rate has increased from year to year as evidenced by the increase in the population growth rate from 2010 to 2019, namely 1.31%. For this reason, the government seeks to control the number of child births, one of which is the family planning program. One of the contraceptive service providers is a pharmacy where contraception is included in the Pharmacy Mandatory Drug list. Pharmacists are very instrumental in assisting in the selection of safe contraceptives for patients through Communication, Information and Education (IEC) services as well as systematic counseling. The purpose of this study is to observe the availability of oral contraceptives at the Roxy Pamulang Pharmacy including accuracy, effectiveness, safety, and rationality based on existing literature references. This research was conducted by direct observation by recording the various types and trademarks of hormonal oral contraceptives according to their inventory at the Roxy Pamulang Pharmacy. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the availability of oral contraceptives at Apotek Roxy Pamulang is 3 types, namely single oral contraceptive pill, combination oral contraceptive pill and emergency contraception with a total of 13 trademarks.

Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Rumah sakit dan Apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ketempat kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan praktik kerja profesi di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto pada periode Februari-Maret 2020 dan di Apotek Roxy Tanjung Duren pada Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi. ......A pharmacist plays an important role in the Hospital and Pharmacy. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work place. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, Internship were carried out at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital in the February-March 2020 period and at the Roxy Tanjung Duren Pharmacy in June 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice.

Abstrak :
Suplemen makanan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zat gizi yang kurang seimbang dalam tubuh. Melihat semakin banyak jenis suplemen, membuat masyarakat untuk lebih bijak dalam memilih suplemen yang akan dibelinya. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas khusus ini membahas mengenai analisis terkait keamanan, efikasi, dan cost-benefit dari dua suplemen yang terdapat di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong, yaitu suplemen yang mengandung Moringa oleifera dan Tribulus terrestris. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan untuk tugas khusus ini adalah studi literatur dan observasi di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong. Berdasarkan studi literatur dan observasi, diperoleh hasil yaitu herbana daun kelor (suplemen yang mengandung Moringa oleifera) tidak menyebabkan hipoglikemia sedangkan wellness tribulus stack (suplemen yang mengandung Tribulus terrestris) pada salah satu literatur menyebutkan bahwa perlu adanya peringatan jika digunakan untuk jangka panjang sedangkan literatur lainnya menyebutkan aman. Herbana daun kelor memberikan efikasi yaitu menurunkan kadar gula darah sedangkan wellness tribulus stack mampu meningkatkan fungsi ereksi dan libido pada laki-laki. Manfaat bersih yang diperoleh setiap harinya dari herbana daun kelor yaitu Rp 1946,67 dan untuk metformin yaitu Rp 428 sedangkan manfaat bersih yang diperoleh dari wellness tribulus stack yaitu Rp 2946,67 dan untuk sildenafil 50 mg yaitu Rp 678,67. ......Dietary supplements are widely used by the public to fulfill the nutritional requirements that may be lacking in their bodies. With an increasing variety of supplements available, it becomes essential for consumers to make informed choices before purchasing any supplement. Therefore, this specific study focuses on the analysis of safety, efficacy, and cost-benefit of two supplements found at Roxy Rawakalong Pharmacy, namely the supplements containing Moringa oleifera and Tribulus terrestris. The methods employed for this study were literature review and observation at Apotek Roxy Rawakalong. Based on the literature review and observation, it was found that herbana daun kelor (supplement containing Moringa oleifera) does not cause hypoglycemia, whereas wellness tribulus stack (supplement containing Tribulus terrestris) has conflicting information in the literature, with one source suggesting the need for caution in long-term use, while another claims it is safe. Herbana daun kelor demonstrated efficacy in lowering blood sugar levels, while wellness tribulus stack was found to improve erectile function and libido in males. The net benefits obtained daily from herbana daun kelor amount to Rp 1946.67, whereas for metformin, it is Rp 428. On the other hand, the net benefits obtained from wellness tribulus stack are Rp 2946.67, and for sildenafil 50 mg, it is Rp 678.67.

Apoteker merupakan seorang tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki peran dalam aspek-aspek terkait proses pembuatan, distribusi, dan pelayanan obat-obatan. Dalam rangka mendukung terwujudnya masyarakat yang sehat, seorang apoteker perlu untuk memahami peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada periode Juli-Desember 2021 dapat menjadi sarana bagi seorang calon apoteker dalam memperoleh pemahaman tersebut. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja di RS Universitas Indonesia dapat membantu dalam mempelajari peran apoteker di farmasi rumah sakit. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja di Apotek Roxy Biak menjadi sarana dalam memahami peran apoteker di apotek. Oleh sebab itu, penyusunan laporan praktik kerja ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan beberapa topik dan pembahasan yang diberikan oleh setiap tempat praktik kerja. ...... In order to support the realization of a healthy society, apothecary needs to understand the role and work of pharmacy. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Internship (PKPA) in the July-December 2021 period can be a means for a prospective apothecary to gain this understanding. Implementation of internship at University of Indonesia Hospital can assist in studying the role of apothecary in the pharmaceutical care. The implementation of internship at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy is a means of understanding the role of apothecary in pharmacies. Therefore, the preparation of this internship report aims to describe some of the topics and discussions provided by each internship location.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Fatmawati dan Apotek Roxy Klender Periode Bulan Agustus – November Tahun 2020 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker, menambah wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di pelayanan kefarmasian seperti rumah sakit dan apotek. Selain itu, peserta praktik kerja profesi juga mendapat gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian, serta dapat mempelajari strategi dan kegiatankegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik. Tujuan pengerjaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk melakukan Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) pada pasien thalassemia anak dan menganalisis pola penyakit berdasarkan resep yang masuk di Apotek Roxy Klender. Secara umum, penggunaan obat pada pasien thalassemia anak di RSUP Fatmawati kurang efektif dan rasional karena ditemukannya drug related problems (DRPs) yaitu adanya indikasi tanpa terapi (kadar Hb pra-transfusi < 9 gr/dL) dan berdasarkan resep yang masuk diketahui pola penyakit yang sering terjadi di Apotek Roxy Klender per tanggal 1-10 Oktober 2020 yaitu infeksi bakteri (16,54%), nyeri + inflamasi (13,85%), gangguan saluran cerna (10,77%), penyakit kulit (8,85%), hipertensi (6,92%), alergi (5,77%), kardiovaskular (5%), diabetes (5%), hiperlipidemia (5%), dan syaraf (4,62%) Penulis telah mendapatkan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker baik dalam kegiatan manajemen sediaan farmasi dan kegiatan farmasi klinis yang terdapat di rumah sakit dan apotek. ......Internship at Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati, and Apotek Roxy Klender Period August - November 2020 aims to find out the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists, gain insight, knowledge and skills, as well as practical experience to carry out pharmaceutical practices in pharmaceutical services such as hospitals and pharmacies. Menstruasi merupakan perdarahan karena meluruhnya lapisan endometrium yang terjadi secara periodik. Menstruasi sering kali dikaitkan dengan munculnya akne vulgaris. Hal ini didukung oleh fakta bahwa akne vulgaris sering terjadi akibat rendahnya hormon estrogen dan progesteron selama siklus menstruasi. Hormon estrogen dan progesteron juga dapat menghambat proses konsepsi dikarenakan hormon tersebut bekerja sebagai penghambat pengeluaran FSH dan LSH. Terapi hormonal tidak hanya digunakan untuk menghambat proses konsepsi saja, ketidakseimbangan hormon estrogen dan progesteron dalam tubuh pada wanita dapat menyebabkan beberapa penyakit di antaranya gangguan menstruasi dan akne vulgaris. Terdapat beberapa terapi hormonal yang digunakan sebagai pengobatan gangguan menstruasi, akne vulgaris, dan kontrasepsi di Apotek Roxy Hasyim Ashari. Pemilihan terapi tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan mekanisme kerja obatnya. Mekanisme kerja terapi hormonal dapat menjaga keseimbangan hormon estrogen dan progesteron dalam tubuh selama siklus menstruasi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai pengobatan gangguan menstruasi. Terapi hormonal juga dapat melawan efek androgen pada kelenjar sebaseus sebagai pemicu terjadinya akne vulgaris. Pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal membuat kadar estrogen dan progesteron dalam peredaran darah tidak mencapai titik puncaknya sehingga menghambat pelepasan hormon FSH dan LH yang pada akhirnya menghambat ovulasi. ...... Hormonal therapy is not only used to inhibit the conception process, imbalance of estrogen and progesterone hormones in the body in women can cause several diseases including menstrual disorders and acne vulgaris. There are several hormonal therapies used as treatment for menstrual disorders, acne vulgaris, and contraception at Roxy Hasyim Ashari Pharmacy. The selection of these therapies can be seen based on the mechanism of action of the drug. The mechanism of action of hormonal therapy can maintain the balance of estrogen and progesterone hormones in the body during the menstrual cycle so that it can be used as a treatment for menstrual disorders. Hormonal therapy can also fight the effects of androgens on the sebaceous glands as a trigger for acne vulgaris. The use of hormonal contraceptives makes estrogen and progesterone levels in the blood circulation not reach their peak point, thus inhibiting the release of FSH and LH hormones which ultimately inhibit ovulation.

Industri farmasi dan apotek merupakan tempat dilaksanakannya praktik kefarmasian. Dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian, apoteker sebagai orang yang berwenang harus mempunyai keahlian dalam penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi maupun penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Oleh karena itu, calon Apoteker perlu mendapatkan pengalaman praktik baik pada industri farmasi maupun apotek sebagai perbekalan untuk bekerja sebagai profesional. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi Program Profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia untuk memberikan saya kesempatan untuk melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals dan Apotek Roxy Biak. Selama melaksanakan PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan CPOB maupun standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek.

Pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies are places where pharmaceutical practices are carried out. In carrying out pharmaceutical practices, pharmacists as authorized persons must have expertise in the application of CPOB in the pharmaceutical industry and the application of pharmaceutical care standards in pharmacies. Therefore, apothecary student need to gain practical experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies to work as professionals. Therefore Apothecary Professional Programme University of Indonesia has given me the opportunity to carry out the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals and Apotek Roxy Biak. During the implementation of PKPA, apothecary student are expected to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions of CPOB and pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies.

Abstrak :
Pelayanan informasi obat merupakan salah satu standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang perlu dilakukan di dalam apotek sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Pelayanan informasi obat dilakukan oleh apoteker untuk memberikan informasi tentang obat kepada pasien atau tenaga kesehatan lain yang dapat dilakukan secata tertulis melalui brosur ataupun secara lisan melalui pelayanan swamedikasi. Pelayanan swamedikasi dilakukan dengan memberikan rekomendasi pengobatan pada pasien untuk dapat menetukan pengobatan yang akan digunakan untuk mengatasi gejala ringan yang dialami. Swamedikasi dilakukan dengan melakukan penggalian informasi terkait gejala yang dirasakan oleh pasien dan pemberian informasi obat yang direkomendasikan oleh apoteker. Tugas ini dilakukan untuk menginplementasikan pelaksanaan pelayanan informasi obat secara tertulis dengan melakukan pembuatan infografis atau brosur yang berisi informasi obat multivitamin dan pelayanan informasi obat secara lisan melalui pelayanan swamedikasi secara langsung kepada pasien apotek roxy poltangan. Infografis atau brosur yang dibentuk sebanyak 174 brosur multivitamin dengan isi informasi obat terkait komposisi, dosis, dan juga indikasi obat. Brosur yang telah dibentuk kemudian dicetak dan ditempel pada rak penyimpanan obat agar dapat dilihat dan dibaca oleh pasien saat berkunjung untuk membeli obat. Swamedikasi dilakukan kepada 6 pasien apotek roxy poltangan dengan proses pelaksanaan melakukan penggalian gejala atau keluhan yang dialami oleh pasien dan kemudian memberikan rekomendasi multivitamin yang dapat dikonsumsi oleh pasien untuk meringankan atau menangani gejala yang dialami. ......Drug information service is one of the pharmaceutical service standards that need to be carried out in pharmacies following the Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Self-medication services providing treatment recommendations to patients to be able to determine the treatment to be used to treat the mild symptoms they are experiencing. Self-medication is carried out by extracting information related to the symptoms felt by patients and providing drug information recommended by pharmacists. This task pull of to implement written drug information services by making infographics or brochures containing multivitamin drug information and oral drug information services through direct self-medication services to Roxy Poltangan pharmacy patients. There were 174 multivitamin brochures with infographics or brochures containing drug information regarding composition, dosage, and indications. Seorang apoteker harus bisa membaca, mengkaji resep obat yang diterima, serta menggali informasi lain yang berhubungan dengan resep untuk dapat melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Salah satu informasi yang perlu digali dari resep yaitu efek samping obat (ESO) dan potensi interaksi obat. Dengan mengetahui efek samping obat serta potensi interaksi obat, apoteker dapat mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pengobatan ataupun munculnya reaksi obat yang tidak diinginkan (ROTD). Penelitian dilakukan dengan memilih beberapa resep polifarmasi yang dilayani di Apotek Roxy Pitara pada periode September 2022 yang kemudian dianalisis efek samping obat serta ada atau tidaknya potensi interaksi obat. Analisis dilakukan dengan merujuk pada literatur tentang obat. Dari hasil analisis terkait efek samping obat dan potensi interaksi obat pada beberapa resep polifarmasi yang dilayani di Apotek Roxy Pitara, didapat beberapa kesimpulan, yaitu: tiap obat memiliki efek samping yang terbagi kedalam kategori umum dan serius. ESO yang termasuk kategori umum adalah ESO yang ringan dan lebih sering terjadi, seperti mual, muntah, sakit kepala, mengantuk, dsb. ESO yang termasuk kategori serius merupakan ESO yang jarang terjadi namun membutuhkan penanganan yang lebih serius bila terjadi. Pada ketiga resep polifarmasi ditemukan beberapa potensi interaksi obat yang umumnya memiliki tingkat keparahan C sehingga hanya membutuhkan perhatian dan pemantauan khusus saja. ......A pharmacist must be able to read, review drug prescriptions received, and obtain other informations related to the prescription to be able to carry out the clinical pharmacy services. The informations needed from the prescription are including the adverse effects and potential drug interactions. By knowing the side effects of drugs and potential drug interactions, pharmacists can prevent medication errors or adverse drug reactions (ADR). The research was carried out by selecting several polypharmacy prescriptions at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy in September 2022 which were then analyzed for adverse effects and whether or not there were potential drug interactions. The analysis was carried out by referring to the drug literatures. The results of the analysis regarding adverse effects and potential drug interactions in several polypharmacy prescriptions at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy, several conclusions were obtained, namely: each drug has adverse effects which are divided into general and serious categories. The adverse effects which belongs to the general category that is mild and occurs more frequently, such as nausea, vomiting, headaches, drowsiness, etc. The adverse effects which is included in the serious category is the side effects which rarely occurs but requires more serious treatment when it occurs. In the three polypharmacy prescriptions analyzed, several potential drug interactions were found which generally had a severity level of C so that they only required special attention and monitoring.
