"ABSTRAK
Relasi antara masyarakat, negara dan warga Ahmadiyah seringkali mdash;untuk tidak menyebut selalu mdash;berakhir dengan pengingkaran akan hak-hak dasar yang melekat pada tiap warga negara Indonesia, tak terkecuali warga Ahmadiyah. Namun demikian, fenomena menarik terjadi di kabupaten Wonosobo, yang mencoba mengurai persoalan keberagaman melalui sebuah kebijakan inklusi. Penelitian kualitatif ini akan membahas mengenai kebijakan atau politik inklusi yang dilakukan oleh kabupaten Wonosobo dalam merespon keberagaman masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini ingin menjawab pertanyaan penelitian seputar relasi internal dan relasi eksternal kepala daerah sebagai agensi dan struktur pemerintahan Wonosobo dengan kompleksitas politik lokal yang melingkupinya. Selain itu, penelitian ini berpamrih menemukan faktor-faktor apa yang memungkinkan keberlanjutan model kebijakan politik inklusif atau diskresi discretionary policy . Penelitian ini beragumentasi bahwa implementasi kebijakan inklusif yang terjadi di Wonosobo dipengaruhi oleh keberpihakan personal kepala daerah dalam mekanisme intervensi kedalam struktur pemerintahan berkenaan dengan implementasi model kebijakan politik inklusif atau kebijakan diskresi discretionary policy . Hal ini juga berlaku dalam konteks eksternal pemerintahan dimana kepala daerah memainkan peran sentral dalam hubungan antara kepala daerah dengan kelompok kepentingan lainnya dalam politik lokal di Wonosobo. Termasuk didalamnya adalah perubahan kepala daerah pasca Pilkada.

ABSTRACT
The relation between the society, the country and Ahmadiyya community often not to mention to always ended with the denial of basic rights inherent in every citizen of Indonesia, Ahmadiyya community shall be no exception. However, an interesting phenomenon occurred in Wonosobo district, which is trying to unravel the issue of diversity through a policy of inclusion. This qualitative research will discuss the policies or politics of inclusion that has been done by the Wonosobo district in responding to the diversity of the communities in the region. This research would like to response a research questions about the relation of internal and external relations from a regional head Wonosobo to become an agencies and government structures with the complexity of local politics that surrounded him. In addition, this research have the intention to found the factors that enable the sustainability model of inclusive political policy or discretion discretionary policy . This research argues that implementation of inclusive policies that occurred in Wonosobo has been influenced by personal bias in the mechanism of regional heads of government intervention into the structure with respect to the implementation of the policy model of inclusive political or policy discretion discretionary policy . This also applies in the context of external governance in which regional heads act a central role in the relationship between the head of the region with other interest groups in local politics in Wonosobo. Included the transition of the regional heads from the post elections."

However, this article argues that equal attention should be given to non-violent extremism and its impact on societies at the discursive level. By examining case studies from Indonesia and Malaysia, two Muslim-majority nations, this article contends that the question is not whether non-violent extremism directly or indirectly leads to terrorism, but how it can also shape policies and regulations through lobbying, trigger mass political mobilization, and nurture intolerance and hatred towards minority groups."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kecerdasan adversity dan motivasi hidup Jemat Ahmadiyah di tengah arus informasi hoax, karena diasumsikan bahwa adanya kesenjangan antara fenomena kecerdasan adversity dan motivasi hidup Jemaat Ahmadiyah dengan Teori Adversity Quotient Paul G. Stoldz dan Teori Motivasi Abraham A. Maslow. Metode Penelitian adalah metode fenomenologi kualitatif di mana data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dan observasi non partisipatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di dua wilayah yaitu wilayah diskriminatif dan wilayah kondusif. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi psikologi yang dilakukan untuk sepuluh orang seagai perwakilan dari lima kelompok informan penelitian, yaitu Atfal, Nasirat, Ghudam, Lajna Imailah, Anshar, kemudian data sekunder berasal dari buku / jurnal. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa Jemaat Ahmadiyah Manislor memiliki kecerdasan adversity yang kurang baik sebab adanya trauma yang timbul karena diskriminasi, dan memiliki motivasi yang melompati hirarki motivasi seharusnya, sedangkan Jemaat Ahmadiyah Lenteng Agung memiliki kecerdasan adversity yang kurang baik sebab lingkungan yang terlalu kondusif serta berada pada hirarki motivasi yang sesuai teori. Kesimpulan ini dapat ditarik sebab pada Atfal dan Nasirat Jemaat Ahmadiyah Manislor yang belum mengalami diskriminasi terdapat kecerdasan adversity yang tidak terganggu oleh trauma dan memiliki gejala psikologi yang serupa dengan Jemaat Ahmadiyah dalam lingkungan kondusf seperti di Lenteng Agung. Lompatan hirarki dalam motivasi konatif pada Jemaat Ahmadiyah Manislor timbul sebab dalam tradisi Jemaat Ahmadiyah penanaman nilai being tidak harus melewati hierarki motivasi sebelumnya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to get an overview of the adversity quotient and life motivation of Ahmadiyya Jama'at in the middle of hoax information flow, because it is assumed that there is a gap between the phenomenon of adversity quotient and the life motivation of the Ahmadiyya JemaĆ¢€™at with Paul G. Stoldz's Adversity Quotient Theory and Abraham A. Maslow's Motivation Theory. The research method is a qualitative phenomenology method, where primary data is obtained from the results of in-depth interviews and non-participatory observation. The research locations are in two regions, namely discriminatory regions and conducive regions. Primary data were obtained from interviews and psychological observations conducted for ten people as representatives of five research subject groups, namely Atfal, Nasirat, Ghudam, Lajna Imailah, Ansar, then secondary data came from books / journals. The results of the study describe that the Ahmadiyya Jamaat Manislor has poor adversity quotient because of the trauma that arises due to discrimination, and has the motivation to leapfrog the motivational hierarchy should, while the Lenteng Agung Ahmadiyya Jama'at has less adversity quotient because the environment in too conducive while the Lenteng Agung Ahmadiyah Community is at the hierarchy stage of motivation that fits the theory. This conclusion can be drawn because the Atfal and Nasirat of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat that have not experienced discrimination have adversity quotient that is not disturbed by trauma and has psychological symptoms similar to the Ahmadiyya JemaĆ¢€™at in a conducive environment such as in Lenteng Agung. The leap of hierarchy in the conative motivation of the Ahmadiyah adherents arises because in the tradition of the Ahmadiyya Jama'at, planting the value of being done does not have to go past the previous hierarchy of motivation."
