"Perubahan dramatis yang terjadi dalam kehidupan remaja menempatkan mereka sebagai populasi berisiko terhadap berbagai masalah kesehatan. Kondisi ini diperburuk oleh berbagai faktor seperti paparan konten pornografi yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan derajat keterpaparan konten pornografi dengan perilaku seksual berisiko pada siswa SMA di kabupaten Karawang. Desain penelitian ini berupa analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling dan melibatkan 394 siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kabupaten Karawang pada Juni 2020. Pengukuran terhadap riwayat paparan dan adiksi pornografi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Instrumen Deteksi Dini Adiksi Pornografi, sedangkan perilaku seksual berisiko diukur menggunakan kuesioner Sexual Risk Survey (SRS) yang sudah dimodifikasi sesuai kondisi remaja di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia pertama kali terpapar pornografi (p=0,013), materi pornografi yang diakses (p=0,041), dan alasan menonton pornografi (p=0,017), dengan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja. Semakin tinggi derajat adiksi pornografi maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja (p=0,000; r=0,241). Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut, diperlukan adanya upaya pencegahan dan intervensi terkait adiksi pornografi serta pengembangan berbagai rencana strategis dalam menangani masalah perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja.

The dramatic changes in the lives of teenagers have cemented their position as the population group with the highest risk of health problems. Several factors, such as the higher exposure to pornographic contents, worsened this condition. This research aims to identify the relationship between exposure to pornographic content with unsafe sexual activities performed by high school students in Karawang Regency. This study used a cross-sectional design and stratified random sampling technique to take 394 samples from senior high school students in Karawang Regency in June 2020. This study used The Early Detection of Pornographic Addiction Instrument for measuring the history of exposure and pornographic addiction, meanwhile risky sexual behavior was measured by the Sexual Risk Survey (SRS) questionnaire that modified according to the conditions of adolescents in Indonesia. The findings showed that the tendency of the higher risky sexual behavior among students is significantly related to the age of first exposure to pornographic contents (p=0,013), pornographic material accessed (p=0,041), and the reason for watching pornography (p=0,017). Furthermore, the higher level of pornographic addiction, the higher risky sexual behavior in students (p=0,000; r=0,241). Based on these findings, a preventive act and intervention are needed to develop the strategic plans to combat pornography addiction, which in turn overcome the unsafe sexual activities problem in teenagers."

"Masalah psikososial banyak terjadi pada usia peralihan. Usia remaja adalah masa peralihan dari usia anak ke usia dewasa. Prevalensi remaja yang memiliki gangguan emosioanal dan perlu penanganan sebesar 3- 4 . Gangguan emosional remaja disebabkan oleh kasus kenakalan, penyalahgunaan zat dan adiksi pornografi. Salah satu dampak psikologis kasus adiksi pornografi adalah Ansietas. Jumlah kasus ansietas remaja adiksi pornografi yang ditemukan adalah 20 orang 11 dari total penduduk remaja 178 orang. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah menggambarkan penerapan terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi kelompok swabantu pada ansietas remaja adiksi pornografi dengan pendekatan sistem Neuman dan Stuart. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan membandingkan dua kelompok untuk membandingkan efektifitas terapi. Kelompok pertama sebanyak 10 orang diberikan tindakan generalis untuk mengatasi Ansietas dan terapi kognitif perilaku, sedangkan kelompok kedua sebanyak 10 orang diberikan tindakan generalis untuk mengatasi Ansietas, terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi kelompok swabantu. Hasil penerapan terapi adalah penurunan tanda gejala Ansietas serta peningkatan kemampuan pasien setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan generalis, latihan mengubah cara berpikir dan berperilaku positif serta mengatasi masalah dalam kelompok swabantu.

Psychosocial problems occur at the transition age. Teenager is the transition from child to adult age. Prevalence of teenagers who have emotional disturbance and need handling of 3 4 . Emotional disorders of teenagers are caused by delinquency, substance abuse and pornography addiction. One of the psychological effects of pornography addiction cases is Anxiety. The number of teenager anxiety cases of pornography addiction found was 20 people 11 of the total teenagers population 178 people.

The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to describe the application of cognitive behavioral therapy and self help group therapy on teenagers with anxiety and pornography addiction by Neuman and Stuart system approach.

The method used is case study by comparing the two groups to compare the effectiveness of therapy. The first group of 10 were given generalist action to overcome Anxiety and cognitive behavioral therapy, while the second group of 10 were given generalist intervention to overcome Anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy and self help group therapy.

The results of the application of therapy is the decrease of symptom of Anxiety as well as the improvement of patient 39 s ability after giving generalist nursing intervention, exercise to change the way of thinking and behaving positive and solve the problem in self help group.

The result is recommended that generalist nursing intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy and self help group therapy are given appropriately to solve adolescent anxiety with pornography addiction.
