Abstrak :
Latar belakang : Ansietas yang tidak tertangani pada pasien yang direncanakan tindakan pembedahan akan menimbulkan gangguan tubuh dan bahkan mempengaruhi tingkat kesembuhan serta nyeri pasca operasi. Pregabalin sebagai obat anti kejang yang juga berefek sedasi dan anti ansietas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai efek pregabalin terhadap tingkat ansietas dan tingkat sedasi pada pasien perempuan yang menjalani operasi mastektomi. Metode : Enam puluh empat pasien perempuan yang akan menjalani operasi elektif mastektomi dirandomisasi ke dalam dua kelompok premedikasi: 1) kelompok pregabalin yang menerima premedikasi pregabalin oral dosis tunggal 300mg, 2) kelompok kontrol yang menerima premedikasi oral plasebo. Ansietas dinilai dengan Verbal Rating Scale (VRS) dan sedasi dengan Ramsay score. Penilaian dilakukan dalam tiga periode waktu yaitu nilai awal, 60 menit setelah premedikasi, dan saat pasien memasuki kamar operasi sebelum induksi. Efek samping dinilai sejak pemberian pregabalin hingga saat didalam kamar operasi. Hasil : Terdapat homogenitas pada karakteristik demografis antara kedua kelompok. Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada ketiga waktu pengukuran tingkat ansietas kelompok pregabalin. Namun terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada 60 menit sesudah premedikasi dan tingkat ansietas sebelum induksi pada kelompok kontrol, walaupun tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna dibandingkan dengan kelompok pregabalin. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna terhadap tingkat sedasi pada ketiga penilaian kelompok pregabalin juga dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p<0,005).

Background: Untreated anxiety for patients who had planned for surgery will cause the body and even affect the rate of recovery and postoperative pain. Pregabalin is an anti convulsan who also has an effect as a sedation and anti anxiety. This research was conducted to assess the effect of pregabalin on another level of anxiety and the level of sedation in female patients undergoing mastectomy. Methods: Sixty-four female patients who will undergo mastectomy elective surgery were randomized into two groups premedication: 1) those who received premedication pregabalin pregabalin 300 mg oral dose, 2) a control group that received a placebo oral premedication. Anxiety was assessed by the Verbal Rating Scale (VRS) and the Ramsay sedation score. Assessment is carried out in three time periods, namely the initial value (baseline), 60 minutes after premedication, and when the patient enters the operating room before induction. The side effects of pregabalin assessed since giving up time in the operating room. Results: There is homogeneity in demographic characteristics between the two groups. There were no significant differences at all three levels of measurement time anxiety pregabalin group. But there are significant differences at 60 minutes after premedication and level of anxiety before induction in the control group, although there was no significant difference compared with the pregabalin group. There are significant differences in the level of sedation in the third assessment pregabalin group were also compared with the control group (p <0.005).

Coaching practice for inmates in pri.mns drug therapy and the Special Narcotics include medical rehabilitalion, therapy and rehabilitation of non­ medical (and Cdminon TC) and aftercare and rehabilitation therapy. This is intended to allow prisoners to be rid of dntg dependence (addiction) and health services are not interrupted to tire extent provided in prison alone, but continues umil the inmates back into the middle of the community. For the mle of the Special Narcotics Prison with specialty foatures are expected to provide optimal guidance so that inmates are not drug relapse again when returning to the community In this research, there are two research questions to be ans;vered is Does the program Therapeutic Community (TC) has been in accordance with the concept of Corrections and any constraints affecting the implementation of the program Therapeutic Community (TC) in Jakarta Narcotic Prison Speclal. The method used is qualitative method of data collection techniques against the informant interview conducted with the study using the interview guide. Informatrts consisted of as many as jive people informant officers and informants as much as two men prisoners, Location of research in the Special Narcotics Penitentiary Jakarta.

Nyeri merupakan masalah utama pada pasien post operasi laparatomi. Penatalaksanaan nyeri non farmakologi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan komunikasi terapeutik yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post operasi laparatomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 76 pasien post operasi laparatomi yang diambil dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post operasi laparatomi p=0,002. Semakin baik kemampuan komunikasi terapeutik perawat maka akan menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post operasi laparatomi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini, sebagai tambahan pengetahuan bagi perawat khususnya terkait komunikasi terapeutik dan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post operasi laparatomi dengan cara melakukan evaluasi dan pelatihan bagi perawat terkait komunikasi terapeutik. ......Pain is the main problem in patients post operation laparatomi. Non pharmacological pain management can be done with using a good therapeutic communication. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation between therapeutic communication with pain levels in patients post laparatomi. This research uses descriptive analytic design with cross sectional approach on 76 patients post laparatomy taken by means of purposive sampling. The results has shown that was any correlation between therapeutic communication with pain levels in patients post operation laparatomi p 0.002. It means that a good therapeutic communication skill will decrease the level of pain in patients post laparatomi. The recommendations of this study will improve the knowledge of nurses especially therapeutic communication and related pain levels in patients post laparatomy by way of doing evaluation and training for nurse related therapeutic communication.
