[ABSTRAK
Berkendara dengan aman merupakan kebutuhan yang mutlak dipenuhi oleh siapapun yang menggunakan sarana transportasi kendaraan sepeda motor untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan, pelanggaran lalu lintas, dan kerugian ? kerugian lainnya. Terdapat beberapa agen sosial yang mendukung maupun melakukan program aman berkendara, yang salah satunya adalah klub motor. Namun, sayangnya tidak semua klub motor dapat konsisten dalam mempraktikkan berkendara dengan aman. Meskipun demikian, terdapat salah satu klub motor, yaitu Depok Tiger Club atau DETIC yang secara konsisten menempatkan aspek aman berkendara sebagai prioritas dan budaya organisasi mereka. Penelitian ini membahas dinamika budaya aman berkendara DETIC, dengan melihat peran dan relasi sosial yang dimiliki DETIC dalam menciptakan budaya aman berkendaranya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menjadikan DETIC sebagai studi kasus untuk melihat budaya aman berkendara klub motor, serta menggunakan teknik wawancara face to face dan informal group opinion. Berdasarkan data temuan, DETIC memiliki peran sebagai agen sosialisasi budaya aman berkendara, baik secara internal ( di dalam organisasi mereka ) dan eksternal ( di luar organisasi mereka ). Munculnya peran DETIC sebagai agen sosialisasi budaya aman berkendara, karena DETIC memasukkan budaya aman berkendara di dalam AD / ART mereka, serta memiliki relasi sosial yang strategis dalam mendukung budaya aman berkendara mereka. DETIC memiliki relasi sosial yang strategis seperti dengan pemerintah kota Depok, kepolisian kota Depok, beberapa perkumpulan motor dan perusahaan di Indonesia, dan masyarakat umum yang muncul dari social responsibility organisasi mereka.

There are several social agencies that support and conducting safety riding programs, one of which is a motorcyle club. However, unfortunately not all motorcyle clubs can be consistent in practicing safety riding. Nevertheless, there is one motorcyle club, namely Depok Tiger Club or DETIC who put safety riding as their priority and organizational culture consistently. This research discusses the dynamics of safety riding culture in DETIC, by looking at their roles and social relations that are owned DETIC in creating their safety riding culture. This research used qualitative method by DETIC as a case study to see the safety riding culture in motorcyle club, as well as using face to face interview and informan group opinioin techniques. Based on data findings, DETIC has a role as an agent of socialization in safety riding culture, both internally ( within their organization ) and extenally ( outside their organization ). Th emergence of DETIC role as agent of socialization in safety riding culture, because DETIC put safety riding culture in their AD / ART or their rules organization, as well as have strategic social relations to support of their safety riding culture. ABSTRAK
Tesis ini meneliti dan melakukan intervensi tentang safety riding pada pengendara sepeda motor, khususnya tukang ojek. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang keamanan di jalan serta mengembangkan sikap bertanggung jawab terhadap keselamatan diri dan orang lain. Program intervensi yang diberikan berisi serangkaian edukasi partisipatif selama 6 jam pada 34 pengendara ojek di Gang Langgar Margonda, Depok. Baseline study yang dilakukan menemukan bahwa tukang ojek sering mengabaikan keselamatan dengan tidak memakai helm saat berkendara, mengabaikan batas kecepatan, serta melanggar rambu lalu lintas dan marka jalan. Catatan menunjukkan bahwa dua orang tukang ojek tewas dalam kecelakaan sepeda motor dan 50% pernah mengalami kecelakaan, juga 33% dari penumpang mereka. Menurut Kasatlantas Depok, penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas pada tahun 2009 adalah di seputar perilaku pengguna jalan yang tidak mengindahkan disiplin dan keselamatan. Pada penelitian ini, strategi yang dilakukan untuk perubahan sosial dilakukan melalui edukasi. Baseline study dilakukan melalui kajian literatur, koordinasi dengan instansi terkait, observasi, diskusi informal, dan kuesioner. Intervensi untuk target dilakukan melalui experiential learning dengan berbagai teknik seperti concrete experience, ceramah, diskusi, sharing, dan pemberian reward berupa helm berstandar SNI dan rompi bertuliskan pesan-pesan tentang safety riding. Pengujian satistik menggunakan Paired Sample T-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan antara mean sebelum program intervensi (M = 13.44, SD = 2.642) dengan mean sesudah intervensi (M = 15.59, SD = 2,709). Perbedaan ini terbukti signifikan (d f = N-l= 33, t tabel = 2.0345 < | thitung | = 5.082, p - 0.000 < 0.05). Ini berarti bahwa intervensi yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang safety riding pada pengojek Gang Langgar Margonda. Subjek juga merasa bahwa program intervensi sangat bermanfaat dan memotivasi mereka untuk mengubah perilakunya dalam berkendara. Demi kesinambungan program selanjutnya, disarankan agar edukasi tentang safety riding dapat menjadi bagian dari program pihak kepolisian maupun kalangan akademik.

Sepeda motor merupakan kendaraan yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Salah satunya anak di bawah umur 17 tahun sudah menggunakan sepeda motor. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi anak di bawah umur tentang keselamatan berkendara sepeda motor di Perumahan Munjul. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deksriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan yang didapat penelitian ini yaitu 46 orang terdiri dari 25 anak dan 21 orang tua. Hasil penelitian ini adalah anak di bawah umur mengetahui tentang syarat berkendara sepeda motor yaitu harus mempunyai SIM dan berumur 17 tahun. Namun, karena kebutuhan transportasi yang cepat, aman dan nyaman menjadi motivasi utama anak di bawah umur berkendara sepeda motor. Pelanggaran lalu lintas dan kecelakaan yang dialami oleh anak mengindikasikan kurangnya persepsi risiko berkendara sepeda motor pada anak di bawah umur. Lingkungan sosial seperti orang tua dan teman-teman anak menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi anak di bawah umur mengendarai sepeda motor. Belum optimalnya pengawasan dari kepolisian menjadikan salah satu faktor anak di bawah umur mengendarai sepeda motor.
Motorcycle is the most common vehicle thet used by Indonesia people. One of the children under 17 years old have been riding motorcycles. Purpose this study is to discover the perception of underage children about safety riding on motorcycle in Munjul Hometown. Data analysis that used to this study is qualitative descriptive. The periode of study was conducted in march until May 2014 with 46 of respondens that consist if 25 children and 21 parents. The result showed that the underage children know of requirement for riding motorcycle is must be having driver licence with 17 years old. However, it becauses fast, safety, and comfortable transportation are have been their needs to be their main motivation. Traffic violence and many accident that associated with underage children can indicate that this less perception of motorcycle riding risk. Social environment such as the parents and their friends could be influence them. Lack of supervise by police department could be one of factor that influence with this violence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang situs pembelajaran keselamatan berkendara berbasis microlearning dan gamifikasi guna meningkatkan pengetahuan berkendara yang aman. Mengingat tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia, diperlukan pendekatan edukasi yang lebih efektif. Microlearning memungkinkan penyampaian materi dalam segmen kecil yang mudah dipahami, sedangkan gamifikasi meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan pengguna melalui elemen seperti poin dan lencana. Desain UI/UX yang baik juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tujuh tahap perancangan dan evaluasi situs dengan melibatkan 12 mahasiswa untuk pengujian UI/UX dan 32 mahasiswa untuk pengujian gamifikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan microlearning dan gamifikasi efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan keselamatan berkendara dengan signifikan. ......This study aims to design a driver safety learning website based on microlearning and gamification to enhance safe driving knowledge. Given the high traffic accident rates in Indonesia, a more effective educational approach is needed. Microlearning allows for the delivery of content in small, digestible segments, while gamification increases user motivation and engagement through elements like points and badges. Good UI/UX design also plays a crucial role in enhancing the user learning experience. The study uses a seven-stage design and evaluation method, involving 12 students for testing. Results show that the microlearning and gamification approach significantly improves driving safety knowledge.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuifaktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku berkendara aman (Safety riding), seperti pendidikan, pelatihan, penetahuan, motivasi, penegakan hukum, intervensi penumpang, nilai kelompok dan kondisi kendaraan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 pengendara ojek onlinedi wilayah Depok, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pengendara yang berperilaku aman adalah 49%.Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan hubungan antara varibel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Dimana perilaku bekendara aman tersebut dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, motivasi, intervensi penumpang dan nilai kelompok dengan p value pada variabel pengetahuan adalah <0,001. ......This research aims to get the factors affecting safety riding behavior, such as education, training, knowledge, motivation, law enforcement, interventions of passengers, the value of team within organization, and vehicles conditions. This research uses descriptive analytic method using cross sectional study. The sample used in this research is 100 of Online Ojek drivers in Depok, West Java. The result of the researh is that there is only 49% of the total respondents who implements safety riding. This research also results in interelations between independent and dependent variables in which safety riding is affected by knowledge, motivation, and the value of team within organization. The Chi square test results in p value <0,001 on knowledge variable.

Skripsi ini merupakan sebuah etnografi tentang komunitas sepeda motor di Jakarta yang melakukan pelanggaran hukum lewat kegiatan cornering di jalanan umum, tepatnya di sebuah rute jalan memutar di sekitar kawasan Tugu Monas yang disebut dengan Sirkuit Monasco. Terdapat dua komunitas sepeda motor yang dilibatkan, yaitu JUMPERS Jakarta dan Jakarta Cornering Lovers (CoVers). Masing-masing komunitas memiliki cara pandangnya tersendiri terhadap aturan hukum berlalu lintas lewat safety riding, serta mempunyai pemahamanya masing-masing dalam mempraktekan kegiatan cornering di dalam komunitasnya. Perbenturan antara nilai safety ridinglewat aturan hukum dan kegiatan cornering menjadi sorotan utama dalam tulisan ini. Terdapat konteks-konteks tertentu di dalam komunitas dalam melakukan kegiatan cornering.

This thesis is an ethnographic research about bikers community in Jakarta who have violated the law through the cornering activities on the public street especially in the route around Monas which called as Monasco circuit. There are two bikers community that involved in this research, the first is The Jumpers Jakarta and the second is The Jakarta Cornering Lovers (CoVers). Each communities have their own perspective in interpreting of the traffic rules throughout the safety riding, as well as their understanding about practicing their cornering activities in the communities. The contradictions of the value of the safety riding and the cornering activities become the main focus of the research. There are some principal contexts in the communities when they do the activities of cornering.

Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai safety riding bukan merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan yang dialami oleh para pengemudi ojek online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara pengetahuan mengenai safety riding pada pengemudi ojek online dengan kejadian kecelakaan di Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan metode cross sectional dengan pengambilan data menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling berjumlah 107 responden pengemudi ojek online di Jakarta Utara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan mengenai safety riding pada pengemudi ojek online dengan kejadian kecelakaan di Jakarta Utara (p = 0,507; α = 0,05).
......Safety riding has been something important for motor vehicle users, one of the examples are online taxi bike driver. The lack of their knowledge about safety riding is not the only cause of accident of some drivers. This research aims to observe about the relationship between safety riding knowledge on online driver with accident event in North Jakarta. The research uses descriptive design with cross sectional method, collecting data using non-probability sampling technique from 107 total respondents of online taxi bike driver. The result shows that there is no meaningful relationship between safety riding knowledge on online taxi bike driver with accident event in North Jakarta (p = 0.507; α: 0.05).

Pengendara ojek online yang memiliki durasi dan frekuensi berkendara yang tinggi merupakan salah satu kelompok pengendara dengan risiko terbesar ketika berkendara. Oleh karena itu penting bagi pengendara ojek online untuk selalu menerapkan perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prevalensi perilaku keselamatan berkendara dan menganalisis faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku keselamatan berkendara pada pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner Indonesian Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire (MRBQ) serta kuesioner tambahan lainnya yang disebar secara daring dan luring terhadap 100 pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor internal (usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, pengalaman kecelakaan, keterampilan berkendara, persepsi risiko, sikap) dan faktor eksternal (keikutsertaan pelatihan berkendara) serta perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 61% pengendara ojek online yang memiliki perilaku keselamatan berkendara baik. Ditemukan juga hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap, persepsi risiko, dan keikutsertaan pelatihan terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara. berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya pengendalian dengan cara mengidentifikasi perilaku berkendara pada pengendara dengan cara melakukan evaluasi berkala, mengembangkan program pelatihan yang bersifat interaktif dan berkelanjutan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi pada aplikasi untuk membantu melakukan evaluasi, edukasi, dan sosialisasi keselamatan berkendara. ......Online motorcycle taxi riders are one of the groups of riders with the greatest risk when riding because of their high duration and frequency of riding. Therefore, it is important for online motorcycle taxi riders to always implement safety riding behavior. This study aims to identify the prevalence of safety riding behavior and analyze the factors associated with safety riding behavior among online motorcycle taxi drivers in Depok. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design using the Indonesian Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire (MRBQ) and other additional questionnaires distributed online and offline to 100 online motorcycle taxi riders in Depok. The variables studied were internal factors (age, education level, years of service, accident experience, riding skills, risk perception, attitudes) and external factors (participation in safety riding training) as well as safety riding behavior itself. The results showed that there were 61% of online motorcycle taxi riders who had good safety riding behavior. It was also found that there was a significant relationship between attitude, risk perception, and participation in safety riding training. Based on these results, it is necessary to carry out various control efforts to improve safety riding behavior by identifying riding behavior in motorists by conducting periodic evaluations, developing interactive and sustainable training programs, and utilizing the technology through applications to help evaluate, educate, and socialize safety riding on online motorcycle taxi riders
