Abstrak :
ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kegiatan pemeliharaan arsip foto di Kantor Arsip UI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan aktifitas kegiatan pemeliharaan koleksi arsip foto yang menjadi memori UI berdasarkan kontrol terhadap lingkungan, penyimpanan koleksi arsip foto, dan digitalisasi koleksi arsip foto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kantor Arsip UI masih belum dapat melaksanakan pemeliharaan secara maksimal seperti mengontrol faktor lingkungan dan penyimpanan pada Ruang Audio Visual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada Kantor Arsip UI untuk meningkatkan pemeliharaan koleksi arsip foto melalui kontrol lingkungan secara maksimal dan cara penyimpanan yang tepat.

ABSTRACT
This research is about archive maintenance activities in UIs archive office. The purpose of this research is to explain the photo collection of archive maintenance activities which became UIs memory based on the control of environment, the archive of photo collection storage, and the digitalization of photo archive collection. This research is qualitative study with case study method. The result from this research shows that UIs archive office is still not able to maintain, such as controlling environment factor and the storage on Audio Visual Room, maximally. Based on the result of this research, it is recommended for UIs archive office to improve the maintenance of archive photo collection through maximum environmental control and proper storage.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengajuan yang dilakukan oleh PAU Bidang II. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan filing di PAU Bidang II. Ada enam kriteria yang mendasari pengarsipan arsip, yaitu sistem pengarsipan, daftar inventaris, penyediaan informasi odner/folder/file, dan jumlah serta kapasitas sarana penyimpanan arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Untuk mendapatkan data dalam penelitian, peneliti menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pengarsipan arsip di PAU Bidang II yang dilakukan berdasarkan Pola Klasifikasi Arsip Universitas Indonesia belum terlaksana secara merata. Dalam pembuatan daftar pencarian arsip masih terdapat unit yang belum memiliki lokasi penyimpanan arsip pada daftar pencarian arsip. Selain itu, tidak semua unit memberikan informasi lengkap pada label fasilitas penyimpanan. Namun sarana dan prasarana pengarsipan arsip di PAU bidang II sudah memadai. Dalam pencarian arsip unit kerja ini dapat berjalan dengan baik.
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the submission made by PAU Field II. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of filing in PAU Field II. There are six criteria that underlie archive archiving, namely the filing system, inventory list, provision of odner/folder/file information, and the number and capacity of archive storage facilities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. To obtain data in the study, researchers used several data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the overall archiving of archives in PAU Sector II which is carried out based on the Archives Classification Pattern at the University of Indonesia has not been carried out evenly. In making the archive search list there are still units that do not have an archive storage location on the archive search list. In addition, not all units provide complete information on the storage facility label. However, archive archiving facilities and infrastructure in PAU field II are adequate. In searching the archives this work unit can run well.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kegiatan penyimpanan arsip aktif maupun inaktif di sebuah instalasi rekam medis rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penyimpanan terhadap rekam medis merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang berfungsi sebagai tindak lanjut rekam medis untuk ke depannya menjadi acuan tenaga kesehatan maupun pihak lain yang berwenang dalam penggunaannya. Rumah sakit menyimpan rekam medis dalam institusinya sendiri untuk memudahkan temu kembali dan pengamanan lebih terpercaya. Saran penelitian ini yaitu pembenahan rekam medis secara menyeluruh agar tertata rapi.

This thesis discussed about the storage of medical record in a hospital.The research is the qualitative study in a case study.The result of this research is a depository to medical records is one of the that serves as a follow-up record medical to in the future is used to health workers and other parties that authorized the use of. The hospital keep medical records in institutional own to ease common ground back and security more credible. Advice for this research is to improve the slums of medical record in thorough that orderly.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pelaksanaan penataan dan penyimpanan arsip gambar teknik di Pusat Arsip PTAngkasa Pura II Persero . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif berbentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kegiatan penataan dan penyimpanan arsip gambar teknik yang telah dilakukan oleh Pusat Arsip dan Unit Kerja Teknik Sipil di PT Angkasa Pura II Persero belum sesuai dengan pedoman dan standar yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, penataan dan penyimpanan arsip gambar tidak berjalan secara optimal sehingga menghambat proses temu kembali arsip gambar teknik saat dibutuhkan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan arsip gambar teknik yang dihadapi oleh petugas arsip maupun karyawan unit kerja teknik sipil membuat permasalahan ini tidak segera terselesaikan. Pusat Arsip sebagai unit kearsipan di PT Angkasa Pura II harus segera melakukan perbaikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan secara menyeluruh termasuk arsip gambar teknik agar tidak terhambatnya kegiatan bisnis yang dilakukan perusahaan.

ABSTRAK
The purpose of this research is to describe implementation of the arrangement and storage of architectural archives in PT Angkasa Pura II Persero Record Center. This study uses a descriptive research method in the form of a case study with qualitative approach. Researchers used data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the arrangement and storage of architectural archives carried out by the Record Center and the Civil Engineering Unit at PT Angkasa Pura II Persero is not in accordance with the guidelines and the applicable standards. Therefore, the arrangement and storage of the archives are not sorted optimally, thus inhibiting the process of retrieving the architectural archives when required. Due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of managing the architectural archives, the complications encountered by archival officers and employees of the civil engineering work unit have not been promptly resolved. The Record Center, as the archive unit in PT Angkasa Pura II, should immediately make improvements to the archive management as a whole, including the architectural archives so as not to hinder business activities undertaken by the company.
