Abstrak :
Pengukuran kinerja rumah sakit dapat memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi penyelesaian masalah yang ada dan sangat dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tesis ini menilai kinerja mutu organisasi rumah sakit menggunakan Malcolm Baldrige For Performance Excelence berdasarkan tujuh kriteria yaitu Leadership, Startegy Planning, Costumers Focus, Meassurement, analysis and Management Knowledge, Work Focus, Operation Focus dan Result. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kinerja organisasi melalui wawancara mendalam, CDMG dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam setiap kriteria juga dijabarkan peluang perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kinerja mutu organisasi.
Meassurement of hospital performance can provide a strong foundation for solving existing problems and is needed to improve the quality of care service. This thesis assesses the quality performance of hospital organization using Malcolm Baldrige For Performance Excellence based on seven criteria: Leadership, Strategy Planning, Costumers Focus, Meassurement, Analysis and Management Knowledge, Work Focus, Operation Focus and Result. This research is based on a qualitative research by collecting information about organizational performance through in-depth intervies, CDMG and secondary data. Based on the results of the study, in each criteria also elaborated opportunities for improvement that can be done by the hospital to improve the quality performance of the organization.

Abstrak :
Dewasa ini, kesadaran publik terhadap akuntabilitas pemerintah semakin meningkat. Masyarakat menjadi semakin kritis dalam mengevaluasi kinerja lembaga publik. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja organisasi adalah balanced scorecard (BSC). BSC merupakan suatu sistem manajemen untuk membantu menerjemahkan visi dan misi organisasi menjadi sebuah strategi dalam pencapaian visi tersebut, serta melakukan pengukuran kinerja organisasi berdasarkan 4 (empat) perspektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak penerapan balanced scorecard terhadap nilai kinerja organisasi pada Kementerian dan Lembaga. Metode yang penulis gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Dari estimasi, diperoleh hasil bahwa BSC berpengaruh sebesar 1,179 poin terhadap nilai kinerja organisasi. Ketika dilakukan estimasi terpisah antara Kementerian dan Non Kementerian ternyata BSC tidak berpengaruh pada sub sample Kementerian, sedangkan pada sub sample Non Kementerian BSC berpengaruh sebesar 2,755 poin. Ini berarti bahwa penerapan BSC tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap nilai kinerja organisasi pada Kementerian dan Lembaga. ......Nowadays, public awareness of government accountability is increasing. The public is becoming more critical in evaluating the performance of public institutions. One of the methods used in measuring organizational performance is the balanced scorecard (BSC). BSC is a management system to help translate the vision and mission of the organization into a strategy in achieving the vision, as well as measuring organizational performance based on 4 (four) perspectives. This study aims to find out how the impact of the application of the balanced scorecard on the value of organizational performance in Ministries and Institutions. The method that the author used in this study was the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). From the estimate, the results were obtained that BSC had an effect of 1,179 points on the value of organizational performance. When a separate estimate was carried out between Ministries and Non-Ministries, it turned out that BSC had no effect on the Ministry sub-sample, while in the Non-Ministerial sub-sample BSC had an effect of 2,755 points. This means that the application of BSC does not have much effect on the value of organizational performance in Ministries and Institutions.

Kinerja sualu organisasi dapat dinilai dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap indikator kinerja yang telah ditentukan melalui pendekatan struktur/input, prosra, dan output. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja kualitas layanan terhadap 15 RSUD Kelas D PEMDA DKI Jakarta tahun 2016 yang meliputi aspek input; jumlah SDM, anggaran, sarana prasarana, dan standar prosedur yang ada, aspek proses ; tingkat efisiensi dan pelaksanaan standar prosedur, dan aspek output: rasio pendapatan terhadap biaya operasional, BOR, dan kepuasan pasien. Melode paielitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap 6 informan. Data primer iambil meialui wawancara mendalam dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari laporan Dinkes DKI Jakarta dan monev Bappeda. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa jumlah SDM masih belum mencukupi lerutama jumlah apoteker dan lenaga non-kesehatan. Sarana prasarana juga belum sepenuhnya lerpenuhi. Metode berupa standar pisedur sudah disediakan dan pelaksanaarmya sudah dilakukan, terutama dikarenakan sedang dilakukan proses akreditasi RS oleh KARS. Tingkat efisiensi anggaran masih belum tercapai di seluruh rumah sakit. Pada aspek output berupa rasio pendapatan terhadap biaya operasional dan BOR masih kurang baik sedangkan kepuasan pasien terhadap seluruh rumah sakit sudah baik. ......The performance of an organization can be assessed by evaluating the predetermined perfbrmarice indicators through structural approaches/inputs, processes, and outputs. This research is to measure service quality performance to 15 local government DKI Jakarta class D hospitals in 2016 covering input aspect: number of human resources, budget, infrastructure and standard process. process aspect: efficiency level and standard procedure implementation, and output aspect: The ratio of income to operating costs, BOR and patient satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative to. Primary data was taken through in-depth interviews using questionnaires to 6 informants, while secondary data were taken from Dinkes DKIJakarta and Bappeda monev reports. This study shows that the number of human resources is still not sufficient, especially the number of pharmacists and non-health workers. Facilities have not been fully met. The method of standard procedure has been provided and the implementation has been done, mainly due to the process of accreditation of hospitals by KARS. 'Ihe level ofbudget efficiency has not been achieved in all hospitals. In the output aspect of the ratio of income to operational costs and BOR is still not good while patient satisfaction to all hospitals is good.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah organizational innovation dan technological innovation capability memiliki pengaruh pada organizational performance di sektor UMKM di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi organizational innovation di sektor UMKM di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner dan diolah serta dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) untuk menguji kecocokan model secara keseluruhan dan menguji hubungan kausalitas antar variabel. Sejumlah 265 UMKM yang memiliki akses terhadap marketplace digital menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa organizational performance pada sektor UMKM dipengaruhi oleh organizational innovation dan technological innovation capability. Selain itu, organizational innovation juga terbukti hanya dipengaruhi oleh entrepreneurial orientation. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknologi dalam bentuk marketplace digital memiliki pengaruh pada performa bisnis UMKM di Indonesia. Namun, untuk dapat meningkatkan performa bisnis, diperlukan juga entrepreneurial orientation dari pemilik bisnis UMKM sehingga perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan oleh para pemilik UMKM juga diikuti dengan inovasi dari sisi UMKM sehingga mereka dapat meningkatkan performa bisnis. ......The purpose of this research is to analyse whether organizational innovation and technological innovation capability affect organizational performance in Indonesian MSME sector. In addition, this research aims to analyse factors that could affect organizational innovation in Indonesian MSME sector. The data collection process was conducted by using questionnaires towards 265 MSME owners that has access towards digital marketplace applications and was analysed with using structural equation modelling software. Data analysis will consist of overall model fit analysis and relationships among variables analysis. The result of this research indicates that organizational innovation and technological innovation capability affect organizational performance. Furthermore, it was also proven that organizational innovation can only be affected by entrepreneurial orientation. Based on those results, it can be concluded that digital marketplace as technology could affect organizational performance of Indonesian MSME. However, to improve performance, entrepreneurial orientation from MSME owners are also required so the development of technology used by them are followed with business innovation which eventually leads to improved business performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan proses menuju kinerja organisasi dengan inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Proses manajemen pengetahuan variabel diukur dengan dimensi proses penciptaan pengetahuan, proses transfer pengetahuan, dan penanaman pengetahuan proses. Selanjutnya variabel inovasi diukur dari dua dimensi yaitu teknis inovasi dan inovasi administrasi. Variabel kinerja organisasi diukur melalui 9 indikator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder dan survey yang dilakukan terhadap 325 karyawan struktural PT PLN. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (causal step) dan uji sobel menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung dari mediasi antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi melalui inovasi penting. Proses manajemen pengetahuan variabel juga mempengaruhi inovasi dan kinerja organisasi secara signifikan. Juga, inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of process knowledge management towards organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable. The variable knowledge management process is measured by the dimensions of the knowledge creation process, the knowledge transfer process, and the knowledge planting process. Furthermore, the innovation variable is measured from two dimensions, namely technical innovation and administrative innovation. Organizational performance variables are measured through 9 indicators. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from secondary data and a survey conducted on 325 structural employees of PT PLN. Data analysis techniques using path analysis (causal step) and sobel test examine the direct effect and indirect effect of the mediation between variables. The results of the analysis show that knowledge management affects organizational performance through important innovations. The variable knowledge management process also influences innovation and organizational performance significantly. Also, innovation has a significant effect on organizational performance.
