"Remaja mengalami berbagai perubahan dan perkembangan demikian juga remaja tunagrahita. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran perilaku seksual remaja tunagrahita di SMPLB dan SMALB Jakarta Timur tahun 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode cross-sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 105 remaja tunagrahita di SMPLB dan SMALB Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan 69,5% remaja tunagrahita berperilaku seksual berisiko. Reponden remaja tunagrahita yang memiliki perilaku seksual berisiko lebih besar pada : remaja perempuan (91,7%), remaja dengan tingkat pengetahuan tinggi (74,5%), remaja bersikap tidak permisif (77,6%), remaja yang tidak terpapar media pornografi (85,7%), remaja yang terpapar materi pornografi melalui media elektronik (48%), remaja yang terpapar materi pornografi dengan frekuensi jarang (56,3%), remaja tidak berpengaruh teman sebaya (78,4%), remaja dengan perilaku seksual berisiko tidak pernah diberikan informasi topik kesehatan reproduksi oleh orangtua (72%). Perlunya penanganan yang intensif dari seluruh pihak baik orang tua, dinas pendidikan dasar, sekolah, dinas kesehatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan remaja tunagrahita agar remaja dapat bertanggung jawab terhadap kesehatan reproduksinya.

Adolescent experiencing many changes and developments as well as adolescent mental retardation. This study aims to know the description adolescent sexual behavior SMALB and SMPLB mental retardation in East Jakarta in 2013. This study was conducted using a cross-sectional study, sample of 105 adolescents with mental retardation in SMPLB and SMALB East Jakarta. Collecting data directly from respondents interviewed using a questioner. Results of this study 69.5% of adolescent mental retardation get risky sexual behavior. Mental retardation adolescent respondents who have a greater sexual risk behavior on: adolescent girls (91.7%), adolescents with a high level of knowledge (74.5%), adolescents being so permissive (77.6%), adolescents are not exposed to pornographic media (85.7%), adolescents are exposed to pornographic material through electronic media (48%), adolescents are exposed to pornographic material with uncommon frequency (56.3%), had no effect teen peers (78.4%), adolescents parents (72%). The need for intensive treatment of all parties, both parents, basic education department, schools, health services in the health services for teens teen mental retardation may be responsible for reproductive health."

"Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenaj penerapan modiiikasi perilaku dengan metode positive reinforcement dalam melatih ketrampilan minum menggunakan sedotan pada anak dengan gangguan keterbelakangan mental berat. Tujuan dari intcrvcnsi ini adalah rneningkatkan iickuensi minum mcnggunakan sedotan. Penerapan modifikasi perilaku yang bcrhasil diiakukan sebanyak delapan sesi dalam waktu delapan had. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode positive reinfzrcement cukup efektif dalam melatih perilaku minum menggunakan sedotan pada anak dengan gangguan keterbelakaugan mental berat.

This final exam discusses the implementation of behavior moditication, especially positive reinforcement method in training straw-drinking skill for children with severe mental retardation. The objective of this intervention was to increase the frequency of sucking in straw-drinking. The intervention of behavior modification was implemented in eight sessions during eight days. This research showed that the positive reinforcement method was effective in training straw-drinking skill for children with severe mental retardation."

"Anak penyandang keterbelakangan mental sedang dapat dilatih membaca kata-kata yang merupakan petunjuk atau tanda-tanda di lingkungan kehidupannya. Membaca mempakan kegiatan menginterpretasikan huruf-huru£ Membaca diawali dengan penguasaan keterampilan pra-membaca dan pengenalan hmuil Untuk melatih meningkatkan kemampuan xnembaca pada anak penyandang keterbelakangan mental sedaug digunakan program pengajaran individual (PPI) dengan teknik Applied Behavior Anabfsls (ABA). PPI ini diberikan secara bertahap kepada A, seorang penyandang keterbelakangan mental sedang berusia 10 tahun 6 bulan yang belum bisa membaca. Tahapan intervensi yang terdapat dalam program adalah pertemuan pertama hingga ketiga: pengenalan ukuran, berat, letak, arab, bentuk, wama dan pemasangau obyek-obyek yang sama, pertemuan keempat hingga keenam: pengenalan humf vokal. Program ini akan dilanjutkan oleh orang tua subyek. Evaluasi program dilakukan setiap akhir tahap. Kesimpulan program intervensi ini adalah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan pra-membaca pengenalan huruf vokal untuk anak yang mengalami keterbelakaoan mental sedang melalui teknik ABA.

Children withmoderate mental remrdation cotddbenainedtoreadwordsand signs in their environment. Reading is a meaningful interpretation printed dan written verbal symbols. Early reading started with mastering of pre-reading skills and an introduction to identiiication of alphabets. The intervention program was based on Individualized Education Program (IEP) which would be used in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This program is given to A, an ID years old boy with moderate mental retardation, who is not capable of reading, The aim of the intervention program was to help A improve his pre-reading skills. These programmes consisted of two sessions with two stages. One of early sessions were baseline sessions and the rest were interventions sessions. Interventions were given through stages. The intervention stages in this programme were stage one: the introduction of concepts pre-reading included size, weight, position, direction, shape, colour and matching the same objects. Stage two introduced identification of vowels. Additional intervention was given to a parent. Evaluations were given at the end of every stage. Overall, the conclusion showed improvement in pre-reading skills, in the recognition of vowels with ABA method."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi yang mendalam tentang
pengetahuan, persepsi dan sikap guru tentang perilaku seksual remaja tunagrahita
di SLB C Asih Budi II Jakarta Timur Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode kualitatif dengan Rapid Assessement Procedures. Total informan adalah 9
orang dengan informan kunci 3 orang.
Pada penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa rendahnya pengetahuan guru disebabkan oleh
minimnya sumber informasi yang diperoleh. Persepsi guru kurang baik karena
rendahnya pengetahuan tentang persoalan- persoalan perilaku seksual pada remaja
tunagrahita. Sikap guru adalah ketidaksetujuan remaja tunagrahita
mengekspresikan hasrat seksualnya dalam bentuk perilaku seksual, hal ini
disebabkan guru- guru tidak menyadari akan keterbatasan pengetahuan

ABSTRACT
The study aims of this was to obtain in-depth information about knowledge,
perceptions and attitudes of teachers about adolescent sexual behavior in mental
retardation Budi Asih SLB C II East Jakarta in 2013. This study used qualitative
methods with Rapid Assessement Procedures. Total informants are 9 people with
key informants as 3 people. In this study showed that the lack of knowledge of
teacher's due to lack of resources obtained. Perceptions is not good because the
teacher’s lack of knowledge about the issue of sexual behaviour in adolescent
mental retardation. The attitudes of the teacher is to express disapproval of
adolescent mental retardation sexual desires in the form of sexual behavior, it is
because the teachers are not aware of the limitations of knowledge."

"ABSTRAK
Keluarga dengan anak retardasi mental di Kabupaten Sumedang sekitar 10.898 orang
dari 1.089.889 penduduk di Kabupaten Sumedang, dan yang tercatat di SLB-C
sekabupaten sumedang hanya 218 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Memperoleh
gambaran tentang pengaruh pelaksanaan terapi Self-Help Groups terhadap koping
keluarga dengan anak Retardasi mental di SLB-C Kabupaten Sumedang tahun 2009
sehingga dapat mengurangi faktor resiko terjadinya gangguan. Metode penelitian
adalah adalah ”Quasi experimental pre-post test with control group” dengan
intervensi self help group. Cara pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling
dengan sampel sebanyak 22 keluarga . Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan
kuesioner karakteristik keluarga dan kuesioner koping keluarga. Self help group
dilakukan pada dua kelompok; kelompok I diberikan self help group dengan enam
kali pertemuan (empat kali bimbingan dan dua kali mandiri), kelompok II
tidak diberikan self help group. Analisa data menggunakan univariat dengan
menganalisa secara deskriptif dengan menghitung distribusi frekuensi dan sentral
tendensi. Analisa Bivariat menggunakan Independent sample t-test, Chi-Square dan
Dependent sample t-test. Multivariat menggunakan pearson product moment dan
Rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan koping
setelah self-help group pada keluarga dengan anak retardasi mental secara bermakna
dan terjadi perubahan dari koping maladaptif menjadi adaptif (p value = 0,000). Pada
kelompok yang hanya diberikan terapi generalis terjadi juga peningkatan kemampuan
koping keluarga dengan anak retardasi mental tetapi peningkatan tersebut masih
berada di koping maladaptif. Direkomendasikan untuk membentuk kelompok selfhelp
group lainnya di lingkungan SLB-C.

decrease risk factors of disturbance occur. This study used design of quasi
experimental pre-post test with control group by self help group intervention. This
study used a purposive sampling on getting samples by 22 families as samples. The
equipment on collecting data using questionares of family characteristic and family
coping. Self help group has been done for two groups where the first group was given
self help group for six times of meeting (four times for guiding and two times for
standing alone), while the second group was given self help group. Analized data
used univariate by analizing as descriptive by calculating frequency distribution and
central tendency. Bivariate analysis used Independent sample t-test, Chi-Square and
Dependent sample t-test. Multivariate analysis used pearson product moment and
rank spearman. Study result indicated improvement the abilities of coping family and
children with mental retardation as means (p value = 0,000). It was recommended to
build and implementing self help group for family who had children with mental
retardation.
