Abstrak :
Kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan mengalami penurunan setelah dilaksanakannya vaksinasi COVID-19. Implementasi protokol kesehatan di Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur masih berada di bawah standar kepatuhan protokol kesehatan di setiap daerah, sedangkan program vaksinasi sudah dilakukan dari bulan Januari 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pasca vaksinasi pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Ciracas tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 178 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden sudah patuh dengan nilai rata-rata 80,18 dari skala 100. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin (p value = 0,001), pengetahuan (p value = 0,005), persepsi kerentanan (p value = 0,037), persepsi keparahan (p value = 0,037) dan persepsi manfaat (p value = 0,001) berhubungan dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pasca vaksinasi. Hasil penelitian menyarankan untuk memperkuat komunikasi masyarakat, edukasi yang lebih massif kepada tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama hingga ketua wilayah dengan menjadikan sebagai agen promosi kesehatan, serta memperkuat platform online untuk dijadikan media promosi kesehatan yang sederhana, menarik dan mudah dipahami. ......Compliance with health protocols has decreased after the COVID-19 vaccination was implemented. The implementation of health protocols in Ciracas District, East Jakarta still below the standard of compliance with health protocols in each region, while the vaccination program has been carried out since January 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with post-vaccination health protocol compliance in the community in Ciracas District in 2022. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design using primary data. The sample of this study amounted to 178 samples. The results showed that the respondents were obedient with an average value of 80.18 from a scale of 100. Statistical tests showed that gender (p value = 0.001), knowledge (p value = 0.005), perception of vulnerability (p value = 0.037), perception severity (p value = 0.037) and perceived benefit (p value = 0.001) were associated with post-vaccination health protocol compliance. The results of the study suggest strengthening community communication, more massive education to community leaders, religious leaders to regional leaders by making them as health promotion agents, as well as strengthening online platforms to be simple, attractive and easy to understand health promotion media.

Standar pelayanan kefarmasian adalah tolak ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kefarmasian. Standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas meliputi manajemen farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Apoteker di puskesmas mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk menjamin terlaksananya pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) dan memberikan pelayanan farmasi klinik kepada pasien dengan efektif dan efisien, tepat sasaran, dan memprioritaskan pasien. Pelayanan resep merupakan salah satu kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik berupa rangkaian kegiatan mulai dari peracikan obat, penyerahan obat hingga pemberian informasi obat kepada pasien. Pelayanan resep di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas telah menerapkan sistem resep terintegrasi dengan komputer sejak tahun 2022. Penerapan sistem tersebut masih tergolong baru, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada pasien atau pengujung mengenai alur pelayanan resep elektronik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas. Penyusunan laporan khusus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan berupa video mengenai alur pelayanan resep elektronik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan resep. Panduan berupa video mengenai alur pelayanan resep elektronik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas ditayangkan menggunakan media elektronik dekat ruang farmasi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas. Video tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu bagi pasien atau pengujung Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas untuk menjadi lebih tertib dan memahami mengenai langkah-langkah pelayanan resep elektronik. ......Pharmaceutical service standards are benchmarks used as guidelines for pharmaceutical personnel in administering pharmaceutical services. Pharmaceutical service standards at puskesmas include pharmacy management and clinical pharmacy services. Apothecary at puskesmas have the duties and responsibilities of ensuring the management of pharmaceutical preparations and consumable medical materials and providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in an effective and efficient manner, on target, and prioritizing patients. Prescription service is one of the clinical pharmacy service activities in the form of a series of activities starting from dispensing drugs, dispensing drugs to providing drug information to patients. Prescription services at the Ciracas District Health Center have implemented a prescription system integrated with computers since 2022. The application of this system is still relatively new, therefore it is necessary to socialize to patients or visitors regarding the flow of electronic prescription services at the Ciracas District Health Center. The purpose of preparing this special report is to provide guidance in the form of a video regarding the flow of electronic prescription services at the Ciracas District Health Center as an effort to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of prescription services. A guide in the form of a video regarding the flow of electronic prescription services at the Ciracas District Health Center is displayed using electronic media near the pharmacy room at the Ciracas District Health Center. It is hoped that this video will help patients or visitors to the Ciracas District Health Center to become more orderly and understand the steps for electronic prescription services.

Abstrak :
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik penderita pneumonia balita dan faktor resiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia balita. Studi ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2014 di 1 Puskesmas kecamatan dan 5 Puskesmas kelurahan yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Ciracas. Desain Studi yang digunakan adalah desain potong lintang (cross sectional).Jumlah sampel pada studi ini adalah 556 responden. Sampel diambil secara proportional stratified random sampling. Dari studi ini diketahui balita yang menderita pneumonia sebesar 152 balita (27,3%) dan yang tidak menderita pneumonia sebanyak 404 balita (72,7%). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukan terdapat beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia yaitu, ASI Eksklusif OR 3,630 (95% CI: 2,266-5,818), status gizi balita OR 2,126 (95% CI: 1,191-3,777), riwayat imunisasi campak OR 2,372 (95% CI: 1,326-4,245), pengetahuan ibu OR 2,126 (95% CI: 1,197-3,777), sosial ekonomi OR 1,948 (95% CI 1,216-3,121), dan polusi rumah tangga OR 2,466 (95% CI: 1,405-4,330). Upaya intervensi terhadap perbaikan status gizi balita, promosi ASI eksklusif, status imunisasi campak, polusi dalam rumah tangga, dan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu, mempunyai peranan yang penting bagi pencegahan penyakit pneumonia pada balita.

This study aims to reveal the characteristics of pneumonia on children under five years old and factors associated with the occurrence of pneumonia on children under five years old. This study was conducted from February to March 2014 in six public health centers (Puskesmas) Ciracas sub-district, Eastern Jakarta. Cross sectional design was used in this study with the sample size of 556 respondents (mothers of children). Sample was taken by proportional stratified random sampling method. It was found that 27.3% among respondent`s children were diagnosed with pneumonia. Result of multivariate analysis showed that there are some factors associated with the occurrence of pneumonia on children under five years old including exclusive breast-feeding with OR 3.630 (95% CI: 2.266-5.818), nutrition status OR 2.126 (95% CI: 1.191-3.777), measles immunization OR 2.372 (95% CI: 1.326-4.245), mother`s knowledge OR 2.126 (95% CI: 1.197-3.777), socio-economy OR 1.948 (95% CI 1.216-3.121), and indoor pollution OR 2.466 (95% CI: 1.405-4.330). Intervention efforts such as enhancing children`s nutritional status, promotion of exclusive breast feeding, measles immunization, mother`s knowledge, socio-economy and indoor pollution play an important role in the prevention of pneumonia on children under five years old.
