kesalahan (Error Correction Model).
ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to analyze the factors that affect the demand for India
against Indonesian palm oil, focuses only for trade between Indonesia and India (the
largest importer). By using palm oil export quarterly data for 2000-2010 period,
econometric approach using error correction model (Error Correction Model) is
applied in this study. The study found that shocks to the quantity of trade, the price of
soybean oil, as well as the exchange rate on the previous quarter proved to
significantly influence the volume of Indonesian palm oil exports to India. While palm oil prices proved to be significantly affect the demand for Indonesian palm oil exports to India., This study was conducted to analyze the factors that affect the demand for India
