"This study was conducted in PT. Coca-Coca Distribution Indonesia (PT.CCDI) that evaluated the change from direct selling, in 2007, to become Distribution Center Matahari Balaraja, in 2008. It uses SCOR 9.0 process mapping and performance metrics to analyze whether this change is better for PT. CCDI. The advantages are reducing outbound transportation cost about 204 million after subtracting with distribution fee for Matahari DC, centralized discount management. The disadvantages are decreasing in Service Level and Perfect Order Fulfillment, and increasing cash-to-cash cycle time. Due to some advantages, this study also recommends evaluation with other parameter such as upside supply chain flexibility and upside supply chain adaptability."

ABSTRACT
The right to food is a fundamental right of every people that should be available every time, safe, have certain quality, nutritious and various with affordable price. But in fact, the price stabilization of staple food in Indonesia have not been fully achieved, where the average of coefficient of variation (CV) of some staple food items, exceed the reasonable CV (more than 9 percents). Distribution of goods is one of the main factors which cause price fluctuations on the staple food in Indonesia, such as inadequate distribution infrastructure, long distribution channel, high distribution costs, and also unmonitored data of supply and demand.
To overcome these problems, the government made a policy on national logistics system development based on the concept of supply chain management (SCM). It was manifested by constructing distribution center facility in the region. The implementation strategy and reliable information system was needed to support the system implementation. It has the aim to be able to ensure the prices stability and availability of the staple foods, and also to reduce the price disparity between regions. This research uses soft system methodology (SSM) approach to develop information system models and the implementation strategy. Results from this research are design of information system model which is described in use case diagram and 18 activities for implementation strategies of logistics system.

belum tentu menjamin ketersediaan barang.
Hanya
saja penambahan sub-DC cenderung akan menambah total biaya operasional, baik biaya
pengiriman maupun biaya penyimpanan barang.
Model CVRPTW (Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window)
semua titik pengiriman barang.

ABSTRACT
The level of traffic congestion in big cities tends to increase from year to year. Traffic
congestion causes the distribution of goods model with one Distribution Center (DC) to
serve all delivery points in one big city not necessarily guarantee the availability of
goods. The demand fluctuations and acceptance time limits at the point of delivery are
the things that must be taken into account in determining the most efficient route
combinations. The addition of sub-DC to serve multiple points of delivery can be one
solution to avoid stock out. It is just that the addition of sub-DC tends to increase the
total operations cost, both shipping and storage costs. Therefore, it is necessary to
optimize the determination of sub-DC additions which have the most efficient cost,
including to examine the extent to which the development of congestion conditions will
make the sub-DC sub-appraisal correct or not. The CVRPTW (Capacitated Vehicle
Routing Problem with Time Window) model is run using VRP Spreadsheet Solver. The
real case of delivery of goods in Jakarta is used as a benchmark and test the validity of
the model created. From the experimental results, in addition to the optimal route of
calculation results, the addition of sub-DC still adds the total operational cost but can be
selected sub-DC location which gives the smallest addition compared to other locations.
However, in the long term, with extreme traffic congestion conditions, sub-DC
additions turn out to provide a more efficient total cost than if there was only one DC to
serve all points of delivery."

The need to maintain a cold chain is critical in the distribution of healthcare and pharmaceutical products to ensure that they remain safe and effective throughout the supply chain. This is especially true for products that are sensitive to temperature, such as vaccines, drugs and blood samples to prevent spoilage or loss of efficacy. One of the main challenges of cold chain distribution is the complexity and cost of cold chain maintenance, so it requires a strategy for cold chain product maintenance. This report was created with the aim of understanding and comparing the implementation of operational management at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari National Distributing Center (APL NDC) with Good Drug Distribution Methods, especially regarding the cold chain. The data collection technique is by conducting literature studies and information from informants. The strategy implemented by PT APL NDC includes the use of refrigerated vehicles, a temperature monitoring system, as well as training for employees on the safe handling and storage of temperature sensitive products. Each personnel is also given training in handling emergencies. Temperature monitoring in storage areas is monitored online and offline. When picking up goods, APL NDC has a water curtain or plastic that is used as protection against temperature changes when loading-unloading is carried out. In addition, there is also a balloon that expands to cover the sides of the reefer truck which is specially designed to maintain temperature. APL has a unique container with a patent from Zuellig Pharma called the Ez-Cooler. This container has been validated to maintain a temperature of 2-8°C with ambient temperature background for 72 hours. The implementation of operational management for cold chain products at PT APL NDC is in accordance with Good Drug Distribution Methods and has innovation in ensuring the quality of products received and products sent."
