The Impact of Designer's Role in Involving Construction Personnel During the Design Phase on the Performance of Construction Project Schedule in IndonesiaThe study by The Business Roundtable's team in the US found that opportunities to reduce project costs and schedules by using existing and new construction technology are lost because construction too often is relegated to operate as a production function separated from financial planning, scheduling, and engineering or architectural design. Significant savings in both the costs and time required to complete the project can be accrued from careful interaction of planning, design, and engineering with construction into the creation of projects. The Construction Industry Institute's (CII) Task Force defines this term as Constructability, which is the optimum integration of construction knowledge and experience in planning, engineering, procurement, and field operations to achieve overall project objectives. By ignoring constructability in design, designer may be saddling the builder with possible construction problems that could lead to delays, inefficient use of resources, out of sequence work and others. This can be particularly troublesome which may have a devastating effect on project schedule and budget. Designer has an important role in building a receptive interface with construction personnel during the design phase. By communicating the design intent to the construction personnel, designer can gain the information he/she needs to improve the constructability of the project. This thesis study the role of designer in involving construction personnel during the design phase to improve the constructability of the project which leads to an improvement project time performance of construction project in Indonesia. A questionnaire survey was distributed to projects designers in Jakarta area. The data obtained was analyzed quantitatively to find the correlations and to make a regression between the role of designer in involving construction personnel during the design phase and the performance of construction project's schedule. The result of this research shows a positive, nonlinear correlation between the interface of designer with construction personnel during the design phase and schedule performance of the project. The main variables are: communicating the design intent to construction and the involving construction personnel from the construction contractor.

ABSTRAK
Propolis telah banyak dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai hal karena mempunyai sifat antimikroba, antibakteri, antivirus, antiinflamasi, antioksidan, dan lain-lain. Propolis mulai dikembangan dalam produk pangan yaitu permen. Model pabrik permen disimulasikan dengan menggunakan SuperPro Designer 9.0. Melalui penelitian ini dibahas kajian keekonomian pabrik permen propolis. Hasil Studi kelayakan produksi permen propolis dianalisis dengan menggunakan parameter keekonomian yaitu IRR, NPV, PBP, dan ROI. Hasil kelayakan ekonomi perhitungan dengan SuperPro yaitu nilai IRR sebesar 21,33%, ROI 27,87%, PBP 3,59 tahun, dan NPV sebesar Rp 14.766.800.000,00. Untuk perhitungan manual diperoleh nilai IRR sebesar 15%, ROI 33,65%, PBP 7 tahun, dan NPV sebesar Rp 1.156.616.420,00. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menghasilkan yang paling berpengaruh adalah harga jual terhadap perubahan IRR dan NPV. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sensitivitas tersebut, maka harga jual produk permen propolis adalah sebesar Rp 2.000,00.
ABSTRACT
Propolis has been used for many different things because it has antimicrobial properties, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and others. Propolis begin developed in food products namely candy. Candy industry simulated using SuperPro Designer 9.0. This research study the economics of propolis candy industry. The results of propolis candy production is analyzed using the economic parameters is IRR, NPV, PBP, and ROI. Results SuperPro economic calculation with a value of IRR 21.33%, ROI 27.87%, PBP 3.59 years and NPV of Rp 14,766,800,000.00. For manual calculations obtained value of 15% IRR, ROI 33.65%, PBP 7 years, and NPV of Rp 1,156,616,420.00. Sensitivity analysis results produce the most influential is the selling price to changes in IRR and NPV. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis, the sale price of confectionery products propolis is Rp 2,000.00.

Saat ini, teknologi ramah lingkungan giat dikembangkan baik skala riset ataupun sudah diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada proses ekstraksi, pemilihan pelarut yang tepat sangat menentukan perolehan ekstrak. Sebagai pelarut ramah lingkungan, NADES Natural Deep Eutectic Solvent yang merupakan campuran garam amonium kurterner dan hidrogen bond donor HBD memiliki kelebihan: 1 sifatnya dapat diubah bergantung pada pemilihan garam dan HBD sebagai 39;designer 39; solvent, dan 2 bersifat non-toksik dibandingkan dengan pelarut organik. Oleh sebab itu, potensi NADES perlu terus dikembangkan di masa mendatang. Pada perancangan suatu alat ekstraksi dibutuhkan data kuantitatif tentang kesetimbangan fasa dari campuran fluida yang berinteraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis NADES yang terbaik dalam mengekstrak asam palmitat pada minyak sawit dilihat dari koefisien distribusi dan selektifitasnya. Proses preparasi NADES dilakukan pada berbagai rasio mol betain monohidrat dan HBD. Proses ekstraksi dilakukan pada suhu 50 OC dan rasio berat NADES/minyak sawit 1:2 g/g dengan jumlah asam palmitat yang terkandung dalam minyak sawit 5 -w/w, kandungan tokoferol 1000 ppm serta karoten 700 ppm. Pada penelitian ini didapati NADES dengan HBD 1,2-butanediol merupakan jenis NADES yang mampu mengekstrak asam palmitat yang sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 2.18 didalam larutan. Nilai selektifitas NADES yang tertinggi dengan menggunakan HBD 1,3 propanediol, terhadap minyak sawit yaitu sebesar 26591 dan tokoferol sebesar 5669.
Currently, green technology developed on research even already applied in life. On the extraction process, the selection of appropriate solvent will determine the acquisition extract. As a green solvent, NADES Natural Deep Eutectic Solvent which is a mixture of ammonium salt quartenary and hydrogen bond donor HBD has advantages 1 their nature can be changed depending on the salt type and HBD as 39 designer 39 solvent, and 2 is non toxic than organic solvents. Therefore, NADES potential needs to be developed in the future. In designing an extraction tools needed quantitative data on equilibrium phase of mixture that interact. This study aims to determine the best type of NADES in extracting palmitic acid on palm oil seen from the distribution coefficient and the selectivity. NADES preparation process by mixing betaine monohydrate and glycerol at various molar ratio. The extraction process work on temperature 50OC and the weight ratio of NADES palm oil 1 2 g g as well as the amount of palmitic acid contained in crude palm oil 5 w w. Content of tocopherol 1000 ppm and carotene 700 ppm. In this study found NADES with 1,2 butanediol HBD is a type of NADES that is able to extract very high palmitic acid that is equal to 2.18 in solution. The highest selectivity value of NADES was using HBD 1,3 propanediol, to palm oil that is equal to 26591 and tocopherol of 5669.

Indonesia merupakan salah satu pemeran utama dalam industri tuna di dunia dengan rata rata output sebesar 289 metrik ton per tahun. Salah satu efek yang disebabkan besarnya output tuna di indonesia adalah jumlah limbah tulang tuna yang dihasilkan. Limbah yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku utama ekstraksi kolagen. Kolagen merupakan bahan biopolymer yang memiliki banyak aplikasi dalam kehidupan sehari hari serta bidang biomedis. Beberapa penelitian telah melakukan ekstraksi kolagen pada skala lab. Penelitian ini akan membuat simulasi ekstraksi kolagen dengan metode ASC dari limbah tuna pada skala industri. Untuk membuat simulasi tersebut aplikasi utama yang digunakan adalah SuperPro Designer. Simulasi dijalankan menggunakan 4 masukan yaitu 50kg, 100kg, 500kg dan 1000kg. hasil dari simulasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi 1000kg merupakan yang terbaik scara keekonomian dengan dengan nilai NPV, IRR, dan PBP berturut-turut sebesar USD 3,848,000, 35,55%, 46,36%. Analisis secara keekonomian juga menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas produksi harus dimaksimalkan, namun jumlah limbah tuna yang tersedia menjadi hambatan hal tersebut. Terlebih, metode yang lebih optimal perlu dikaji lagi untuk memaksimalkan output kolagen ......Indonesia is one of the main players in the tuna industry in the world with an average output of 289 metric tons per year. One of the effects caused by the large output of tuna in Indonesia is the amount of tuna bone waste produced. The resulting waste can be used as the main raw material for collagen extraction. Collagen is a biopolymer material that has many applications in everyday life and biomedical fields. Several studies have carried out collagen extraction on a lab scale. This research will simulate the extraction of collagen using the ASC method from tuna waste on an industrial scale. To make the simulation, the main application used is SuperPro Designer. The simulation is run using 4 inputs, namely 50kg, 100kg, 500kg and 1000kg. the results of the simulation show that the 1000kg variation is the best economically with the NPV, IRR, and PBP values ​​of USD 3,848,000, 35.55%, 46.36%, respectively. Economic analysis also shows that production capacity must be maximized, however the amount of tuna waste available is an obstacle to this. Moreover, more optimal methods need to be studied again to maximize collagen output

Laporan Praktek Keinsinyuran ini membahas proses pembangunan Set Welcoming Dinner and Cultural Performing Art G20 Indonesia 2022. Penelitian ini di peroleh dengan observasi langsung di lapangan sebagai desainer serta sebagai pengawas lapangan, yang di lakukan selama 13 bulan pengembangan desain hingga pembongkaran set, serta melakukan beberapa kali survey serta simulasi untuk mencari hasil terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan untuk desainer dalam pengembangan desain harus menggunakan teori pendukung, mengetahui dan mengembangkan pengetahuan teknis serta diskusi mencari solusi dengan pihak lain yang terlibat. ......This Engineering Practice Report discusses the process of build the Welcoming Dinner and Cultural Performing Art G20 indonesia 2022 stage. This research was obtained by direct observation in the field as a designer and as a field supervisor, which was carried out for 13 months from developing the design to dismantling the set, as well as carrying out several surveys and simulations to find the best results. The results of this study suggest that designers in design development must use supporting theory, know and develop technical knowledge and discuss finding solutions with other parties involved.

Salah satu tahap yang penting dalam perancangan pabrik adalah perhitungan keekonomian yang biasanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi simulasi proses. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu, memanfaatkan SuperPro Designer sebagai simulasi proses, namun belum banyak yang menggunakannya pada proses produksi bioethanol berbahan baku tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS). Pada simulasi ini, dilakukan empat skenario proses: (1) SHF-Adsorpsi; (2) SHF-Permeasi Uap; (3) SSF-Adsorpsi; dan SSF-Permeasi Uap, dimodelkan menggunakan SuperPro Designer yang memfasilitasi komposisi bahan baku dan produk, ukuran unit operasi, konsumsi utilitas, estimasi modal dan biaya operasional serta pendapatan dari produk dan coproduk. Pemodelan didasarkan pada data yang diperoleh dari produsen ethanol, penyedia jasa teknologi, manufaktur peralatan dan jasa engineering untuk industri. Dari hasil analisis ekonomi hasil simulasi, skenario SSF-Permeasi Uap yang paling rendah biaya produksinya dan dapat dikembangkan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas pada skenario tersebut, fluktuasi harga jual bioethanol, harga tepung TKKS dan harga produksi enzim akan mempengaruhi nilai keekonomiannya

One of the important steps in plant design is economic analysis that usually done by using simulator process application. Many research reports have used SuperPro Designer as simulator, but only a few used it in bioethanol production simulation process for Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) as feedstock. In this simulation, four scenario process models: (1) SHF-Adsorption; (2) SHF-Vapor Permeation; (3) SSF-Adsorpstion; and (4) SSF-Vapor Permeation for ethanol production from EFB were developed using SuperPro Designer software that handle the composition of raw materials and product, sizing of unit operations, utility consumption, estimation of capital and operating costs and the revenues from products and coproducts. The models were based on data gathered from ethanol producers, technology suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and engineering working in the industry. Based on economic analysis, scenario model SSFVapor Permeation provided cost effective and can be developed in Indonesia.
