"Meningkatnya kebutuhan penerapan produk teknologi informasi pada era globalisasi ini, merupakan peluang bagi para sistem integrator seperti PT. EMT, khususnya Divisi Pemasaran yang ditugaskan untuk merubah setiap peluang tersebut menjadi suatu nilai yang menguntungan bagi perusahaan. Agar setiap kegiatan dan usaha yang akan dan sedang dilakukan oleh setiap personel di Divisi Pemasaran dapat terkontrol dan terkoordinasi dengan baik, maka dibutuhkan suatu model dan proses bisnis yang sesuai dengan pola kerja di divisi tersebut. Setiap personel dari Divisi Pemasaran yang dituntut selalu bergerak tetapi harus tetap dapat menjaga hubungan yang baik antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan dan perusahaan dengan rekan bisnis, dibutuhkan suatu model dan proses bisnis serta fasilitas yang dapat menyesuaikan dengan kondisi tersebut, seperti model dan proses bisnis yang dapat dilakukan dengan media elektronik yang lebih dikenal dengan e-Business. Ada beberapa pola e-Business yang telah dikenal seperti e- Channels yang definisinya memiliki suatu kesamaan fungsi dengan Divisi Pemasaran pada PT. EMT. Setelah menentukan pola e-Business, proses dan tahap penerapan harus dikoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait.
At globalization era, requirement of applying tehnologi information product becoming mount, this represent opportunity to all integrator system like PT. EMT,specially the Marketing Division assigned for fox of every the opportunity become an value for company. In order to every effort and activity to and is being conducted by each personel in Marketing Division can be controlled and coordinated better, is hence required an model and process business matching with the pattern work in the division. Each personel from Marketing Division claimed always make a move but having to remain to can take care of good relation between company with customer and with business partners, required an model and process business and also the facility which can correspond to the condition, like model and process business which can be conducted with electronic media which more knowledgeable by e-Business. There are some pattern e-Business which have been recognized like e-Channels which definisinya own an function equality with Marketing Division at PT. EMT. After determining pattern e- Business, process and the applying phase have to be co-ordinated unrightiously related."
