Abstrak :
Ulkus diabetikus merupakan komplikasi menahun yang paling banyak bagi penderita diabetes melitus, baik ditinjau dari lamanya perawatan, biaya tinggi yang diperlukan untuk pengobatan yang menghabiskan dana tiga kali lebih banyak dibandingkan tanpa ulkus. Antibiotik merupakan pilihan yang digunakan untuk terapi infeksi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perbaikan klinis dari pasien, dan faktor apa yang paling mempengaruhi, dan mengevaluasi sensitifitas dari antibiotik terhadap kuman terbanyak yang menginfeksi ulkus diabetikus. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional retrospektif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 sampel yang berasal dari data rekam medis pasien yang mengalami ulkus diabetikus pada tahun 2013-2014. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari usia, derajat luka, perubahan jenis antibiotik, perubahan dosis antibiotik, faktor yang paling mempengaruhi perbaikan klinis adalah perubahan dosis (p = 0,017) dan lama rawat (p = 0,036). Kuman penginfeksi terbanyak adalah Acinetobacter baumanii complex (21,8%) diikuti oleh Klebsiela pneumonia (20,7%), dan Eschericia coli (10,3%). dari ketiga kuman penginfeksi, hanya Eschericia Coli yang masih menunjukkan sensitifitas yang baik terhadap antibiotik yang digunakan sebagai pilihan terapi di RSUD Arifin Achmad, Pekanbaru. ......Diabetic ulcer is the most chronic complications for people with diabetes, both in terms of duration of treatment, the high costs required for treatment, which cost three times more than without ulcers. Antibiotics are the treatment options that used for infection. The study aims to determine the factors that influence the clinical improvement of the patient, and what factor most influence, and evaluate the sensitivity of antibiotics against bacteria that infect ulcers diabeticus. Design study is a cross-sectional retrospective. This research takes 87 samples were used as a sample. Population are from the medical records of patients who experienced ulcer in the year 2013-2014. Statistical test used was chi-square. The results showed that of the age, the degree of injury, changes in types of antibiotics, antibiotic dosage changes, the factors that most influence the clinical improvement is the dosage’s change (p = 0.017) ang Length of stay (p = 0,036) and the most bacteria that infected the wound were Acinetobacter baumannii Complex (21.8%) followed by Klabsiela Pneumonia (20.7%), and Escherichia coli (10.3%), and from the three germ that infected most, only Escherichia coli which still shows good sensitivity to antibiotic that used as a therapeutic option in the Arifin Achmad Hospital in Pekanbaru.

Penelitian ini membahas interpretasi atas “historic house” (rumah bersejarah) dan “historic house museum” (museum rumah bersejarah). Studi kasus penelitian ini adalah Rumah Bersejarah Achmad Soebardjo. Analisis pembahasan dikaitkan dengan Age, Integrity dan Significance dan sisi otentisitas material culture yang ada dalam koleksinya. Apakah rumah peninggalan Achmad Soebardjo ini masuk dalam kategori "historic house"? (rumah bersejarah) atau "historic house museum" (museum rumah bersejarah)? Berdasarkan kajian material culture atas koleksi yang terdapat dalam rumah Achmad Soebardjo dan otentisitasnya apakah kemudian rumah ini sebaiknya tetap menjadi rumah bersejarah (historic house) atau dijadikan museum rumah bersejarah (historic house museum)? Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini sekaligus berupaya menempatkan Rumah Bersejarah Achmad Soebardjo sebagai satu "central gravity" dari wilayah Tjikini. ......This study discusses the interpretation of “historic house” and “historic house museum". Jurnal ini membahas tentang salah satu pesantren di Kota Depok, Jawa Barat, yaitu Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi atau pengamatan lapangan secara langsung, dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori tentang pesantren Salafiyah dan Ashriyah. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah ini merupakan perwujudan cita-cita luhur dan fase terakhir kehidupan seorang kiai bernama KH. Achmad Sjaichu putra pendiri Nahdlatul Ulama dengan tujuan utama yaitu untuk mencetak kader-kader ulama baru yang berwawasan luas dan memiliki kedalaman ilmu. Sebagai pesantren yang berada di bawah naungan yayasan, pesantren saat ini dikelola dan dipimpin oleh seorang kiai yang ternyata bukan dari keluarga biologis KH. Achmad Sjaichu, melainkan orang lain yang dipercaya oleh keluarga pemilik yayasan. Melihat hal tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk membahas kepemimpinan dan latar belakang keluarga KH. Achmad Sjaichu serta sisi tradisional dan sisi modern Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah, Depok, Jawa Barat.

ABSTRACT
This journal discusses one of pesantren in Depok City, West Java, that is Al Hamidiyah Pesantren. The method used in this journal is qualitative method with interview, observation or direct field observation, and literature study. This research also uses the theory of Salafiyah and Ashriyah pesantren. The research finds that Pesantren Al Hamidiyah is the embodiment of the lofty ideals and the last phase of life of a kiai named KH. Achmad Sjaichu son of founder of Nahdlatul Ulama with the main goal is to print the cadres of new scholars who are knowledgeable and have depth of knowledge. As a boarding school that is under the auspices of the foundation, pesantren is currently managed and led by a kiai who was not from the biological family of KH. Achmad Sjaichu, but someone else who is trusted by the foundation 39s family. Seeing this, the author is interested to discuss the leadership and family background KH. Achmad Sjaichu as well as the traditional and modern side of Pesantren Al Hamidiyah, Depok, West Java.

Penelitian ini menganalisis recall Lily Chadidjah Wahid dan Achmad Effendy Choirie oleh Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) disebabkan oleh perwakilan politik yang dianut oleh keduanya. Penelitian ini berargumen, bahwa hak recall menimbulkan hak subjektivitas oleh partai politik serta membatasi hak-hak anggota partai sebagai anggota DPR. Recall yang dilakukan terhadap Lily Chadidjah Wahid dan Achmad Effendy Choirie dilakukan atas dasar subjektivitas dari PKB sebagai partai politik. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan, peneliti menggunakan teori perwakilan politik yang berasal dari Gilbert Abcarian pada tahun 1970 dan Jane Mensbridge pada tahun 2003. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi serta menggunakan data sekunder. Recall terhadap Lily Chadidjah Wahid dan Achmad Effendy Choirie dilakukan oleh PKB setelah keduanya menyatakan dukungan untuk mengusut kasus Bank Century dan mafia pajak. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Lily Chadidjah Wahid dan Achmad Effendy Choirie di recall adalah karena keduanya tidak mengikuti keputusan PKB disertakan dengan keduanya yang menerapkan perwakilan politik trustee dengan tipe perwakilan gyroscopic representation. Oleh karena itu, recall terhadap Lily Chadidjah Wahid dan Achmad Effendy Choirie dilakukan berdasarkan kepentingan partai politik.

ABSTRAK
This thesis is analyzing the cause of Lily Chadidjah Wahid and Achmad Effendy Choirie were recalled by Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) is the political representatives. This thesis is arguing that the right of recall by politic party causing subjectivity by politic party and also limiting the rights of its member as the member of House of Representatives. Lily Chadidjah Wahid and Achmad Effendy Choirie were recalled based on subjectivity from PKB. To answer that question, the writer using political representative theory from Gilbert Abcarian in 1970 and Jane Mansbridge in 2003. This thesis is using qualitative method with in-depth interview and the observation, and also the secondary data. This thesis found that Lily Chadidjah Wahid and Achmad Effendy Choirie were recalled because both of them didn't followed PKB's instructions. Lily Chadidjah Wahid and Achmad Effendy Choirie were recalled after both of them giving the support to investigate the case of Bank Century and mafia pajak.
