ABSTRACT
The Study of the final year student9th Grade of Junior High Scool in CLC Kundasang, CLC Ribu Bonus and Indonesian School of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Malaysia The lack of education for the children of Indonesian migrant workers, or known as TKI, particularly who has passed the Junior High School and would like to continue their study to Senior High School is extremely concerning. There are two main issues that are presumed as the main problem that hinder the education of Indonesian migrant worker rsquo s children to proceed higher level education, which are the illegal status and the lack of agent and agency coordination. Therefore, this study intended to analyze the communication processes that occur in agents and agencies, and the structures that are produced and reproduced in the system, as well as to explore what is the main reason behind the forming of such system. This study is based on constructivist paradigm, which the data collection conducted with field studies and literature studies. The authors themselves travel to Sabah, Malaysia to review and obtain actual data through interviews or by the available statistical data. The analysis acquired by qualitative approach through case study explanations and using holistic design. It can be concluded that illegal status of the TKI parents is the main obstacles to the Indonesian migrant worker TKI children to gain higher education, where the status of parents inhibits their children to get the right of citizenship and set of documents to continue their study, such as passports, student permit, and others important required documents. Meanwhile, schools, teachers, NGOs and even the government have provided a series of efforts and programs to support the education of TKI rsquo s children in Sabah, Malaysia through the advocation of acquiring required document and scholarship. Therefore, this study indicates the structure that being produced and reproduced by the illegal migrant worker parents which is against the law and illegal has inhibited the childern to get into the next phase of educationKeywords adaptive structuration, education, illegal migrant workers."

The bureaucratic system embraced by the Indonesian Government Public Relations makes the communication limitations between group members. In addition, the limited authority makes public relations is only fixated on the press agentry and public information model this reality affects the social interaction that occur in the decision making process, especially those related to the implementation of government public relations functions. Using Adaptive Structuration Theory initiated by Poole and DeSanctis, adapting the structural theory of Anthony Giddens The author examines the social interaction that occur in process of structuration, namely how the structure is produced and reproduced in the formal system of beraucracy. In AST it is emphasized that the critical edge is in the decision making process, without marginalizing the particular organization members by participating in suggesting an idea. The study was conducted using a single case study to analyze the structuration of public relations in government organization, by conducting in depth interviews on agents who play an active role in social interaction. From this point, the author will analyze the structural features, other sources of structure and the group 39 s internal system affected the process of social interaction. This study finds that when government public relations interact with structures in the bureaucratic system, they take the action of appropriation of structure and generate an emergent of structure which will be used as an additional structure in social interaction. The process of decision making that occurs in social interaction shows the formation of new social structures. This suggests that when appropriation moves by agents are to manifest the faithfulness of appropriation, then the outcome of the decision outcomes is predictable."

"Smart Material Systems: Model Development describes several novel applications currently under investigation that exploit the unique actuator and sensor capabilities of smart material compounds. In addition to present and projected applications, this book provides comprehensive coverage of both linear and nonlinear modeling techniques necessary to characterize materials in a manner that facilitates transducer design and control development. The author focuses on ferroelectric, magnetic, and shape memory compounds and also addresses applications exploiting amorphous and ionic polymers, magnetorheological compounds, and fiber optic sensors.
Three classes of nonlinear models are discussed, all of which provide unified characterization frameworks for the broad class of combined compounds. An extensive discussion of structural models based on linear and nonlinear constitutive models is included, as is a chapter on numerical techniques for approximating solutions to the structural systems. The author also provides a synergistic treatment of material characterization, including significant discussion of the physics underlying nonlinear behavior, the development of nonlinear constitutive relations, the development of system models based on these constitutive relations, and the formulation of numerical techniques for approximating solutions to the resulting system models. To aid the understanding of both mathematical and physical terminology, an extensive glossary of terms is provided in an appendix. Furthermore, MATLAB software for representative models is provided at an accompanying website."

"This article analyzed quantitatively international carbon flow as the economic globalization based on an input-output analysis with World Input-Output Database (WIOD). As the result of analysis, some findings showed as follow. Firstly, with regard to China, its CO2 total emission induced each area is larger than other six regions. Secondly, production-based emission tends to be larger than consumptiombased one in China and the East Asia area, on the other hand, the production-based is larger than in the rest of areas. Thirdly, it turns out that the ratio to C03 emission induced by a region itself emitted certain one. Fourthly, it was clear that CO2 emission in manufacturing the transport and equipment as such automobile likely larger than one in purchasing it in an East Asia region, while it is likely to the lower ratio to the production and the higher ratio to the consumption in the developing countries."
