Abstrak :
Bus sekolah dapat mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi dijalan, sehingga dapat mengurangi kemacetan di Jakarta. Bus sekolah di DKI Jakarta beroperasi di sembilan rute dengan jumlah bus setiap hari sebanyak 44 kendaraan. Namun sampai saat ini masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan diantaranya pada kapasitas yang tersedia sebagian lebih banyak dan sebagian lagi kurang dibandingkan demand pelajar menggunakan bus sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kajian untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengoperasian bus sekolah yaitu dengan metode survey menggunakan kuisioner tertutup dan dilakukan terhadap pelajar pengguna bus sekolah. Kajian terbatas terhadap rute Pasar Minggu ? Lenteng Agung dan Pondok Kopi ? Pulo Gadung. Analisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik. Menganalisis data dengan metode statistik deskriptif, yaitu korelasi dan regresi linier. Hasil analisis rute Pasar Minggu - Lenteng Agung menunjukkan bahwa variabel kehandalan yang paling berpengaruh kuat. Sedangkan yang paling berpengaruh kuat untuk rute Pondok Kopi - Pulo Gadung adalah variabel kenyamanan. Maka hasil dari kajian efektivitas pengoperasian bus sekolah kedua rute dikatakan efektif dari sisi pelajar yaitu sebagai pengguna bus sekolah. Dibandingkan antara kedua rute dan yang paling efektif adalah rute Pondok Kopi ? Pulo Gadung.

School buses can reduce the use of private vehicles on the street, so it can reduce traffic congestion in Jakarta. A number of school buses operated in Jakarta for nine routes are 44 buses per day. However, until now the school buses overcome some problems such as on the available capacity that are some more and some less than the demands of the students using school buses. Therefore, this study is needed to determine the effectiveness of school buses operation by doing survey method that using a closed questionnaire system which is conducted for the student that used school buses. The study restricted to the Pasar Minggu ? Lenteng Agung route and Pondok Kopi ? Pulo Gadung route. Analyze by statistical software. Analyzing data with the descriptive statistic methods are correlations and linear regression. The results of the analysis for Pasar Minggu - Lenteng Agung route indicated that reliability is the most influential variable. While the most influential for Pondok Kopi ? Pulo Gadung route is comfort variable. Thus between of two routes the results of the effectiveness study of school buses operation is effective which is conducted for the student that used school buses. Compared between of two routes the most effective route is the Pondok Kopi ? Pulo Gadung.

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan peserta didik dalam menggunakan fasilitas transportasi kota, yang disediakan khusus oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yaitu bus sekolah, yang diharapkan menjadi contoh transportasi layak dan ramah bagi peserta didik untuk berangkat dan pulang sekolah, ditengah keterbatasan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan angkutan umum lainnya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metodologi penelitian survey kuesioner, dengan responden peserta didik dari berbagai tingkatan kelas sekolah. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat 4 (empat) variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan peserta didik yaitu keselamatan, keamanan, aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam pembentukan tingkat kepercayaan peserta didik adalah variabel aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan.

Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta menyediakan alternatif moda angkutan orang khusus pelajar yaitu Bus Sekolah. 51 Bus Sekolah disediakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan transportasi para pelajar. Keselamatan penggunaan Bus Sekolah menjadi prioritas dan audit diperlukan. Dimana audit merupakan suatu proses sistematis, mandiri dan terdokumentasi untuk memperoleh bukti audit dan mengevaluasinya secara objektif serta menentukan sejauh mana kriteria audit telah dipenuhi. Bus Sekolah DKI Jakarta menggunakan jenis bus besar dengan jumlah maksimal 40 orang, dalam pengoperasiannya mengikuti ketentuan yang sudah diatur dalam Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) untuk Bus Sekolah. Survey dilakukan pada 2 rute yaitu Pulo Gadung ? Pondok Kopi dan Pasar Minggu ? Lenteng Agung. Survey yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara kepada pengemudi dan pelajar, fasilitas keselamatan, dan kecepatan. Survey wawancara kepada pelajar menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil wawancara dengan kuesioner dianalisis dengan perangkat lunak statistic SPSS. Hasil dari audit keselamatan pengoperasian Bus Sekolah rute Pulo Gadung ? Pondok Kopi dan Pasar Minggu?Lenteng Agung dapat dikatakan tingkat keselamatan baik dari sisi kecepatan kendaraan sementara untuk beberapa fasilitas keselamatan belum mengikuti Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP).

DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through Jakarta Transportation Departement provides an alternative transportation for students, School Bus. A total of 51 school buses are provided to meet the transportation demand of school students. As safety is considered the almost priority, a safety audit needs to be conducted. This audit is required a systematic process, independent and documented process for obtaining audit evidence and evaluating it objectively and for determining whether the criteria is fullfied. The type of Bus used for the school bus is large bus bus with the capacity of 40 passengers in this operation. This follows the requirements set out in Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) for School Bus. The survey was conducted on 2 routes namely Pulo Gadung - Pondok Kopi and Pasar Minggu - Lenteng Agung. By interviewing students and drivers, safety facility and speed. The interview survey was using closed questionnaire given to students. The result were analyze using SPSS statistical software. The results of the safety audits on School Bus route Pulo Gadung - Pondok Kopi and Pasar Minggu - Lenteng Agung indicate the vehicle speed is good and it is acceptable. However for some safety facilities prove not to comply with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
