Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi konsultasi psikologis secara daring yang berfokus pada layanan backend berbasis NodeJS menggunakan metode pengembangan Open Unified Process (OpenUP). Peran aplikasi tersebut cukup penting terutama pada keadaan pandemi yang tidak memungkinkan adanya konsultasi secara tatap muka. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti proses yang terdapat dalam metode pengembangan Open Unified Process (OpenUP) dan evaluasi dilakukan terhadap pengembangan tersebut. Aplikasi berhasil dikembangkan dengan cukup efektif menggunakan metode pengembangan OpenUP dan sudah diuji coba oleh 30 mahasiswa psikologi. Aplikasi dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan ditambahkan fitur-fitur lain seperti konsultasi menggunakan obrolan video ......In this study, an online psychological consultation application was developed which focused on backend services based on NodeJS using the Open Unified Process (OpenUP) development method. The role of the application is quite important especially in pandemic situations which do not allow for face-to-face consultation. Development is carried out by following the process in the Open Unified Process (OpenUP) development method and an evaluation is carried out on the development. The application was successfully developed quite effectively using the OpenUP development method and has been tested by 30 psychology students. The application can be developed further and added other features such as consultation using video chat.

Abstrak :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) membuktikan bahwa masa kerja dan trait kepribadian sebagai faktor pribadi bersama dengan kepuasan kerja dan ikllim organisasi sebagai faktor lingkungan mempengaruhi komitmen dosen terhadap universitas, dan (2) untuk membandingkan komitmen organisasi pada dosen yang bekerja di universitas dengan karyawan yang bekerja di bidang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen Universitas Indonesia yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja, trait kebaikan hati, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan iklim psikologis memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini memperkuat penelitian-penelitian lain yang menunjukkan bahwa faktor pribadi dan faktor lingkungan mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi.
The objective of this research are: (1) to verify that tenure and personality trait as personal factors along with job satisfaction and psychological climate as environmental factors affect organizational commitment, and (2) to compare the organizational commitment of lecturers with that of employees in other fields. Respondents of this research are lecturers of Universitas Indonesia who have been working more than one year. Research findings show that tenure, kindness trait, and job satisfaction have direct effects on organizational commitment, while psychological climate has an indirect effect through job satisfaction. These findings strengthen other researches that show how personal and environmental factors affect organizational commitment.

Those who choose to be consulting psychologists aim to make a difference in organizations and in the lives of the individuals and groups within them. In this book, Rodney L. Lowman translates theory and research into an accessible overview that will familiarize readers from multiple disciplines with this important work. Lowman reviews how consultation helps clients at three levels: Individual, group, and organizational.
