Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan perpustakaan di SMA Islam Al-Azhar 4. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan perpustakaan SMA Al-Azhar yang meliputi 5 dimensi SERVQUAL dan mengidentifikasi kendala apa saja yang ditemui dalam pelaksanaan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 dimensi yang diukur hasilnya memiliki kecenderungan puas. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa banyak kritik yang diberikan oleh siswa terhadap perpustakaan demi menghasilkan perpustakaan yang lebih baik.

This study discusses the students satisfaction with the services of the library at Al-Azhar 4 Islamic Senior High School. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction with the services of Al-Azhar Senior High School library that includes five dimensions of SERVQUAL and identify any obstacles encountered in the implementation of the library. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that of the 5 dimensions measured result has a tendency to settle. This study also shows that many critics are given by students to the library in order to produce a better library.

Academic libraries have continually looked for technological solutions to low circulation statistics, under-usage by students and faculty, and what is perceived as a crisis in relevance, seeing themselves in competition with Google and Wikipedia. Academic libraries, however, are as relevant as they have been historically, as their primary functions within their university missions have not changed, but merely evolved. Going beyond the Gate Count argues that the problem is not relevance, but marketing and articulation.
