This intellectually rigorous introduction to international law encourages readers to engage with multiple aspects of the topic: as ?law? directing and shaping its subjects; as a technique for governing the world of states and beyond statehood; and as a framework within which several critical and constructivist projects are articulated. Abstrak :
Presiden Joko Widodo dalam pidato pelantikannya mengajak DPR untuk menerbitkan 2 (dua) undang-undang yang akan menjadi omnibus law, yaitu satu undang-undang yang sekaligus merevisi puluhan undang-undang. Omnibus law kemudian menjadi banyak dibahas oleh kalangan akademisi. Tulisan ini akan menganalisis mengenai konsep omnibus law dan bagaimana tantangan penerapannya di Indonesia. Praktik penggunaan omnibus law telah banyak dilakukan oleh banyak negara, terutama yang menggunakan tradisi common law system, sedangkan Indonesia mewarisi tradisi civil law system. Tradisi sistem hukum saat ini sudah tidak terlalu ketat dan dikotomis, namun pembentukan omnibus law tetap perlu memperhatikan ketentuan pembentukan undangundang di Indonesia. Setidaknya terdapat 3 (tiga) tantangan untuk penerapan omnibus law di Indonesia, yaitu masalah teknik perundang-undangan, penerapan asas peraturan perundang-undangan, dan potensi terjadinya resentralisasi kewenangan. DPR perlu membahas RUU omnibus law secara berhati-hati dengan melibatkan partisipasi seluruh pemangku kepentingan, agar tujuan penyederhanaan regulasi untuk menarik investor, mengembangkan UMKM, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja, menjadi tidak demokratis dan kontra produktif.

Berangkat dari tujuan pengembangan Media Center oleh LIN yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi publik sesuai dengan visi : memberikan pelayanan inforrnasi publik, meIaIui fungsi penyediaan dan penyebaran informasi publik, masalah penelitian ini adalah, "Bagaimana manajemen Media Center dalam penyediaan dan penyebaran informasi publik, sehubungan dengan terbatasnya kesiapan SDM yang memiiiki kompetensi keahlian khusus dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi". Tujuan penelitian adaIah (1) Mengetahui manajemen yang diterapkan oleh Media Center- LIN dalam penyediaan dan penyebaran informasi publik; (2) Mengetahui manajemen yang seharusnya diterapkan Media Center LIN agar SDM pelayanan informasi siap dalam memanfaatan teknologi Informasi, sehingga fungsi penyediaan dan penyebaran Informasi Publik berjalan secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis berpedoman pada perspektif komunikasi organisasi dan teori manajemen, George R. Terry (1977) tentang proses manajemen dalam organisasi dan konsep COBIT (1996) tentang manajemen penerapan teknologi informasi_ Data diperoleh dengan metode wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pelayanan informasi publik di Lembaga lnformasi Nasional (LIN) merupakan implementasi konsep e-govemment, dan untuk mencapai tujuan pengembangan sesuai dengan visi lembaga, diperlukan kesiapan SDM yang memiliki kompetensi keahlian khusus dalam memahami, mengelola, memproses serta memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Kondisi SDM di bidang teknologi dan informasi masih terbatas secara kuantitas dan kualitas.

Abstrak :
Ekonomi neoliberal yang diusung oleh negara liberal adalah awal dari terlepasnya ekonomi dari relasi sosial. Neoliberal membuat gagasan hubungan sosial berkurang yang menyebabkan kesalahan ekonomi. Pengurangan yang dilakukan oleh ekonomi neoliberal menyebabkan ekonomi tercerabut dari relasi sosial. Penarikan ekonomi dari hubungan sosial menyebabkan penurunan status ontologis manusia dan alam. Sistem ekonomi neoliberal menyebabkan segala sesuatu dikomodifikasi dan diperdagangkan dalam mekanisme pasar yang mengakibatkan kehancuran manusia dan alam. Masalah terputusnya ekonomi dari hubungan sosial dapat diselesaikan melalui pemikiran ekonomi yang tertanam dari Karl Polanyi dan konsep masyarakat stasioner John Stuart Mill.

The neoliberal economy promoted by the liberal state is the beginning of the detachment of the economy from social relations. Neoliberals make the idea of ​​social relations diminish which leads to economic error. The reduction made by neoliberal economics causes the economy to be uprooted from social relations. The economic withdrawal from social relations leads to a decline in the ontological status of humans and nature. The neoliberal economic system causes everything to be commodified and traded in a market mechanism which results in the destruction of humans and nature. "The legitimacy of the WTO's decision-making process has always been questioned, and many have advocated public participation mechanisms as a remedy. Yves Bonzon considers the limits and potential of these mechanisms by advancing a conceptual framework which distinguishes the four 'implementation parameters' of public participation: the goal, the object, the modalities, and the actors. He addresses the issue of legitimacy by considering to what extent, and by virtue of which legal principles, one can see implementing the democratic principle as a goal for public participation in the context of the WTO. By analysing the institutional structure of the WTO and its different types of decisions, he then outlines how this goal should influence the object and modalities of public participation, which decision-making procedures should be opened to public participation, and how the mechanisms should be implemented in practice.
